In unserem gemütlichen Gästehaus in North Kingstown genießen Sie den Luxus einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft, nur eine kurze Autofahrt von Providence, Newport, Westerly und sogar Boston entfernt.
Gehen Sie in die erste Etage, die ein großes Schlafzimmer mit hohen Decken, einem Kingsize-Bett und einem ausklappbaren Futon (in voller Größe) beherbergt. Für Kleinkinder steht ein Pack and Play zur Verfügung. Im Erdgeschoss und im Obergeschoss gibt es Verdunkelungsvorhänge. Es gibt ein eigenes Bad mit einer Duschkabine. Die Temperatur im Erdgeschoss (Heizung und Klimaanlage) wird von einem Gerät an der Wand geregelt. Direkt neben dem Flur im Erdgeschoss erwartet Sie eine private Veranda mit 2 Gartenstühlen.
Die zweite Etage ist nur eine Treppe hoch und verfügt über 2 Sofas, die in Twin-Size-Betten umgewandelt werden können. Es gibt Raum Verdunkelungsnuancen im gesamten Obergeschoss. Wir bieten einen Fernseher mit Roku & DVD-Player sowie DVDs für Ihre Unterhaltung. Ein elektrischer Kamin trägt zum gemütlichen Ambiente bei. Das 2. Badezimmer mit einer Stand-up-Dusche befindet sich direkt am Wohnbereich. Eine Küchenzeile mit grundlegenden Annehmlichkeiten befindet sich im Obergeschoss. Es beherbergt einen Toaster, eine Kochplatte, einen Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle. Es gibt auch eine Kaffee-Bar für Ihren Genuss. Eine Waschmaschine / Trockner-Einheit ist hinter der Küchenzeile versteckt, damit unsere Gäste sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Die Temperatur im Obergeschoss (Heizung und Klimaanlage) wird von einem Gerät an der Wand geregelt.

Wir sind eine 5-minütige Fahrt nach East Greenwich und Goddard Park. 10 Minuten nach Wickford und Wickford Junction Railway Station (S-Bahn nach Boston). 25 Minuten nördlich von Providence, 25 Minuten südlich von Newport und 20 Minuten nach Narragansett. 20 Minuten bis T. F. Grüner Flughafen. 45 Minuten nach Westerly und den südlichen Stränden von RI. Der nächste Strand im Goddard Park ist nur 5 Autominuten entfernt! 1 Stunde 15 Minuten Fahrt nach Boston und 3 Stunden Fahrt nach New York City.

Michi and Brian’s guest house was the perfect home base for a visit with family in NK, Warwick, and Newport. With two teenagers and two parents it gave everyone enough space and bathrooms to unwind, plus a small kitchen and lovely dining area. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Michi and Brian’s place. The location was excellent, and everything about the stay was simply great. We came as a family getaway and we were able to get to many places and came back every evening for board games and a relaxing place to lay our heads. She was a wonderful host, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Stayed Here with my sister and adult daughter for a long weekend. The location is perfect. An even distance between Providence and Newport. Wickford Village is a short drive away as well. The house is conveniently located to pretty much everything. The guest house also looked exactly as it appeared in the pictures, modern and clean and very well organized. Michi was super helpful with a small problem with the Wi-Fi and took care of it for us almost immediately. I would definitely recommend a stay at Good Vibrations and look forward to coming back.

We stayed here for 3 nights for our nephews bar mitzvah. Perfect location as it was in between all the venue sites for our family function filled weekend.
Communication with the owner was awesome, she was very responsive and helpful. We did not plan for rainy weather so would have loved to have some umbrellas available ( as we were all dressed up with pouring rain)…
Great amount of toys/dvds/books for the kids. My kids were a bit bummed they weren’t allowed to use the play structure outside our house… but luckily we were busy with family so we weren’t hanging around the house much anyway.

