We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and fairly contemporary home. The pool and bbq were well used by us too! The kitchen was well equipped and towels were provided. Our stay included cleaning each week too. We were able to golf 9/18 holes nearby and found the twilight price good. We also really enjoyed walking the paseo down in Peurto Rico and exploring nearby towns such as Mogan and the sand dunes in Maspolomas. You do need a car to get around but some shopping/restaurants are nearby in a touristy mall called Europa. Antonio, the property manager, was very helpful and answered our texts quickly. His wife was also very helpful and cleaned the property., The rooms are spacious with lots of storage and gorgeous views in all directions. It was the perfect place for our international family to meet and enjoy time together!

Very nice, very clean villa, in a nice quiet location close to two big supermarkets, so you can walk to get all you need. Only comment would be that for a villa that caters for up to 7 people, some basics like washing powder, hand soap and an extra hair dryer for each bedroom would be good. Antonio and his wife were excellent people who helped out each time we needed them. Thank you!

Great villa with plenty of space for three couples to share. Almost impossible to decide on which bedroom was best..... great hosts at all times and were really well looked after.

Fantastic stay with awesome view! It was the cleanest house we ever have rented! Liliana answered quickly to all our questions! Antonio and his wife were very helpful! Two beautiful beaches whithin walking distance. We enjoyed the garden and the barbecue. We had several nice dinners on our terrace. Thank You!

The communication with the owner liliana from start to finish was fast and very helpful. We was given directions and asked for a shopping list as we arrived late at night. Antonio and his wife was on hand any time every day and give us advice on places that was around the area. The villa was spotless perfectly clean. The views are amazing from every balcony and we enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch while enjoying the views. We used the master bedroom as it had the softest bed and en-suite. The other bedroom I found had a much firmer mattress and was not for us. The top floor has single beds ideal for families with children. The villa inside has everything you need dishwasher, showers, bathtub, washer,dryer,iron & board plus hairdryer and plenty of mirrors and wardrobe space. The garden is pretty and the lounge bed at the bottom of the pool is a wonderful way to relax. The pool is small but big enough for both of us. It would be a struggle with kids and inflatables. If I was to suggest one thing it would be to mention the size of the pool in the listing. Also the drive to park the car is a very tiny space so a small car is handy. The villa is at the end of a block of villas and on a bend so must be careful coming out of the drive. We had a great time staying here and will definitely recommend staying here. The shopping center (supermarkets) is about 8 mins walk and the beach is 5 minutes drive. The airport is only half hour away so very easy to drive to the villa.

We have stayed in many holiday villas and this one was definitely one of the best. It was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. The WiFi worked perfectly for the whole stay and the sun was always in the garden from am to pm. Liliana was a pleasure to deal with and so helpful and accommodating, even asking us for a shopping list as we weren’t landing until late at night. Antonio was also very helpful and gave us local tips on places to visit such as Anfi Del Mar Beach. We would definitely love to return to this villa in the future.

The villa is lovely and is ideal for a couple of families. Antonio and Lilliana were always on hand to help out. Walk into town (down hill) and get a cheap taxi back €4-5. Loads of restaurants and bars. Thoroughly recommended.

Perfect villa for 6 adults, with 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The villa is comfortable and very clean. The host Liliana is very helpful and communicative, and Antonio and Yolanda keep it very clean and tidy. A perfect stay. The area is steep and hilly as we were told but plenty of cheap taxis are available so this wasn't a problem. The 2 beaches nearby are good with lots of restaurants. Highly recommended.

First time booking a villa and on HomeAway so glad we did! Fantastic property with everything you need Liliana, Antionio and his wife have all been lovely and very helpful. We booked trip as possibe last holiday abroad for grandparents due to grandfather having dementia. The villa was perfect you could lock front and back doors and remove key unlike hotel plus extra benefit you can lock the gates which meant my grandfather had independence with out having to keep too close an eye on him. The villa was spotless with all the things you need such as towels and hairdryer. We used taxis to go down to beach, markets and shops. The first day we booked taxi and it didn't turn up but found out later that there is a hotel with similar name as villa which we nearly got drop off at. We used to just walk to the taxi stop which was just a short stroll with lovely views. We preferred puerto rico beach to amadores whilst both were lovely, puerto rico sand was softer and water was more clear. The only recommendation I would give would be to add some sort of heater to pool to take the edge of. I was the only one to get in did take me a while though. All round fantastic property 10/10 would definitely consider visiting in future!

Great hosts, great property and we are missing not being there.

Although we want to recommend the villa .... we also want to keep it to ourselves, so this review may backfire on us! This is our 2nd stay at the villa and if possible, we enjoyed it even more than the first! The large attic bedroom area has been refurbished to a lovely level since our last visit, with a large new balcony area which has furniture and fittings to compliment the space - and a stunning view. Three of our party slept in this room (it contained 4 single beds for our stay). Only one very small comment: the bedroom lacks a mirror for hair drying, dressing etc (there is a mirror in the bathroom but when all are getting ready for an evening out, another mirror would make life much easier). The other 2 double bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious with plenty storage and each with their own wonderful balcony spaces. Two of the guests using the attic made use of the spare wardrobe/drawers in these bedrooms as the attic had limited clothing storage space for 3. The villa has sufficient showering/bathroom/toilet facilities on all floor levels, all of a lovely standard. The kitchen has quality fittings and utilities with everything needed and an abundance of cutlery, crockery, glasses etc - the only thing lacking was a bread knife! To make the villa even more appealing, the outside area is fantastic! This is the place where we spent most of our time, relaxing, sunbathing, eating, drinking and of course cooling down in the lovely little pool. It is just the perfect space. In fact, we loved it so much, we are already speaking of our return visit!

