The unit was very clean. It is an older property. The small backyard has overgrown weeds, that needs some work.
The bed was very comfortable. However the fitted sheet is not big enough and slipped off We were not able to put it back on around the corners.
Loved having coffee in the kitchen and plenty of nice towels.
The tub should have a grab bar. It was slippery.

The property was exactly as advertised. This is a small apartment located right off of South Lamar. It is very close to downtown and Zilker park. We were able to go to Barton springs and enjoy the water even if it was a little cold. This is a great spot for anyone looking for a quick, affordable getaway. It is not a big rental built for entertaining, but rather a cozy apartment for easy access to Austin.

This is the worst VRBO experience we have ever had. First of all, I consistently received two emails for every reminder and every check in one from Austin vacay and one from a service manager. This made the check in process difficult because the code sent to me did not work. I called the property manager who answered after the second call and gave me a different number which worked. They apartment in our opinion was not at all how was presented on the website. The furniture and art is different (no big deal). The outside door frame is completely rotted away, the kitchen cabinet and drawers do not close. There is black mold in the air vents. On almost every door inside and out is chipping and peeling paint. They lid on the toilet is broken and clearly glued together. The apartment smells very strongly of odor ban cleaning solution and as it wears off you can smell cigarette smoke. The units around this apartment all have broken blinds and loud barking dogs (I know the property manager can't control the neighbors, but something that would have been nice to know). Both times I contacted the property manager (check in and when we wanted to talk about the property) I had to call twice before he would answer. Needless to say, we left the property and ended up getting a hotel. I called the property owner and explained our concerns, he was not willing to refund any of the money except the cleaning fee, which I still have not had returned to me. Had this been a cheap rental I wouldn't have cared so much but as you can clearly see if you're considering it, it isn't cheap.

The home met our needs for a place to stay while we were moving out of our house. It was the correct size, good location, good price and allowed us to bring our cat.

Great location
We had trouble getting in and had to call the management company late at night to get a code that worked. Brandon was very pleasant and helpful and after that the door worked fine.
It was an easy commute to the airport, Zilker Park, downtown and shopping. We also had a short walk to Snooze for brunch.
It would be nice to have some sort of dresser in each bedroom. Overall the accomodations are nice and we would stay again.

This was a great little place to stay at for out quick Austin visit. Place was clean and conveniently located near the main attractions. Place could use some maintenance updates but overall it was clean and comfortable for the night.

Awesome little place
Nicely situated in a cool little neighborhood. Easy access and covered parking. Perfect for a weekend or even longer term stay. Very clean and comfy. All the amenities you could need. Kitchen fully stocked, nice back patio. Overall, nice place.

Great location, worked for a couple
Great location for a getaway for my husband and I. We walked to several restaurants (10 min walk, easy peasy). Short drive to disc golf, Zilker Park, breweries and stores. The bed was not the most comfortable but it worked for a few nights. Neighbors were quiet, no issues at all, felt safe, parking is easy.

Comfort and convenience
The unit was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four and the overnight stay in Austin. We had planned a short stay and had only planned to visit the UT Austin campus early the next day but ended up doing many additional relaxing and fun activities because of the convenient location. Kinney #4 is easy to find and also close to Barton Springs and Peter Pan Mini Golf not to mention great places to eat and enjoy terrific coffees. Reasonable price, too. Would book this unit again.

Reliable in location and safe place to stay!!
We had a great time here and felt safe at all times and location is amazing. Our downs were the floors were disgusting, probably haven’t been cleaned in weeks. All of our white socks were stained with dirt and short hair even though animals aren’t allowed. The company also knew we were bringing 6 people and we only had 5 towels and the hand towels had a bug in them so not only were we short there was more we couldn’t use. The people just responded “oh no there should be 6” so we had to go buy our own additional towel since they offered no solution. The brita filter shows it needs a new filter. Lastly, the airbnb advertises two king beds and there’s only one king and one full in a room where the fan doesn’t work.

A perfect location and cozy home for a weekend in Austin
Overall we enjoyed our one night stay at this property. It was cozy and had everything we needed. When we arrived, it was clear that it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly (hairs in the shower and on our bed sheets) which was a bit uncomfortable during a pandemic. However, we reached out to the property manager and they immediately sent someone out to change the bed linens and reclean the bathroom. Sometimes things happen and cleaners don't always do a good job, but I appreciated the promptness of getting the situation taken care of.

Good place and good price
Stayed in this apartment for a week for work, and I don't have any complaints. Place was clean, close to downtown and perfect to cook breakfast every morning. Also, it was easy to check in and check out.

Clean, great value & location, but check that they've fixed the saggy bed
Very clean, private, and nicely furnished kitchen was great for a little quarantined getaway, and the AC works great, even at the end of August. There's plenty of space in this place, and in the distant future when travel resumes, this would be a fantastic deal for anybody visiting town- I can easily see sleeping a group in here comfortably and the neighborhood is fantastic. For now, there's a dining room table set against a clean white wall that is perfect for remote work & Zoom calls, and a calm residential neighborhood for socially distant walks when you need to get out of the house. The apartment itself is nothing fancy, but has everything you need to cook and look after yourself without relying on restaurants---as an added bonus, this is in a ground floor complex, which means HEB can deliver groceries right to your door. My only downside was that the king bed in particular was very, very saggy- I had just come from sleeping on a 30 year old mattress at my parents, and this one was somehow worse. I took the queen bed instead, which wasn't particularly comfortable either, but did the trick for a week. In the end, maybe this is what a quarantine getaway is for- just enough distance to convince yourself that there's no place like home after all.

Great place
We book a last minute reservation and the check in process was fast and simple. The apartment was clean and the location was very nice. We were close to restaurants and not far from downtown. We went to Snooze for brunch and attended a session at Lockout Austin. We took lyft to and from different locations in town. We cooked a meal in the apartment with the dishes available at location and watched Netflix the little time we were there. The neighbors are sweet and the area was quite and peaceful. We enjoyed it and would love to stay again.

Fun Memorial Day weekend
My husband and I stayed here with another couple for Memorial weekend and we had an awesome time! Our hosts were accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. The best part about the house was the location! It was so close to everything we wanted to do but the neighborhood was still cozy and quiet when we wanted to relax.

Clean and Soft Sheets
Logistics were so easy with this home. Easy to use, easy to find, easy parking. The home was sparkling clean with super soft sheets! Some missing amenities such as a keurig, nice shampoo & soap, water bottles, stained chairs/shower curtain and finer touches led to the 4 star instead of 5 star rating. Wouldn't mind staying there again if those items were fixed.
