The hotel is not a 4 star needs maintenance

the location of the property is ideal. Close to the stores and the beach.

the property is VERY expensive for what you get. The property was very run down. We paid for 3 rooms and it had only two rooms with “beds” in the living room. the furniture was breaking down and water pressure was almost non existent

nothing. it was a disaster

the walls of the rooms seems made of paper, I heard both left and right neighbor all night. could not sleep. the “balcony” door is a single glass pane and 2 meters later u have a big terrace for public use, thus when anyone is enjoying their time in the terrace u can’t enjoy calmness in the room as it’s too loud. the bathroom was simply extremely too old and lacking maintenance: shower, toilet, sink, bath tube, all extremely old.

The environment. The compound has a very good location close to the centre (walking distance), and Carilo itself is anyway great!

I had the general impression that the compound really needs some maintenance! Due to lack of maintenance I could see bats housing below the top roof which creates bad odor in the rooms. Specifically in my room we had problems with both toilets (not working properly), when taking a shower the bathroom gets extremly wet (water leaking from the bathtube), and some lights were not working. On the other side the replacement of towels were not working at all. I needed to go a few times to the reception in order to get new towels...

it was well located , friendly staff
