We loved staying at this house. The kitchen and living room were large to accommodate our large group. We loved walking to the beach!

We have been going to Brewster for a few years now and this location was fantastic. The home is located perfectly between shopping and the beach. The 5 bedrooms were a plus and beds were very comfortable. We will be back!

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood and town. Walking distance to a quiet beach. My family was very pleased with this property, it was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Definitely recommend this property.

Location was absolutely perfect. The main issue we had was that the downstairs queen bedroom had a significant mold issue. The AC unit had mold inside it and was causing issues for the entire room. The bed side table had to be moved to the basement because it had mold on it (which was also extremely musty/dirty). The property owner was prompt in trying to find a solution. She had people come to install new AC units in the 2 downstairs bedrooms. Not the relaxing/clean space I was looking for. More rustic than the pictures show. Had to wash everything that was in the house (even if not used) when we got home because of the residual mold smell.

Great location less than a 10 minute walk to the bay beach. We loved being so close to Cobies for an easy dinner option. The home offered plenty of space inside and out. The only downside was that the property could have cleaner - we arrived to used grinds in the coffee maker and trash in the upstairs bathroom. The floors of the home didn’t appear to have been cleaned in some time and the family room furniture was quite dated.

Great location. Property was very clean. Close to lots of things to do such as beach, cape cod rail trail and lots of restaurants. Would be a great spot for a summer vacation. Property owner communicated very well. Would recommend this property to anybody looking for a relaxing cape getaway.

What a lovely find in a perfect location! The owner, Keira, couldn't have been more hospitable as this was a last minute request for a long weekend. She was extremely accommodating and all communication was very smooth and quick! The house is situated on a very quiet street about a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach. While it was just my husband and myself, the house could easily accommodate 6 more people comfortably. With a large yard and a beautiful outdoor shower, this home would be perfect to hang out in over the summer months!

Great house with plenty of space for our two grown kids. Close to the beach. Excellent amenities, kitchen, bedrooms, and awesome outside shower. We also enjoyed the very nice fire pit on several nights. We would definitely rent here again!

The bedrooms were comfortable and clean, and the new outdoor shower was an added bonus.Linnell Landing beach is a great beach that isn't as crowded as many of the Cape beaches. Nickerson State Park and all that it has to offer are nearby, as well as many great restaurants to fit any budget.Keira was great to work with and quickly addressed all of our questions and needs. Highly recommended!

We rented this house for a little under a week just before high season gets going on the cape. It was sort of a last minute get away rather than a formal vacation. It ended up being one of the best rental experiences I’ve had anywhere. We loved the proximity to the bayside beach, bike trail, Cobies, and Nickerson state park. Short drive ~15 minutes to the national seashore. No shortage of things to do. Great yard for games. Outdoor shower was really nice. House was clean, exactly as shown. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners every night. All in all a great experience and I really hope to come back in 2020.

Very comfortable home. Owner very accessible and accomodating. Having 5 bedrooms was great for our group of 7 women. Would be great for families as well. Off the main road, nice backyard and quiet neighborhood. Mid cape location and easy access to bike trail are definite plusses. We would definitely rent tbis home again!

Keira's home was perfect and had everything we needed! Close walk to the beach and huge long picnic table in the backyard.

Perfect location. Easy walk to beautiful bayside beach. Great to watch sunsets from. Plenty of room for our large group. Went to Provincetown twice, only 35 minute ride. Nice being close to rail trail and Nickerson state park. I would recommend this house to any family.

The house was lovely and perfect for myself and my guest of 9 ladies , celebrating 2 birthdays. The Kiera (owner)was so helpful in booking and through but all , very easy to communicate and so helpful , will definitely book again soon 😊

We had such a great time at this rental! We were a large group of 6 adults and 5 children and we fit in the house perfectly. The house was exactly as described as well. It also was one of the more well stocked houses that I've ever rented. Most importantly, no one is more accommodating than Keira. It was such a pleasure to work with her. She is just so so nice, and she always responds to any inquiries and answers quickly. If there is something you need, she will figure out how to get it for you if it's not already there. Thank you for such a great vacation!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Brewster! The house was great, the beach was great, and the surrounding area was an excellent place to take a family on vacation! We would love to come back again sometime!!

Two years ago we were looking for a last minute vacation home to spend Labor Day with our large extended family and we came across this fantastic house near Linnell Landing Beach. We rented the house again this year for the same purpose and had a blast. The house is in a great location for families looking to enjoy a small beach on the bay. It is a quick drive or bike ride to the beach making it very convenient. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is also accessible right across the street from Linnell Landing road for people who enjoy biking. The layout of the house is great for large groups. We had plenty of space for everyone to gather in the large kitchen/ dining/living room area on the first floor. The house also has a large yard where the kids could play and we could all sit around the fire pit at night. The owner is extremely helpful and easy to reach if you need her. We can't wait to return to this Linnell Landing house in the future for more end of summer fun in Brewster!

What a wonderful house for a family vacation! The set up is good for young children, with an open floor plan, a large dining table, and plenty of bedrooms. The back yard is spacious and quiet and the outdoor shower is great. The location can't be beat, within walking distance of the bay, the bike path, and Cobie's restaurant, and a short drive to the National Seashore beaches. The owners are as sweet and helpful as they could possible be. We all want to come back!

We stayed here for 1 week in April 2014, the home is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and 5 comfortable bedrooms. A great location to explore the Cape, must go to Chatham main st and harbour its so quaint. Make sure you check out Brewster general stores, this shop stocks everything! The natural history museum is good and the nature trail to Wing Island is worth it to see the wildlife. Provincetown is great for a day out. Brewster fish house is well worth a visit as the food was excellent. Keira was really good in responding to my email queries and really helpful as this was our first time in Cape Cod. The property was clean and well maintained and provided everything we needed for a relaxed break.

What a wonderful week on the Cape! We have been coming to Brewster for many years and have rented many different properties but this was by far the best. The location is absolutely perfect - on a safe, quiet street and an easy walk to the beach. The house itself was wonderfully appointed with nice furnishings, a impressively stocked kitchen, and all the beach gear a family could ask for. The outdoor shower was wonderful for the kids after a day on the beach. We have never repeated a rental in the past but we're already booked for next year and looking forward to returning.

Stayed there last summer, and going back!! It is an excellent location. Short walk to the bay-side beach where the kids LOVED to play at low-tide. Also right near Nickerson State park which has awsome bike paths. Neighboorhood is very quiet and far enough away from the hussle and bussle of the larger tourist areas. And another short walk to an ice cream stand...perfect finish to a perfect day. Highly recommend this property.
