The villa was perfect for our party of 6 adults and one three year old. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
Stavroula organised cars to be delivered to the villa ( which I think is a must as everything is quite a walk away) and also a private chef to come on our last evening which turned out to be the highlight of our trip!
The whole experience was wonderful.
Thank you to Bora, the housekeeper for keeping everything looking beautiful, to Stavroula for answering any queries we had so quickly and to chef Nita for her amazing food. We were sad to leave.

Our stay at Aleria Villa from July 9th to July 13th was nothing short of spectacular. Our group of 8, which included my wife, our two daughters, my sister-in-law, brother-in-law, niece, nephew, and myself, enjoyed every moment in this stunning villa.
The villa itself was absolutely amazing – spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. One of the highlights was the fantastic pool, where we spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Santorini weather.
What truly set this experience apart was our host, Stavroula. She was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From assisting with transportation reservations to providing excellent restaurant and activity recommendations, she was always super responsive to our requests and needs.
The combination of the luxurious villa and the exceptional hospitality made our vacation unforgettable.
We highly recommend Aleria Villa to anyone looking for a dream vacation in Santorini.

We highly recommend this property. Great communication with Stravoula the property manager. The space worked well for two families. Highlight was the pool and outdoor area. Kitchen was well stocked so we cooked several meals. We liked that we could easily drive to other towns and beaches.

Everything about Aleria Villa was fabulous! My family of 8 came to Santorini to celebrate my 60th birthday. Communication with Stavroula the property manager via WhatsApp was excellent. She contacted me prior to arrival with recommendations and information, then was waiting for us at the villa to greet us and let us in. She messaged us several times during our 6 day stay to check on us to see if we needed anything. Bora the housekeeper was friendly and helpful and did an excellent job talking care of the villa. We were so pleased to see a cat and kittens in the backyard, and Bora takes care of the cats too.
The villa was amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything about it was top notch. We spent a great deal of time lounging around the pool and cooking delicious meals in the well appointed kitchen. We rented 2 cars and the villa was a perfect location for exploring the island.

Generally it was very nice. But some tweaking would be good. There need to be more towel bars in the bathrooms. It would be nice to have Kleenex and plenty of extra toilet paper. It would also be nice to have coasters. These are fairly small items but would certainly kick it up to another level. It is a very beautiful facility in a good location. We did have some trouble with adequate hot water but it was repaired in a timely fashion. In general, we were very pleased. Thanks!

We stayed 5 nights at the villa & it was amazing. Perfect location to go eat or out for the day exploring, we rented side by sides. Bora was there every morning to take care of any needs for the villa like towels or cleaning. Stavroula checked in frequently & was always available to answer any questions regardless of the time! Highly recommend this property

House was spacious and accommodated our group perfectly. Store was walking distance to quaint center of town. Air conditioner in each room worked perfectly. Pool was awesome and so were the many lounging area. The loft is not for tall people and has no ac. Stavroula is so kind, patient and knowledgeable about the area. She arranged transportation for us and at our request had an ATV delivered to the house which we paid the rental fee. The ATV helped to bring groceries back to the house versus carry. Bora the care taker was very helpful also. We will return. Thank you Stavroula and Bora.

We were two famiies of seven adults staying at this villa and this review is from all of us.
Stavroula, the property manager, is a treasure and we are very grateful to her for everything she did to assist us during our stay. She was very responsive and helpful with all our questions and requests.
The housekeeper was discreet; we appreciated her flexibility around us.
We loved the outdoor space: terrace, seating areas and pool.
The town of Messaria is about 10 minutes walk & has a supermarket, bakery, coffee shop, restaurants, vehicle hire etc. Fira is accesible by bus or approx 40 minutes walk. There are footpaths behind the property otherwise its a very busy road into Messaria. Beaches are accessible by bus.
The villa description is misleading: it's a four not five bedroom property. The beds are all doubles. There is a low ceiling mezzanine with a mattress on the floor. It was impractical for use for reasons of privacy, too hot and no blinds or covering for the roof windows. We were two couples and three single people of different ages and abilities expecting five bedrooms.
Six bottles of water were provided on arrival however we had to walk into town daily to stock up (tap water is not drinkable). Maybe having a daily water delivery could be an option for guests who do not have a vehicle or less able to carry several bottles of water up a hill.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa.

This was a special place for our family vacation. This villa was perfect for my parents, my two adult sons and me and my husband. Everyone had their own spaces and plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor area is the star of the show - amazing. Messaria was out of the way and not in all the crowds but a quick car ride away. Stavroula was amazing and always a text away when we needed help. The only downside was the construction next door that started at 7 AM and sometimes went until 5 or 6 PM. They seems to be new construction all over the island. We would definitely come back!

