Superb Villa, almost perfect for our needs. The Aircon was an enormous benefit. Spacious and well positioned for road access. Enjoyed the architectural features of the interior. Our host was superb too.

Only comment is that the pool access is an issue for children and those with mobility issues (such as our daughter). Pool steps would be a HUGE benefit here. Strongly recommend looking into this.

The villa was spacious, comfortable and very, very clean. We appreciated the welcoming food and drink provided by our host George who was most helpful and even came back with blankets which were not needed but a thoughtful touch nonetheless. The BBQ area was great as was the patio by the plunge pool for enjoying the morning and evening sun. Despite the earlier reviews we found the wi-fi to be better than we'd been expecting. It works well on the ground floor and outdoor areas and although more intermittent in the bedrooms, overall it was more than adequate for our needs. A rental car is definitely necessary but we knew that when we booked the villa which was a fabulous base from which to explore the island and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

House was clean

No hot water No Internet In middle of nowhere

Everything was wonderful: the house was as described, it is located in the middle of everything you could visit in the island and George and Aspasia were very helpful, they even manage a rental car for us. And the thing I will always thank them is that, after arriving very late from the airport, we had enough food in the fridge to dinner and have breakfast in the morning (and more). Thanks a lot. George is such a Kind Host he really took care of everything, you can call him for everything you need. 10/10 would recommend it.

The villa is very big and the architecture and design choices are very interesting. The AC works really good and the kitchen is fully functioning and great for cooking dinner every day. The beds and pillows are very firm, which we enjoyed but they might be TOO firm for other people. George is an absolute treasure and will reply to your messages within seconds, and he can always assist!

The location is very remote, so it’s hard to get around without renting a car. There are no hiking paths around the villa.

Just perfect. We were expected at the airport and accompanied to the place of residence, even though we had our own rented car. The same thing when we left for the departure from the port of Rhodes, from where we continued to the island of Karpathos. The owner was very helpful and the accommodation was wonderful. Although not directly on the beach, but the distance is not great if you rent your own car. The villa is very large and luxury with its own private pool.

Everything was absolutely perfect.
