Stay was great. The heating was an issue. It was so hot in the house. Couldn’t get the floors to turn down. As well as the second hot tub didn’t work.

This property was perfect to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our entire family. So blessed to have them all be able to be there to ski, enjoy Colorado, and have fun as a family. Thank you!!!

This place is sweet; two hot tubs, heated floors, room for the whole family, and with Granby Ranch right there, the property is a perfect family ski getaway, and felt like a home away from home by the time we had to time to leave <3 will definitely return!

Just kidding but dang this house is big! Plenty of space for our family to spread out and 5 minutes away from granby ranch to take the kiddos skiing! We will definitely be coming back to stay again! Thanks you guys!

The location and home were well suited for our family reunion. We have some maintenance issues that popped up, but the responsiveness and communication was great and all issues were resolved quickly. Recommend this location for a large gathering.

I have never seen an 11 bedroom vrbo..this really is..large deck..2 hot tubs..sauna..multiple grills..2 fire pits..large tvs everywhere. Right across from the grocery store..Not much more a person could ask for!

Great communication from the owner. The house was clean and had the items we needed. We have an annual golf trip with 12 guys and there was plenty of room. We’ll try to stay at this property next year too!

Nice property but trash cans were filled at our arrival. There is a $big charge if we didn’t put out the trash but hard to imagine another group creating that much trash in 3 days. Property manager didn’t respond to text or phone call. Out dated information perhaps? The written materials at the house referenced different colored trash and recycling bins that were not present. The big freezer didn’t work turning ice cream to milk soup. Some of the toilets barely flushed.

We we’re given a upgrade which was more outside room for the older kids to play volleyball. The house had plenty of room for everybody. Had a great family reunion and the owners were great people to work with. We would rent from these host again.

We were a group of 24 ranging in age from 5 to mid-40’s. This property was the closest we could find to Granby Ranch that would sleep all 24; only 1 mile from skiing. As previously stated in the reviews, the roads/driveway are very icey and you will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle. We rented a 4-wheel drive jeep and had no problem but others in our group were unable to access the driveway on a few occasions because of the weather conditions. There are 2 refrigerators. The freezer/refrigerator combo did not work properly; everything thawed in the freezer. The living area/kitchen space was a little small for all of us but we made it work. Overall, we had a fantastic time!

We had plenty of bedrooms for us and our 4 married children and their 7 total children. Each family had their own bathroom with facilities to spare. We were minutes away from Grandby Ranch base so it was very convenient to come back to the house to rest or switch kids.

The location was fabulous for skiing. The house was very clean. However there were several things that it would be helpful to change: - nearly all VRBO's have hair dryers and kleenex in all bathrooms. We needed both - the house could use some work - sprucing up - several bedrooms were too cold for the children to sleep in despite a visit from the handyman, trying to fix the thermostats - it would have been helpful to have a few more children's dishes and cups Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for the use of your house!

It was beautiful. I was in one of the 2 hot tubs this morning and saw a family of deer eating by the deck. There were a lot of improvements done compared to what we were expecting. There was fresh paint and was very clean and functional.

Our stay at Casa Vista was fantastic! We had a group of 14 and we all felt that we had plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen was well stocked which was important because we cooked all of our meals here. There are 2 almost commercial size refrigerators. Also, we were just minutes from a grocery store. The beds were very comfortable and all of the bathrooms were accommodating. This home was a great deal and exactly what we were looking for. We will be back.

Met all of our greatest expectations..

It handled our large group perfectly for our 2023 ski trip. Plenty of beds to accommodate a large group. The driveway was steep and icy so it was a struggle to get vehicles out sometimes. The hot water was spotty at times, but it fit the bill for our group.

The size and amenities of this property met the needs of all our age groups! They even had portable highchairs and 3 pack-n-plays.