My fiancé and I brought our 10 month old to RI to visit some family. The house was easy to find, and centrally located to all the places we wanted to go. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our baby(pack and play, high chair, etc), very convenient! The space was the perfect size for us, and plenty of room to have some company for dinner. Michi was easy to reach when we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

My mom and aunt stayed at Good vibrations and said it was the cleanest rental they have ever booked. The design and flow of the property was great - my mom slept in the king sized bed on the first floor and my aunt (who loves to stay up late watching TV) had the entire second floor to herself, including a kitchen and bathroom. We will definitely book this property next time family comes to town.

We (three adults) stayed at the property for a weekend in late October. The guesthouse is extremely clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully prepared; possibly the best I've stayed at on any such property-management app/site! A convenient drive to Newport and near Wickford village, both great sightseeing locales. Details: One king bed, one futon in same room, and comfy sleeping couches upstairs. Kitchen, dining in open concept upstairs, two full baths with showers; private, quiet, lovely neighborhood.

Everything was just as we imagined it to be on this property. We take a fall girls trip each year, three friends from high school. The location was perfect, we spent two days exploring Newport, and two days in Providence. We also liked the Wickford area nearby. The house was perfect for our needs, including our nightly card games. The owners were quick to respond to our needs.

Comfortable and convenient
This property provided more than expected. It was a cozy atmosphere, nicely decorated, very clean and fully functional. It’s well thought out. Even our active toddler stayed entertained with lots of room to move around and engaging games. You really won’t need to bring much to make this feel like home while you’re away.

A special place
This was an excellent rental unit. We had an outstanding time with our daughters. It is divided in two very separate living areas. It was perfect for us.The unit is very tastefully done. It is very clean and well organized. The bathrooms are very nice. We loved it there. The outside area is gorgeous!

Very nice accommodations! Enjoyed several aspects of this place. Decor was very tasteful. Bed and futon were comfy. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Just a short drive to Newport, where we had planned to spend our time. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

We truly appreciated our stay in this spacious and well-stocked guest house. Check in and out was simple and the hosts are helpful and responsive. The guest house was impressively clean and afforded our very tall teenagers room to spread out. We were able to begin our days with fresh brewed coffee and breakfast in the well-appointed kitchen and enjoyed returning to the quiet peaceful setting at the end of the day. The wifi was fast and beds comfortable. Grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions (as well as our local family!) are an easy drive away. Thank you very much, Michi!

Very Pleased
We were very pleased with the guest house. The hosts provided every convenience one could want, and the house was generously supplied with all the basics. The house is very clean and up-to-date with the exception of the college size refrigerator, which was small and frosted over. There was plenty of room for two of us. The master bedroom was spacious, and the king bed was comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and abundant. It was a great location for day trips to neighboring towns and beaches. We would consider staying there again if we were to visit that area of Rhode Island.

Rhode Island Getaway
My husband and I spent two weeks at this comfortable, centrally located guest house visiting friends and family who live throughout RI. Michi’s roomy home was equipped with all of the essentials that we needed.
Having two bathrooms and a king-sized bed added to the comfort of our stay.

Really clean, supplies fine.
The only thing I can say is not a place to have people come over as you are sharing space with host family as far as a yard goes so no cooking out or any noise after 8. It suited me as I was alone.
Everyone has different plans just something to keep in mind.

Our stay was just wonderful. The guest house was just as it said it was. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood, but easy to get to different attractions. We were able to spend a day in Providence, a day in Boston and a day in Newport. Michi answered my questions quickly and was easy to work with. We hope to be back soon.

Beautiful Guest House!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful guest house! It had everything we needed and was in the perfect location for taking day trips to nearby attractions. The king bed was very comfortable and we loved the beautiful quiet neighborhood. We also loved the Ninja coffee pot! Might seem trivial but we enjoy starting our mornings with great coffee! We highly recommend this guest house!

Everything about renting this guest house was easy and smooth! Michi was fantastic with communication quickly and answering any questions. She gave many helpful recommendations for things to do locally. The house was clean, larger than expected which was great and had all the basics that we needed. The location was close enough to stores and places to go, but quiet and safe. Overall great experience, I would definitely book again if we are in the area! :)

This property exceeded our expectations! We were attending a family wedding on Block Island needing a weekend rental. The guest house was beautifully decorated, spacious and very comfortable.
