staff n AC is not working bad bathroom

big and light rooms prepared breakfast takeaway for us upon request

staff didn’t speak to good English we had to change room

comfortable room with ac good continental breakfast

quite noisy from the road staff could be better at English, they are very helpful and friendly though

I want a refund this place was a dump. I immediately left. The photos don’t even match the property.

Room is clean. Staff are friendly. The pool are nice, and the hotel are very easy to reach by taxi/car.

I reserve for 2 days, but I have to re-new the key every morning. After cleaning the room, they didn't give a new towel because they have to laundry it then give the towel in the afternoon. Parking space are small

I request a Balinese massage and they met my need. The massage was good. The staff is kind and ready to help you. Really recommended

it is located in the middle of the city so we can reach anything easily.

i didn't like the shower in the bathroom cause i think they never maintaining it.

It was the cleanest accommodation of the entire Bali trip. Everything was perfect..

First walking into the room, it looks different to the picture, oh well it’s ok I only pay $25 for it. Went to the bed, there is a ball of dust + sands on the bed, stains on the linen and it doesnt feel fresh, ac was warm, the rain shower in the bathroom doest work and spray water on the tap as i try to switch it on. Second day I go to the reception asking nicely to check the ac as it is hot and change the linen as it is dirt and has balls of dust. The female receptionist was so smileless and abrupt (abit rude) Came home to the same linen just being made, ac was the same. Woken up 2am to the hot ac and itchy from the bed. Called the reception (the night supervisor is friendlier) and engineering staff came to the room unhappily, play the AC remote and say “ah the outside temperature is hot that is why, i’ve adjusted the setting already” i looked at the remote, nothing has changed. Seriously? I been using AC since i was born, i pretty much know how to use it. Called to reception complaining about that + The linen, that i asked the linen to be changed but nothing happen and nothing changed on the ac, he quickly sent another unhappy rude Housekeeping to change the linen, seriously? At 2:20 at night???? I came to the reception very unhappily then they move me to another room which work better, ac is cooling. Linen still doesnt feel fresh but at least ac and rain shower works.

Great pool. Welcome drink. Nice shower. Coffee in the room.

Directly on the loud road. No restaurants nearby.
