Was a great size and beautiful location in the very scenic village of Pyrgos. The jacuzzi is lovely and warm and has a great view of the sunrise and sunset. Short walk to the property from where the taxi drops you, however prepare to walk up a bit of a steep hill, nothing too strenuous though. Some great restaurants around and a small supermarket too. Christine who completes the check-in is absolutely amazing, always there when you need her and suggested some great places. It would not have been the same without her!!
Everything was great!!

Beautiful accommodation, in a fantastic location. Close to some gorgeous restaurants in our favourite town in Sorrento. Plenty to do close by but quiet enough you can enjoy your holiday with out the crowds. Gorgeous view from the room and the hot tub
Christine could not have been more helpful, suggesting local places to eat and things to see and do.
Clean and well kept property. We had a fabulous stay

The listing was misleading.
The information we got only once we had booked states that “you'll have to walk from the main road for about 5 minutes. Half distance is stairs and half distance slightly uphill walk.” The walk took 15-20 minutes. Part of it is up a steep broken path and part is up stairs set into a sloping smooth path. The walk is dangerous, very difficult, and very tiring, and was made even more so by the heat and by the luggage.
The distant view is of the sea. One cannot see the village from the apartment. There is no city view or street view as stated in the listing. The view outside the cave suite is of a hen run and waste ground with some building debris. Roosters can be heard all day.
There is no private balcony or patio.
The hot tub never worked and is not accessible to all. Too small - the steps are not high enough. Too tall – one struggles between the top of the hot tub and the ceiling.
The hot tub generates a lot of humidity and so there was a de-humidifier, not what one might expect. This was extremely noisy and sleep was difficult. It also didn’t work well. The mirrors were permanently steamed up, the walls were continually damp, and the floor had small pools of water, making it very slippery and unsafe. A smell of damp pervaded the accommodation. Lighting inside the cave suite was poor. There was often no Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom had only a handheld shower and one towel hook. The fan in the windowless bathroom was inadequate, there was no bidet, and there was a faint smell of sewage in that room.
The communal area was very poorly furnished – 2 plastic chairs for 4 properties, no sunbeds or umbrellas. There was the mini-pool – but it was not for us to use. Thus, with the noise, lack of light and humidity inside the apartment, there was absolutely nowhere to relax outside.
Manager Christina said that she was not responsible for fixing problems. She was also rude. The general manager Aris was unhelpful and confrontational.

Location on top of a hill in a quiet village
Swimming pool with great view over Fira, Thirasia and Oia in half private courtyard
Modern designed suite with two big rooms (each with bath room area): dining/living area with small kitchen (tea and nescafe are provided), comfortable couch and dining table
Sleeping room with hot tub and super comfortable large bed
Light design, different costumized light combinations
For those who are expecting hotel service, should look for a different accomodation. Cleaning service is provided, there is also a technician checking the pool technic.

The bed is huge and super comfortable. The room is dark, quiet and cool - a welcome relief to the hustle and heat of Santorini. The room is almost cavernous, modern and clean. The view from the hot tub is stunning and having visited the whole island, I can say the sunset from here is spectacular. I would recommend staying here and not fighting thousands of tourists for a spot in Oia
There are no views directly from the room and also very high humidity. The Castle is half restored which means you have exquisite properties like this abutted to condemned ruins. To be fair, this did add to the magic!

The view from the room and the outdoor hot tub were amazing! It is very centrally located in the town of Pyrgos, Santorini. We also liked that the room featured a Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary body wash, body lotion and shampoo. The location was very quiet. The description of how to get to the location was very accurate – you need to be prepared to climb some stairs up the hill.
The so-called Junior Suite is pretty small for two people. It's not a Suite but more a small room, so don't expect too much from it. Also, the room has an open shower which means water will go everywhere even when you are very careful. The safe is also super-small, so don't expect that you can store more than your passport and very small items in it. There is no wardrobe to put any clothes, only a rack with a few hangers.
Overall, we feel that the price of the room is too high for what you get.

