It was a perfect size for our family. Good and quiet neighborhood.

This cute home was clean, spacious and very peaceful, and quiet! We were there only for a couple of days, a quick getaway. The beach is not far, maybe 15-minute drive via the Ferry (which is free). You also have the option to go to the beach via Corpus Christi (which is about 20 mn away) if you want to avoid the ferry trip. All in all, Aransas Pass is a lovely quiet town, with relatively close beach access from the property. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Stayed two days at coast for fishing trip. Home was clean and safe with a gated community. We had enough room for boat storage. Would recommend this property.

Great house, great location, quiet neighborhood, clean and family friendly. Ample boat parking. Minimal thru traffic, felt comfortable leaving the boat while spending a day at the beach. Will definitely book this home again in the future.

We enjoyed this very clean and comfortable home. Just the right size and close to several stores, restaurants. Only 15 minutes to ferry also. We had everything we wanted. Would definitely like to stay here again.

No problem with with the rental at all. The house was clean and stocked with what we needed to enjoy our Thanksgiving.

We were there for some volunteer work in the area and the house was perfect for us. The owner was very accommodating as well.

Simply an amazing experience

We were in Texas in November for birding and this rental was a first-rate place! A quiet, gated neighborhood of colorful stilt homes (nineteen steps up to this place, but no problem for us.) Very clean with a light, bright feel. We used the king bed and the mattress was excellent. Lots of fluffy towels, great decor, quality furniture, great shower, and lots of empty, horizontal spaces for your stuff. Kitchen was well-supplied. A huge TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. (but not networks). Loved the little porch with cocktail table and two patio chairs. For some reason the exit gate wouldn’t open for us so we had to get out of the car to punch the buttons each time . . . but no big deal. We honestly hated to leave—would come back to this place in a heartbeat! Thank you!

This would have been an even better stay if we could have stayed longer!

Our stay at this amazing rent house was the best the house was very clean. Which made our stay the week in Aransas Pass Great.

Nice, clean place. It’s in a nice gated community; however, when leaving, the gate never automatically opened. We always had to get out and manually enter the code. Also, there’s no live tv... only Netflix and Hulu. I think this should be included in the listed description. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Was a beautiful home and location. Had a great 2 weeks and highly recommend it.
