It was the perfect house for a wonderful girls weekend! We had a private chef, and they said the kitchen was perfect for prep and set up. We had a yoga company coming in on our last morning town and the outside area was great for this activity! Wonderful all around! The home had a cozy, but modern feel!

The property was exactly as photographed! We were able to walk nearby for shopping and groceries. It was easy in and out for the Texas Book Festival at the Capitol. Easy parking for many people coming from all over Texas and Colorado. We had a house of active seniors, and everyone was quite comfortable!

This is a terrific property. We had a 60th birthday celebration with 6 women. Walkable to so much stuff. The Target and Whole Foods would probably take longer to drive to! Downtown is like 10 mins. Well appointed house with everything you need. I think the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Excellent property management. The street itself is in a transitional neighborhood but it was such a convenient location and the townhouse is so great that it was fine. Very comfortable beds. Everyone was super happy! Would definitely stay again.

This house was very comfortable and perfectly accomodating for a group trip! The little touches of available amenities and quick communication with the hosts was very helpful. You also cannot beat this location! Walkable to most thongs you would want to do in Austin as a visitor.

This is a very cool property with a very well organized host who communicates exceptionally well. We had 5 adults and had plenty of space in this property and a lot of nice, onsite amenities. The host communicated very promptly and the place has everything well labeled with a lot of thoughtful touches. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat. The only downside was there were some sketchy areas nearby but that is part of being in a big city, we never felt unsafe. Great property with even better host!

The property was exactly as advertised. We comfortably fit as a group of 10. Everything in the apartment is clean and renovated. It is also well located. Mindy and Edwin were also clear and prompt communicators

We had a great stay! Easy access. Clear instructions. Only down sides were very poor lighting in the bathroom and slim pickings on kitchen pots and pans but otherwise fully stocked and very comfortable. I would suggest some table lamp lighting in the living room so don’t have to have the overhead lights while watching TV.

Amazing location near Downtown Austin
We rented this place for a Bachelor party weekend in Austin. The house is located very close to both 6th Street and Rainey Street. Plenty of shops nearby, including Target and Whole Foods. Extremely professional, responsive and friendly staff, who made the whole check-in/out experience very easy and very time efficient. The house was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Only minor issue is the home is located near a construction lot, and there is a homeless encampment behind the garbage area. Just be smart and lock up when entering from the front/back doors. The construction noise didn’t both us as we were out and about each day. Otherwise, our group had no issues at all, and I highly recommend this property. I would book again for another large group in Austin.

Spent a weekend in austin for a Bachelor party. House is in a great location, walking distance to food and stores. Owners are quick to and were and help with anything needed! Would highly recommend for large groups.

Short Walk to 6th Street and More!
Amazing decor! Really accommodating and always responsive. Close to restaurants and fast food. Birds and other scooters nearby for easy rides to Rainey and 6th Street. Friendly service and staff! It was an amazing trip and it was very convenient. Great location and I would definitely come back.

We had an excellent stay! The hosts were responsive and super helpful. The house was perfect for our group of 10 girls. The kitchen/den set up was open and perfect for hanging out, eating, and having cocktails. there was plenty of room in each bedroom. It was a great location- a quick drive or walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend!

The Vrbo here was fantastic. Everything was clean and organized, the house is super trendy with all the amenities we needed. Location is fantastic and outdoor courtyard was neat. Only problem we encountered were the fruit flies in the sink. Otherwise, this place was phenomenal, would def recommend for anybody staying in austin.

Very Hospitable Hosts & Home
Edwin & Lucas were exceptional with their communication and details in relation to the entire check-in and check-out process. They did a wonderful job of proactively communicating. Far above and beyond any other stay I've ever had. The place is very long and spacious. The location is excellent and truly a less than 2 minute walk to both retail & bar/restaurant offerings. I highly recommend staying here. 10/10!