Rooms were good
The location was too far, way at the top and you have Carry all your luggage by yourself, so damn difficult and dangerous since there were no fences

Amazing privacy, amazing views, gorgeous place.
Wish there could have been breakfast included

The location and view was beautiful
The room was tiny and the cleaning lady did not actually clean, just made the bed. also the showers have no door so everything gets wet

NO BREAKFAST. No parking. Too long on foot you have to walk ten minutes under the hot sun carrying your luggage. The manager for check in pick up the phone after twenty minutes although we had appointment. 700€ euro for a room 16m and the manager called it suite! No TV it was broken. Awful. Shame on them.

spotlessly clean and views to die for! owner extremely helpful in organising transport for us and happy to help with every query we had.
like a lot of places in Santorini, the only way to get there is on foot! a car can take you to a certain point but then you must walk (with luggage)! this could be difficult for some people. the owner offered a donkey service but in the end a kind gentleman came to assist with our luggage!

perfect location, off the beaten path, spectacular view, spotless cleanliness
Thehoneymoon suite with the hottub inside the masterbedroom created a tremendous humidity during the night

The views were great.
Cleanliness of the room and was a good looking room with plenty of space.
Provided complimentary water, and hot drinks which was good.
The electricity had turned off on two separate occasions.
The wifi was not great
The bed had bed bugs which had caused numerous issues throughout the stay.
The hot tub was like warm and not hot
The pool was not private as listed.

Perfectly located at the hill of Pyrgos with amazing view on Fira and Oia. Super cozy and clean, fast WiFi and Netflix, bug plus for coffe machine 😊 it was big pleasure to relax in the jacuzzi after all day of walking :)) great restaurant Rosemary around the corner. Wonderful stay!!!

The accommodation was very spacious for 2 people. We stayed for 14 nights and the only downside was the lack of wardrobe and drawer space. Only 3 hangers. This is probably ok for most people who have shorter stays.
The walk in wet room shower was lovely and tea and coffee making facilities an added bonus + large bottle of water provided every day in the fridge. The outdoor hot tub was fantastic and we had a wonderful view of the Caldera. Lovely garden area to sit and relax with glass of wine in the evening and take in the view. The room and the hot tub were cleaned daily and the whole place was spotless. Maria was a great host and very responsive to any queries. She arranged car hire and restaurant bookings and was very helpful with suggestions of where to go and what to see. The village of Pyrgos is very picturesque and there are lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance of the apartment. However the paths are very steep in places and bumpy and you’ll need sensible shoes to traverse them. I would definitely recommend this place for couples and honeymooners. Very romantic and peaceful.
The road leading up to the apartment is very steep and bumpy. Although we were warned about this, it was a lot steeper and longer than we expected with suitcases, make sure they have good wheels on them. Would not be suitable for elderly or people with limited mobility. Getting around in the village and walking to the square is only possible on foot.

Beds comfy
Town nice
The lady who showed us to our room wasn’t very friendly and didn’t offer to help carry even out smaller bags.

Love it's view from the jacuzzi, great room (big and really comfortable).
Breakfast not included, not good and expansive (20€ each).
You have to park the car quite far from the structure and it's hard to reach with the luggage (no services to help you with the luggage).

Everything was fine, the manager met us at a central point to guide us to the winery. Corona protection was very well. The flat is really great and wonderfull. Private pool and an overwhelming look above the beautifull island of Santorini. Had a great stay
The kitchen is not very well equiped and needs restautation.

Great room that was very comfortable. Amazing view and lovely space on the balcony. Great for a glass of wine and watching the sunset! Perfect spot that's away from the tourist hustle and bustle of the rest of the island, but still very central and easy to get to beaches, restaurants, etc.
The place was a little hard to find, but a quick call to the owners and someone was quickly there to help me find my way. Really appreciated it!

Super location in the historic village of Pyrgos with a stunning view over the north of the Island. Sophia was an excellent host with plenty of ideas of places to see etc. The breakfast was ample and fantastic. It’s outside the noisy tourist area - plenty of peace and quiet
Santorini can be breezy and even a bit chilly in late spring. The heating came in handy to take the chill off the evening. I understand why the plunge pool wasn’t heated but didn’t risk it!
Visitors with mobility problems should know the property is up many stony steps - although help is at hand with bags when you arrive and depart.
