We rented the house for my daughter’s graduation and it was perfect for our out of state family. And close to grocery stores. We were able to relax around the house and enioy each others company instead of worrying about eating out during the busy weekend. The house was very comfortable also. Easy check in process also.

The house was in a great quiet location and the big backyard was nice to sit and watch the birds. The house was spacious and in walking distance to stores. We are thankful for the stay.

The property is on a quiet neighborhood street, plenty of property to play on for kids. House was well-equipped in the kitchen. Older property with obviously later-installed central air. Didn't get an initial email with instructions, but received on request from owner in fairly short order. A/C went out twice, but local manager was friendly and responsive - he acquired and set up fans for us quickly, and was able to get repair personnel out in short order in both cases (and we were refunded some of our cost to account for the events.) Location was very close to main arteries through and out of town so that we could tour the area and get to locations quickly.

Our group stayed here for a week and had little to complain about. We will be rebooking in the future as long as the property is available.

This property's location allowed for quick access to downtown, very clean, well-kept. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it made for a pleasurable experience.

This house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We came to Knoxville to attend a UT game, we were close to the campus and the location affords a wide variety of food and entertainment choices close by. A very relaxing home, we’d book this house again!

This is a great house! Lots of space and very clean! The location was my favorite part- a quiet neighborhood but close to the city UT, zoo, airport and everywhere else we wanted to go.

Located on a wooded hillside, large home accommodated a group of 4 friends for biennial reunion.

This house was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room for everyone. Very well stocked with dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Many spices and oil also. Beds very comfortable, great air conditioning. It was center located to everything in Knoxville. Close to shops and grocery . Very quiet neighborhood not a lot of traffic on the road. Will use again when we return next year.

This is a great stay for a large group. Open Kitchen/Den/Dining Room gives you plenty of seating arrangements. Long Driveway. Neighborhood is nice, close to grocery shopping and fast food. House was clean, cold AC, and comfortable beds.

We visited Knoxville for the first time! it was our sons wedding, so the hole time we were busy coming and going, location was perfect for us! the house had everything you need for a smooth stay, the communication with owner was fast, airline cancel our flight and we requested to leave the house after check out time, the response was fast and we stayed a few more hours until we had our next flight confirmed, and that I called GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE! We will be back to visit family soon and this house will be our to go place. Thank you!

We all enjoyed our stay, we met up with friends and spent the weekend together. It was the perfect space for our kids to play downstairs while the adults talked and spent time together upstairs!

First of all, this sleeps 8, not 10, unless you have people sleeping on couches...3 doubles/queens and 2 twins. Shortly after booking we sent a message inquiring about the apparent discrepancy in the listing but didn't hear back from the owner, so communication was not the best. 3.5 hrs before check in we had not been sent any check in info, nor had it been posted until I got in touch with vrbo through chat, who gave me the owner's number to call. He eventually returned the call and was pleasant. House was well outfitted. Sinks in top two bathrooms would not drain whatsoever so the 2nd morning we had to go and buy two bottles of drain cleaner to unclog them. They still don't drain right. Several light bulbs out around. Towel bar and master shower light are hanging out of the wall. Overall a decent stay. Kitchen was our favorite part. We had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. Close to the city.

Property was as expected. Some deeper cleaning and maintenance items needed, but it was a warm house and bed to come back to each night. Enjoyed a nice walk around the neighborhood one morning.

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. Minutes from downtown Knoxville and close to other attractions. Issue getting in bit owner quick to reply.

This is our second time staying at this home. Its a really nice place. 5 stars in all aspects. It really feels like a home away from home, it is so well laid out both inside and out, just a super attractive, comfortable, and convenient VRBO, with a very nice host, minutes away from everything in Knoxville. Looking forward to coming back.

This vrbo was a nice size and close to the campus. It was clean and the check in was easy! We had dinners there for a couple of nights and everything worked pretty well. The Master bedroom's mattress was good. The others not as good, but good enough for short stays.

Our family had a great stay at this VRBO, The house was attractive, and spacious. A very comfortable and pleasant interior. Outside just full of attractive plantings and nature. Great bird-watching. Very private with big backyard, in a very attractive neighborhood in Knoxville. The host was very accessible and a pleasure to communicate with. Looking forward to returning .
