Ruhiges Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern im Herzen von Palm Harbor. Im Schrank des Hauptschlafzimmers befindet sich ein Kinderspiel- und Hochstuhl. Die schöne Küche ist mit Kochgeschirr für die Zubereitung einer Mahlzeit ausgestattet und bietet Platz für 8 Personen. Es gibt auch Plastikwaren für die Kinder. Kaffee und Tee stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung. Split-Plan-Layout. Viel Platz für alle mit Wohnzimmer, Familienzimmer und Essbereich. Große hintere Terrasse zum Essen im Freien oder Faulenzen am Pool.

From the moment we walked in the house we knew we had picked a great location. Very clean and organized. Not a lot of clutter lying around. Anything we had forgot was provided at the house. Great towels and linens. The pool itself is very large and my three boys loved every minute in it. The pool area is amazing. A Screened in area for eating or playing games. Thank you for letting us rent your home and we hope to be back again.

The house was great for our vacation! I had myself and my 3 children and 2 of their friends with me. Ages 10-20 and having the pool was great! We are used to staying closer to the beach and in a more touristy area but this was a great change of pace! The house was very clean and very well stocked with everything you needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and it was just a short drive to the beach! Would definitely recommend

I booked this home over 9 months prior to the stay. The home is very much as advertised and nicely maintained. I feel this home is priced just right and a good "bang for your buck" any higher and I would say otherwise. I picked this home for the pool, location, price and high reviews. Communication with Kathy started well from the beginning.
There was one issue though that put quiet a damper on one of our days. A tree trimming company was scheduled of all days on a day we were staying. I was informed prior to our stay that the front yard tree would be getting trimmed. I was fine with that and Kathy very nicely left a $75 gift card for breakfast. We left early afternoon as they were finishing up the tree. We made a nice visit to clearwater beach then headed back after a couple of hours to use the pool as we had a couple if friends going to swim with us. To our suprise when we returned they had moved to the backyard with their equipment to cut down an entire tree by the pool.... This put quiet a damper on the rest of our afternoon. Canceling the friends coming over and trying to enjoy the pool while the chainsaws were going for hours. This wouldnt have been a huge issue if we were informed in the morning or day before. We would have stayed at the beach longer and made other plans. Overall this home and owners (they live next door) were nice. I would recommend and stay here again!

Home was comfortable, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. It is located in a great neighborhood and close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Owners were a pleasure to deal with as they were responsive to all needs. We would love to stay again if we return to the area!

This well maintained, home away from home property is in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of local beaches and amenities, tasty eats & day out treats. The property owners were easily contactable & provided a quick response to any queries. The pool was lovely with a good size seating area. Our only ‘bug bear’ (pun intended) would be to add a lanai - the insects were fierce this September. We would recommend this home to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing & restful holiday.

So glad the hurricane missed your home and we were able to stay! Home is wonderful! Loved having the pool and backyard, not crazy about the mosquitos. Floor plan is great, very well stocked and comfortable. While not Beverly Hills the neighborhood was nice and felt very safe. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. 20 min to Clearwater beaches. We have stayed at this property multiple times and will continue to keep coming back. Such a quiet area but within 15-20min of clearwater, honeymoon island and all the shops! We have recommended this house to multiple people and we all love it! Not to mention that the property owners are amazing and always there if you need them! It truly feels like a home away from home ❤️

Our family had the best time at this vacation rental. Everything was just as described. The pool was perfect for everyone in our party! The house was perfect for our small children and teenagers. The hosts did a wonderful job at communicating and perfectly arranging every detail of the stay. This house has everything you need to make your family vacation great! Honeymoon island, Bellaire beach, Clearwater and tarpon springs were all in close driving distance. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The house is beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full baths. Everything you need to feel like your at home. Plenty of pool toys, pool towels, towels/wash clothes, 1 beach umbrella and multiple chairs. House is located 26 minutes away from Clearwater, and under 20 minutes from Honey Moon Island. We traveled from Ohio to celebrate my son’s 8th birthday with family. Can’t wait to come and stay again.

We had a wonderful trip! This house was perfect for my family of 6 and truly was just like home. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you could think of…or forgot at home! We all enjoyed the beautiful pool everyday we were home! The house was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and was close to many stores and beaches. It was about 15 minutes from Honeymoon Island and 30 mins from Clearwater Beach. We didn’t mind needing to drive to the beach. We also spent a day at Disney which was about 1.5 hours away and not a bad drive at all. We loved the house and will definitely book here again! Thank you Mark and Kathy for a wonderful stay!

This property is a great find. The house is well maintained with a very cozy feel, but still with plenty of room. A nice touch from the owners was a welcome gift. They were attentive and very responsive. Lots of activities, restaurants, groceries and the beach are nearby. The only thing different on the listing is that there was 1 twin bed as opposed to 2. Definatly looking forward to a future stay.

Nice house. Well stocked with easy directions. Streaming service worked well with wifi for everyone to stay connected to the world. Lots to do in the area. Particularly liked Honeymoon Island state park.

Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Pool is perfect for kids. House is set up great to where you can see the kids in the pool and has child protection to keep them from going outside to the pool. First time using vrbo and we loved it. Our family would rent the house again.

We were so delighted to arrive and find this house is completely well stocked with everything you need from dishes to beach toys. Their care for the guests was amazing. The house is big enough where everybody gets a little space and privacy, but the pool was the best part! Lots of great swimming when you don’t want to haul everyone to the beach which is really close! I recommend paying the 8 dollar entry to do honeymoon island! We booked another vacation in this home while we were on our trip!