I loved everything about this property. The only problem I had was in the morning there was construction right out. I’m a heavy sleeper so it didn’t bother me and plus it’s a weekday so what do you expect. But still a really convenient location for all the bars! I loved it. Super clean and really cute and stylish

I would absolutely never stay at this property again or work with the owner again. His partners were actually very nice and helpful - Maria and Angel, but Edwin was very unkind and poor customer service, very difficult to work with. This property is not in a good area of town. Next to the townhome is an empty unkept lot with weeds and a dumpster. There is also a huge homeless problem in the neighborhood with multiple tents lining the streets. There is nothing walkable about this location either. You are separated from downtown by a major freeway. Upon check in, our code did not work for the doors and we had trouble getting in touch with the property owners, so we sat outside in the hot sun waiting for them to send us the correct code. When we entered the townhome, it appeared somewhat clean, but rundown. There was a refrigerator with tons of condiments that is really in poor taste to leave especially during COVID. The worse part of our stay was we had an intruder enter the home at 2am using a code the property owners had given out. Luckily, no one in our group was harmed, but it was extremely scary. We were a group of women staying there and could not sleep the rest of the night out of fear. When I told Maria and Angel about the incident the next morning, they were both so kind and willing to give a refund. I could tell they felt horrible this happened. Several days later I received a refund email, but it was not for the amount agreed upon. Edwin would not return my emails or phone calls. I finally got in touch with him and he was extremely rude, inconsiderate about what had happened and unwilling to refund the original amount paid. I contacted VRBO and they were willing to work with me and helpful to make sure I was refunded entirely. I can't believe this happened to us. When I arrived at the property, I sent a message to Edwin stating that I did not feel the property was safe and then my suspicions were confirmed when we had a 2am intruder. Very scary. Edwin said I should have known the area and he didn't know he was renting to a group of women. Hmmm... maybe his listing should state, property may not be safe?

Spacious modern home, but...
This home had some unique modern twists, but note that it is a shared courtyard space with the backyard apartment. Not modern, was the back yard Weber charcoal grill, which I still love, but no available charcoal, so be prepared to find your own. Also “quiet hours” start at 9PM. Target and Whole Foods, are not literally across the street, nor would I feel comfortable walking the 3 blocks and across the railroad tracks.
Owner was very responsive to our needs when the air conditioning wasn’t working. He had 5 brand new portable window units at the ready and installed within minutes.

A winner for our small offsite meeting
The partners in our company needed a focused getaway with no distractions and this was a perfect fit. The place was great, hosts were excellent, layout perfect. Parts of the neighborhood were still pre-gentrified but we walked to food, bars and even downtown.
Bonus points to the hosts for finding us a whiteboard for our meetings!
We'll be back for sure.

Incredible, comfortable, modern place in the heart of Austin!
For those looking for a really cool place located in walking distance to everything that usually brings travelers to Austin, there’s no better place. The house had everything you would need for an extended stay, including, pots and pans, laundry, a great little outdoor area to hang out with family and friends, plus high speed internet with access to streaming services when you need to kill some time it just want to take it easy in between activities. Sarah and Edwin where extremely gracious hosts, extremely proactive and quick with communication, and flexible when we wished to hold our bags and explore the city a few more hours after checkout.
If you’re contemplating where to stay in Austin, I can honestly say you won’t be disappointed with this home. For this seeking a place with a pool to beat the Texas heat, our group ended up booking a cabana at the Hotel Van Zandt for the day which was only a short $10 Uber away from the property. If you don’t want to pop for a cabana, you can always purchase pool day passes, which are pretty inexpensive (~$30/person).

Great place, location, and very attentive service
We had a great time staying at this place in Austin during a company retreat. While the neighborhood is under heavy development with lots of construction around, we had our peace of mind. The apartment has a great balance of common and private spaces for everybody staying there which provides for fun time together as well as rest time. There's a great coffee shop Cenote just around the corner and bars&restaurants up on E 6th St. Downtown is a short stroll (both Rainey & downtown 6th) away. Needless to say Austin's got a lot to offer. The folks managing the place went out of their way to help us with questions and arrangements. Highly recommend it! -Sebastian