We loved our stay at this villa. It had 4 bedrooms and a loft which was perfect for our group of 7. There was plenty of gathering space so that we could enjoy each other. There was also plenty of areas where you could have some time to yourself. The pool area was spacious enough for all.
Stavroula was a great host. She helped arrange transportation and pick ups from the airport as people arrived at different times.
We would definitely stay here again.

My extended family and I had a great stay in Stavroula’s home. She is a great communicator, and was very helpful with dinner recommendations, rental cars, arranging a catamaran cruise, and a private chef. The home is lovely, and the pool area is delightful. It’s a quick drive to pretty much anywhere on the island. Warning to folks with children, pretty much everything is white, so be careful with dirty feet! And the pool is not heated, which I think is typical for Santorini, so it was a bit chilly in April.

We enjoyed our stay at Aleria Villa. The home had plenty of room for our group of 7. The housekeeping gal was very sweet. She came to the house every day and always did a little extra like hanging the clothes that we left in the washer. That was very much appreciated. The villa is a bit of a distance from both Fira & Oia but there is a cute village with restaurants and stores within walking distance. We chose not to rent a car so we used car services when we went to the bigger towns. That can be quite costly but with 7 of us dividing the cost it wasn't so bad. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would recommend.

What a week in Santorini! Stayed at beautiful and spacious Aleria Villa with family members for our daughter’s wedding. We enjoyed our stay immensely and took advantage of all the opportunities presented to us. Rental cars were delivered to the property, groceries taken care of before our arrival, housekeeping regularly and a delicious meal prepared by our private cook for 15 people! Great location, well appointed finishes and alluring pool to enjoy after a day of fun & adventure. The staff was truly accommodating and thoughtful. We definitely will be back! Thank you!

We had an amazing time staying at Aleria Villa! We had seven adults and three teenagers and the Villa was just perfect! The house has ample room and several different living areas so we never felt cramped. The photos of the back/pool area do not do it justice - it is simply a stunning little oasis that was perfect for days when we just wanted to sit by the pool and for days when we were out sightseeing, and running around all day - to be able to come back to the beautiful and serene setting and relax! But the best part of the stay was absolutely Stravoula!!! She was an amazing host! She helped arrange dinner reservations, rental cars, sailing trips, etc. She was always very quick to respond to any inquiry and provided wonderful suggestions! She went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect, and it was! The location is great - central to the island. I would highly recommend rental cars and everything on the island is easily accessible! I would definitely come back to this wonderful spot!

Beautiful private home with a pool in Santorini
The home was absolutely amazing! We are a family of 4, with an 11 and 9 year old. Of course the pool was a huge hit! The pool and outdoor area was a wonderful private oasis. So much outdoor seating for lounging. It was truly breathtaking.
There was so much space in the home as well. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen was large and well stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain. Our host, Stavroula, was quick to respond to any need whether big or small. She was so sweet with responding to some of my technologically challenged needs with the TV and AC. We loved that the home was near the center of the island away from the busy towns of Fira and Oia, and close to the ancient site of Akrotiri and The Atlantis Experience. I highly recommend The Atlantis Experience if you have kids. A rental car is helpful, but not necessary. Stavroula is happy to arrange transfers for you and once you are in the towns cabs can be found easily. When I was planning our trip, I looked into Fira and Oia, and am so happy we chose a villa away from the big towns where there is no privacy and chaos. It is nice to experience Fira and Oia then get to escape to a private luxury villa with peace and calm, especially with children. This is a great place for families! I would love to come back and visit with a group of girls as well! Thank you Stavroula, and please give your neighbor a huge hug from our family for assisting us!!!

Fabulous villa with perfect host!
Aleria Villa is such a beautiful place to stay and really well-located in Messaria (near the centre of the island which made day trips easy). What a treat! Stavroula is such a welcoming host and on her excellent recommendations including car hire, boat trips and restaurants - we had the best experience possible during our stay on this beautiful island. Before our trip, Stavroula checked in with us, asking if we needed anything. She kindly pre-arranged a week's car hire - ready and waiting at the airport as we landed with no queuing at the regular desks - and we were off and away! Stavroula always responded to any questions about the property speedily and helpfully. Property is super clean and well-equipped with a gorgeous swimming pool and chilled outdoor seating. Stavroula also organised a sunset boat trip - highly recommended! - and a lovely traditional chef who came to the villa and cooked a special birthday meal for us one night - also highly recommend! There were 7 of us altogether so we had lots of space and a wonderful time was had by all of us. We'll treasure the memories of a big birthday living the best life for a long time to come! I'd book another week next time!