Things we liked: Bedrooms all have queen or king mattresses and a tv! Dual fridges was a lifesaver for feeding 22 people! Enough glassware/plates/ silverware for everyone Ice machine on the counter was awesome. 2 coffee pots! Clutch. Hot water and great water pressure. VIEWS! gorgeous property. Felt homey. I hate staying places where there is no character. This felt like a HOME! Bunk room having tall ceilings was awesome. Didn’t feel cramped or claustrophobic! Things that were a bummer or problem: Only 1 of 3 hot tubs functional and only held 4 people. 22 people could not even take turns. Driveway is STEEP and slippery. Seriously be careful if there is snow, you definitely need 4wd or awd is there is snow. Some of the rooms are boiling Hot and some were freezing cold. None of the space heaters worked. One of my friends said she was so cold when she woke up that it was hard to move her fingers. Our final day we woke up to a putrid smell in the downstairs. The showers had what smelled like sewage come up out of them. Overall we had SO much fun. Location is awesome. But there are definitely a couple things to be addressed namely the plumbing and heating (at least need working space heaters). It was a great space for so many people! Thanks for the stay!

Enjoyed our time in the mountains. Within an hour of everything we wanted to see/do.

Granby is a beautiful area and house was able to accommodate most of our extended family. (20 people). Though there were some problems with the house, overall it was a good stay.

This was the second time we stayed at this property. It is the perfect house for larger group and the location is great. Away from it all and close to everything at the same time. We will be back. Marek

Property # 1316521 CASA VISTA GRANBY=Interior of cabin is as stated and worked for our large family Christmas gathering. Couple of Maintenence issues: Not sure who gets bedroom 8, toilet sign says “use for #1”. Hot tub(s)-none worked, “just broken by previous renter” is what we were told upon our arrival, when I asked. During 7 day stay over Christmas, it was never repaired, in spite of asking owner of functionality prior to arrival. One freezer in kitchen does not close tightly, ice melted inside. Regret I didn’t bring refrig. thermometer to check, as previous older review noted this issue… We used only other freezer, located in bedroom hallway. Adequate refrigerator space. Biggest issue is dirt paved, steep drive onto a very small parking apron. It was like an unmaintained ice rink!! Two vehicles were hit by two other vehicles (1 being the hired plow in a 4 wheel drive) all because of the sheer icy driveway and cars sliding into one another with no space to go anyplace else due to small space in front/side of cabin. Tube sand (1 tube left by owners) didn’t touch the needs to make it safe. We had 6-4 wheel /AWD vehicles and all are experienced Midwestern/snow drivers. Owners suggest max 7 cars & were not responsive to our emailed concerns about the driveway. We tried to reach out via property manager. We have filed a VRBO grievance concerning property description not accurately describing the dangerous pitch of drive on to a very short apron, coupled with minimal caretaking on owners part, in wintertime. You can’t park on the street due to association rules. There’s a makeshift back ally to exit property as you’d be lucky to make it UP the driveway. I was hoping owners would reach out to give a chance to discuss/rectify this but I now regret not posting this immediately. I’m sorry to those who may have had to go through what we did with multiple accidents, police reports and deductibles. Talk to VRBO if you’ve committed to renting this property, when snow likely, and maybe a chance to be released? Given grievance…..Good luck! Suggest you sptay away if you haven’t yet committed.

The house is nice enough, but not well maintained. When we arrived, we discovered the deck was covered with 2-3 feet of snow/ice. Called prop. manager and was told they don’t clear the snow off the deck where the view, the BBQ, the fire pits are. The owner did show up the next day, and removed some, but little could be done since it had turned to ice. There are three hot tubs and none worked. We were told one would be repaired the next day but that didn’t happen. Trash, including a nose ring and razor were found on and around my grandson’s bed. Others also found trash. Had leak under sink when disposal was run and it leaked through the ceiling to a room below. This stay was my gift to family for b’days and Christmas. We had a good time because we just do, but I was disappointed in no deck, no hot tub, and unsanitary conditions.

Awesome stay- beautiful home, lots of space, and so cozy with all the snow coming down. Perfect distance to the ski resort and shuttle buses but just far enough to be quiet and peaceful during our stay.

We really enjoyed this space with the steam room, hot tub and large TV's in every room. There is a huge deck with beautiful views of the mountains, including a glass fireplace to stay warm at night and watch for shooting stars!

We are reserved for 2 nights and the location is very near to the city. All the rooms in the house are very clean and nice. But the Internet connectivity is little bit slow. It's just 35 min far from Rocky mountain visitors center.But all over it is a good place to stay.

We didn't even use all the rooms...the place is massive! It is just like the profile- a big comfortable cabin. It was so great being able to have everyone in one place- we will be back! Thanks!
