This property was great to accommodate our whole family. Very conveniently located near restaurants, branson, and of course the lake. The slip was great and convenient, to launch your boat is very easy as the marina is just down the road and the drive over to the dock is simple. We would most definitely stay again. Great hosts!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Some attention to repair of small items is needed. However, the location is great and the condo is very clean and well-kept. We also enjoyed having use of a boat slip down the hill. We would recommend this to anyone traveling with family.

We had a fantastic fishing trip and this was the perfect place to stay, right next to the lake with its own boat slip. Had everything we needed for watching the NFL draft in the evenings and fishing during the day. Second time we stayed here and plan to stay here again next year!

The property was beautiful. I really enjoyed the property. But I was told when I booked my reservation that the swimming pools would be up and running and heated and they weren’t. Also I booked this property because all three bedrooms had a television set and only one of the TV set/ cable/entertainment worked. But other than that it’s a lovely property was lovely furnishings.

This was the absolute perfect place for our group. Great location with lake access for our boat. Had a fantastic time. Will definitely rent this unit again!

accommodations - overall the unit was nice; kitchen well supplied; dining table seated 8; coffee supplied; living spaces were good, but the cleanliness was sub par. Some dishes in the cabinet were dirty as well as utensils, cob webs in the corners, sewer smell from a drain, floors were sticky, carpet was not clean, sheets seemed old as the elastic wouldn't keep them on the mattress. We had a great time and it served our needs. Mattresses could be updated but overall we would probably stay here again.

Great location right on the lake with a boat slip. The beds were very comfortable and the condo had plenty of room for 6 people.

The condo was perfect! We had 6 people. Plenty of room for everyone! (Bring towels for showers though. There were very few.) The boat slip was a must for us and was really convenient!! Overall a great stay and we would stay there again!!

Good location and nice condo. Had a safe balcony for 2 yr old as well as high chair and pack and play. Good pool for kids. Nice kitchen and plenty of items to cook with. Very responsive owners. Close to boat rentals and SDC. Would stay again.

We visited Branson. This condo has a great kitchen, comfortable beds, and easy check in. It was clean. Sheets had hair on them, but otherwise the condo was very clean.

We stayed in this condo over Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time. It’s perfectly suited for families with three bedrooms and the layout of the condo. Nice big kitchen was great for making Thanksgiving dinner. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the easy access to Silver Dollar City.

Nice furnishings, kitchen had all the perks. Great view of, and proximity to, the lake. Beds were very comfortable. All needed deeper pocket sheets and mattress covers though. Close to the play ground and pool, although we went in the winter and didn’t use these amenities. Nice woodsy area to explore. Great location if you are going to Silver Dollar City.

We all enjoyed the views from our balcony. Everything from check in to log on the internet was easy and convenient. Which is saying a lot for these "Okies".We had some bad bad weather but the owners got emergency information to us immediately. Which mom was so grateful for. We came to take the grandkids to sight and sound theater to see Noah. We didnt think to bring the baby bed and high chair for just a two night stay, but we were blessed you thought of it for us.Our overall experience was amazing! Thank you so much, we know where to stay when we return.

Excellent place we had so much fun . Spacious, clean , beautiful view , just like the pictures.

The condo was the perfect setup for 3 couples and an added adult to celebrate 2 milestone birthdays and enjoy some family time. We boated, shopped, enjoyed both the lake and the pool from property access. Parking was ample even over the 4th. We saw at least 8 different fireworks displays from our balcony where we also enjoyed playing games each night. The property is close enough to everything to be convenient but far enough away that we didn’t feel that we were right in the middle of Branson traffic. The condo is clean and well appointed. We easily prepared breakfast each day with the kitchen appliances and tools on hand. The washer and dryer is always nice to have available when boating and we used these to make the return home less of a hassle with the laundry all done! Handan and Mike were very responsive and worked diligently to alleviate the lake flooding issues which were out of their control impacting the dock area. We were still able to use the dock and assigned slip each day.

Loved the boat dock access! Pool was nice for the evening! Fun trip!

This place was perfect for our yearly girls weekend. Plenty of space and the perfect table for game night.

The service was wonderful, Mike came over at midnight to repair our ac. The things we missed was coffee, no spices, Kleenex, paper towels, bug spray and sun screen. I would visit again, the unit had a great view and very clean. Thank you

Our family had a great stay. This condo was very comfortable and perfectly located for going to Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake and other Branson attractions. The pool was nice, but we would have love access to swim in the lake via beach or dock but the condo. Barely any lake view and if you don’t have a boat you have to drive somewhere else to access the lake. Still a nice place though.

Rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Great views from the balcony and super close to Silver Dollar City.

This unit is huge, and a great fit for large families or groups of 3 different families. Each bedroom is very spacious, has it's own TV and the master bedroom has a huge shower and jetted tub. The unit is in excellent condition and a perfect place to relax after a long day on the lake or at Silver Dollar City. Five stars for the space, condition and location.

We had a pleasant experience with our stay. Check in was fast and courteous. After checking in we drove to the condo and were not disappointed. We had to climb one flight of stairs but were happy to do so...because you probably have the best view of Table Rock Lake from this unit than any other unit in the complex. We were pleased that the pools were still open (in October). This condo was selected because it had three bedrooms and each had a king sized bed...it worked perfectly for our family. We have traveled to Branson on many occasions and would return to this unit on our next trip. The only negative issue was the condition of the couch...it was peeling and did not look good..but the person that checked us into the condo informed us of this issue and said that they were replacing the couch next week.