I can't say enough about this beautiful property and the excellent care we (9 adults) received from the property management! The house has everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of indoor gathering space and beautiful outdoor gathering space as well. The house was clean and comfortable for all of us. The whole stay was Amazing! Stavroula met us at the house when we arrived, was even able to accommodate us a little early so we did not have to drag our bags around and was kind enough to take us to get some groceries when we first arrived. She was an excellent communicator and arranged for all of our travel while we were on the island. The experience was amazing!

Wonderful visit
We had a group of eight — three couples and two singles. The trip was magical.
POSITIVES: Stavroula! She was sensational. Very strong on communication throughout the lead-up to the visit, and during the trip itself. She arranged so many things, from dinner reservations, to ground transportation all over the island (often at fairly short notice), to a private chef. The house is a great size, with five distinct sleeping areas (4 BR and one sizable loft). We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We used everything…cooking in the kitchen, the pool, the lovely outdoor veranda, and even the treadmill. Overall, the villa is a great size and a great value.
NEGATIVES: The neighborhood was not one of the picturesque spots on the island & is a fair distance from major attractions like Fira and Oia (hence the good value…you will need to rent a car or arrange taxis/transfers). There is also construction going on directly next door, though it wasn’t very loud/disruptive, just more of an eye sore when arriving at the house. The villa is within walking distance of a small village with some stores, though the lack of sidewalks makes the short journey slightly treacherous.
OVERALL: We had a great time!

A gem on the island of Santorini
We could not have been any happier with Villa Aleria. The home is lovely, spacious, well designed, clean and allowed us to feel like we had our own Greek residence. The bathrooms are super cool- concrete showers with rain shower heads. The truffles upon arrival are a nice touch. Stavroula was very accommodating, making reservations for a van and New Year's Eve dinner. We want to go back!!!

We stayed here with our family and we were all so comfortable. The pictures are exactly what you get. It’s clean and beautiful. Stravoula was an excellent host and helped us with a rental car that was delivered right to the house. We highly recommend staying here!

Unbelievable
You will not find a nicer villa is the Greek Islands. Our property manager and housekeeper were absolutely wonderful. Everything you could desire is on the island of Santorini. Stavroula, our property manager, was always available to help with rental car, van service, and restaurant reservations.....

Home away from home only better
We have nothing but good things to say about this beautiful property. It was so welcoming and comfy we had a hard time getting out to enjoy Santorini. The Hostess, Stavroula, was informed, kind, and communicative. The place was tranquil and secluded while being only minutes drive away from just about anything.

Lovely villa in Santorini
There were 8 adults in our group and the villa had ample room for all of us. Great rooms and outdoor area for entertaining. The villa is beautiful and very clean. The pool was wonderful after a long day of sightseeing.

Lovely Clean Villa
Lovely clean Villa in the middle of the island. The maid comes in every day and she is like a magic fairy you don’t really see much of her but she is there and everything is spotlessly cleaned.
The Villa is isolated so I would recommend a car or hiring a quad bike to get around.

Beautiful Villa
Stayed for 5 nights with a group of 6 people. The villa was absolutely beautiful in person. Rooms were large and clean. Daily maid was a very sweet woman who cleaned every inch of the place every day and even pick up my clothes off the floor and folded them for me! The area was perfect for all the activities we had planned - nothing was more than a 30 minute cab ride. From the moment we booked the Villa Stavroula was so helpful in planning all of our activities. During our stay she was always reachable by phone and helped us everyday to arrange taxis, answer any questions about the villa and gave us many recommendations for excursions and dining. I would 100% recommenced this villa for your trip to Santorini.

Beautiful & Well Maintained Villa
We stayed here with our children and parents for six days (4 adults, 4 children), having spent the previous week at a hotel. It's a beautiful and spacious villa with everything you can possibly need for a relaxing holiday. It is clearly very well maintained and having a daily cleaner (who was lovely!) to make the beds and change the towels was a bonus.
Stavroula was a great host; very informative, helpful and responsive. When we had an issue with the hot water one day she was immediately on the case and arranged for a plumber to attend. She also arranged for a chef to come to the villa one evening to cook a traditional meal. We all loved it (including the children) and it was possibly our favourite meal of the entire holiday.
After a busy week in a hotel it was lovely to have a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. The pool was ideal and the outside areas stunning.
Yes it is a little remote but many villas are, from our experience. We walked to the supermarket facing the Caldera several times and it only took us around 15 minutes to get there. We also walked into Fira one morning which took around 30-40 minutes. On our last evening we had dinner in Fira and Stavroula arranged taxi's for us.
Overall a wonderful villa and a fantastic host!