We received a warm welcome upon our arrival by Antonio. The Villa is lovely, and has fantastic views of the ocean! The decor is contemporary, and bright with sunshine. The kitchen was accessorized for all our needs. We enjoyed the sunsets from the 3rd floor terrace! We look forward to visiting Gran Canaria again!

Excellent communication with the owners and thank you for the welcome basket, the beers were a nice touch. The villa is clean and spacious and is a great base to visit the surrounding area. Amadores beach is a short taxi drive away (cheap and efficient service) and has a nice range of restaurants with great views.

We really love this villa, privacy, relax, service, everything was great. The view from our bedroom was stunning with private balconies to enjoy the sunsets with a glass of wine. We can highly recommend a stay at this lovely villa!

This is a beautiful villa. It is exactly as it appears and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Everything you need is here and added benefits include pool/beach towels, loo roll, washing up liquid and a few dishwasher cubes, hairdryer, along with all the usual kitchen equipment. And free wifi of course! These are really nice touches you don't usually get at villa rentals. Balconies on both sides of the villa meant we could choose to sit in sun or shade through the day and the views are great. It's close to a small complex of shops and bars - useful for the supermarkets but we didn't indulge in the entertainment but if that's what you're after it seemed a popular area. The villa is at the top of a hill but means it's in a quiet area - you overlook the centre of Puerto Rico and the nearby beaches, depending on which balcony you're on (or up on the roof terrace!). It was fairly quiet when we were there but it's all residential so you don't get too bothered by noise. The walk down the hill to the beach is fine and takes about 20 mins or so. Walking back up might be a challenge if you have mobility issues (cabs are plentiful though) but we thought it was ok and lots of permanent residents appear to use the walk for their daily constitutional! And finally, Antonio and Yolande who look after the property are lovely and are very helpful without being intrusive. Thank you both! All in all we had a lovely time and would thoroughly recommend this property.

Fue una experiencia inolvidable. La casa Super y las playas cercanas hermosas. Todo merece la mejor calificación.

Liliana was a great host. A lovely touch leaving a few beers and a bottle of wine in the fridge for us. The property is clean and tidy and has pretty much everything you are likely to need - including BBQ, off road parking, a pool etc. Maintained to a high standard. Any negatives?? No real grumbles. The off road parking is a bit tight - you would struggle with anything larger than a family saloon car. The pool isn't huge, but it is very well maintained and is lovely for a dip to cool off. On the whole I would thouroughly reccommend.

For the second time we chose this wonderful house to spend our vacations. Everything was perfect as always, and also surprised us with new remodelings. We love this villa with unique luxury features in the area and amazing views. Thank you Liliana again..!!

Real stunning views of sea and mountains all around the villa, impeccable finishes and clean! Liliana truly kind and helpful, always smiling and available and was always on hold during our stay. If you had any question or wanted recommendation, you could always text and you had an answer immediately. Check-in/out was smooth. Had a welcome kit upon arrival, impressed! We enjoyed so much the garden and pool as each day was marvellously sunny, so much we didn´t want to leave the house. The kids enjoyed very much the smell of the barbecue and of the green grass being mowed by the friendly local-gardener. Taxis are super cheap and distances are short, 5 mins to amazing Amadores beach. We considered the villa to have very spacious rooms and big enough (even got own private parking lot) for holidaying with children and adult friends. Views were truly spectacular due to the villa´s unique location. I think we said that to each other every day!

We found the villa was fine for 5 people but certainly no more. Pool is not heated and this needs to be specified, also the pool is not suitable for small children and neither is the villa really, but we were a party of adults so it was fine. The cleaning , which we paid extra for, was not completely satisfactory, sand still remained in the bath. The area is quiet, which is fine but the shopping centre near by has a very good Spar, who deliver the shopping but the bars and restaurants are a little "tacky" . The beach is a pleasant walk, but a taxi may be necessary back due to the steep incline. Taxis are cheap. All in all the villa itself is grand for adults, there was a bottle of prosecco on arrival. I would consider slowly about using Homeaway again, still don't understand why the booking deposit is taken twice from the card. Haven't experienced this method before.

Cannot praise Liliana and her Villa enough. Right from initial booking the whole process was faultless. We were a family of 8 (2 children) and a great time was had by all. The villa was great and very clean in all respects. All the utilities were in good working order, lots of space and all bedrooms were very large all with air conditioning. The kids loved the pool (as did the grandparents)... We were met by Pilar and her Husband who are very friendly and are available to attend to any faults. The Villa location is excellent. A car is not essential but very handy to collect shopping or going to the beaches. The Europa Centre with restaurants and bars is a 10 minute walk. The larger Commercial Centre is a 4 euro taxi ride. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa. One tip - book early and get cheaper flights. You will not be disappointed! Lovely villa, Lovely people, Lovely holiday.
