House was everything as advertised. The grandchildren loved having there own rooms. Also they loved the pool with the slide. We did have over 7 inches of rain overnight and the hoa did contact us to see if all was ok which it was.

Great stay. House is perfect for large family gatherings. Room for all ages and restroom/tvs for each room. Pools and clubhouse facilites are really nice, and easily accessible by walking. Trash receptacles are nearby too. Marina jusy around the corner and Branson strip just 15 minutes away!

It was beautiful. It was very clean. The kids loved downstairs. The boys wanted to play basketball but the balls needed air. We also needed an extra roll of paper towels. I think 1 roll for a lot of people is not enough. But overall the stay was great. It was close to all we wanted to do. We would come back.

Overall it was an absolute top notch place. My whole family agreed it was a very nice place. Possibly best vaca ever. Only thing was i wish bbq grill wasnt in bad condition,but we did cook inside and accommodations were great. Will prolly be back to this place in the future. Would recommend this house to anyone. Thanks so much for your thoughtfulness in furnishings throught this house.

Our family of 16 recently stayed here and we enjoyed it very much! The house had plenty of room to spread out and offered plenty of amenities both at the house and at the clubhouse by the two pools and splash pad. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was great regarding bedrooms and bathrooms. Owner should put another couch in the sitting area to accommodate large groups. Many of the king beds were high enough off the ground that you had to crawl up into them. Otherwise, we were quite satisfied. 4.5 out of 5 stars

Our family really enjoyed this home. It is well stocked and very comfortable. The teenage boys loved the basketball court which was close to the house and we all enjoyed the pool. We love the area because it’s out a little ways from Branson, but it’s easy to get where you want to go.

My familly loved this house. My wife and I were recently married and have a blended family so we decided to take a quick trip to Branson to unwind after the wedding and enjoy each other. There was my wife and I, 8 teenagers and a baby. The house is set up perfectly for us. The second living area was a perfect place for the kids to go and have fun, the upstairs bedrooms were a perfect place for my daughter and her baby to get away from the noise. My kids loved the bedrooms and all of the televisions--lol. We had 11 people in all and there was plenty of space for us. We will definitely rend this house again.

Our family decided to forego gifts this year and just get away together for Christmas. We picked the perfect house for our time together. The kids loved the bunk rooms. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all the adults, and we had a fabulous stay. We had a small issue with our door code at check-in and it was immediately resolved. Already trying to plan a trip back with the other side of the family! A great property!

The home was exactly as pictured in the listing. We were very impressed by the cleanness of the home when we walked in. Everything about it was beautiful (it's a lovely property). But the most impressive of all was an issue we had with the plumbing. The Property Manager, Kayla, was there in no time with a cleaning crew and took care of the problem as quickly as possible, letting us know what was going on every step of the way. She didn't leave the property until all was finished and cleaned up. She had even called around to other properties to see if they could accommodate us. Actually, we are really very glad that nothing was available. Thank you, Kayla (and the property owners), for making sure that our stay was amazing!

We rented this place as a space for our wedding party to sleep in all together. I cannot say enough great words about our experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable and spacious. During the initial booking I was worried about the bunk rooms being too small but they were more than enough space! The kitchen/dining area is enough to accommodate a large group constantly being in the way haha. And the parking is really nice. Finally, the location was amazing- just a few minutes from Big Cedar, Dogwood Canyon, and more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bell Haven. The welcome snacks when we arrived were great! We all said that this was by far the best supplied home that we have stayed in. There was absolutely everything we needed. The house and furnishings were beautiful and the beds were amazing!
We also were pleasantly surprised that there are now 2 pools in the common area, one with a slide, and a splash pad for the little kids. Thank you for making your beautiful home available.

We stayed at this house for a family vacation with extended family. This house is set up perfectly to combine several households. All the kids loved the the bunk rooms! Everything we wanted to do in Branson was at the most a 15 minute drive. Perfect location. Highly recommend this house.

Christmas Gift for Our Family
We gave this to our children and their families as a Christmas gift and scheduled it for June 25 (halfway to Christmas). We arrived a little early, overestimating the time for the drive, so we went down and enjoyed the community pool until we could check in. The house was great for the 17 of us! We brought in our chairs to accommodate more of us gathering in the living room off the kitchen and there was plenty of space for us all. The bedrooms were comfortable and the open kitchen and dining area with the extra long farm table worked great for us! We look forward to returning in the future.

Great place for a large family!
We were thrilled with the set-up of this house. Kids were in the bedrooms with bunkbeds...girls in one and boys in the other. Each couple had a king size bed and their own bathroom, which everyone loved.
It's located far enough out of the busy city that there wasn't much traffic to deal with and close enough to get to everything in a reasonable amount of time. I somehow thought the house was a little more secluded than it was, though. It's sort of like being in a subdivision and houses are pretty close.
The owners were easy to work with and responded to my questions and/or comments quickly.
The only real downfall to the house was that you hear everything going on in every room. Didn't seem like there was much insulation between walls or floors.
