Die Lage direkt neben dem Strand ist genial. Allerdings muss erwähnt sein, dass der nächste Supermarkt so knapp 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Restaurants und Bars finden sich genügend entlang der Strandpromenade. Ins Zentrum von Valencia sind es ca. 6km mit dem Fahrrad (Valenbisi Verleihstation direkt neben der Unterkunft). Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat sehr gut funktioniert und er war sehr freundlich. Die Dachterasse ist sehr nett zum sitzen.

Die Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können. Vor allem in Küche und Bad. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr limitiert (Töpfe, Besteck etc.). In unserem Apartment gab es kaum Ablage- oder Aufhängmöglichkeiten. Die Fotos in der Anzeige sind von einem Apartment, wir waren in einem anderen untergebracht und ein paar Dinge sind nicht gleich in den Apartments. Die Fotos in der Anzeige suggerieren, dass die Apartments richtung Meer schauen - das ist leider nicht so. Die Apartments sind in die andere Richtung orientiert.

El anfitrión llegó enseguida y nos dio muy amable 2 botellas de agua, está situado en la trasera del paseo maritimo, cercanía a la playa pero no es una playa bonita ni limpia

Necesitaría una reforma, fue una decepción los azulejos están muy viejos,las paredes blancas están sucias y con algún bicho aplastado, el portal y la calle huele fatal, y las camas individuales tienen las láminas del somier en el suelo y la cama grande sigue como leí en comentarios con una bajera pequeña y necesita mejorar la limpieza

Perfect location, spotless clean and super spacious. Lovely hosts and cleaners. We loved the roof terrace in the evening.

The staff was kind.

Not very well conserved, sloppy entrance and building. Bed had a broken leg, not very confortable. Air conditioning worked fine. Terrace was big.

The apartment was spacious and clean, Miguel was a great host. The apartment is situated very close to the beach which is fantastic and spotless. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, some are a little pricey but cheaper and even more authentic alternatives can be found a few streets away.

There is a nightclub which is actually not right beside the apartment however the club's music is so loud that it can be heard from the bedrooms of the apartment (we were in no.7) and this stopped us getting to sleep and also woke us during the night/morning. There was also drilling work going on at the property next door to us from around 9am right through the day. Not a problem if you're out and about but if you fancied relaxing on the communal roof terrace or were indoors for any reason during the day then you'd struggle.

The photos of the flat do not correspond to reality. It doesn't have a beach view, it has a completely backwards view, to a car park. The filth in the kitchen is completely unacceptable. The bathroom was dirty, it had a shower that did not drain the water, every time we showered the bathroom became a pool. Shower without pressure.
