Wifi was intermittent in the room (Room #312), but when connected was adequate. The hotel is on a side street so there is no view. Bed was very comfortable and room was very good. staff were friendly. Pool was good. Omelettes were excellent at breakfast. Walking distance to all night life and beaches.

There is an ant problem on the top floor where they serve breakfast and they were seen in and on the buffet at breakfast.

The bathroom smells (stinks) They did not issue a receipt. The amount of the room upgraded they charge is a lot due to booking.com commission. I requested for the receipt and they did not come back till now 8-24-2023

Staff are always cheerful and attentive. The location is just few minutes walk to the beach. Very nice view from the rooftop where they serve the buffet breakfast. You will also get free refreshing drinks and cookies from the lobby. All in all nice experience in this hotel. We might comeback and book here again in the future.

near to everything

The hotel is in a great location, nearby lots of restaurants and cafes. There is a hostel next door which is a great place to book trips and meet new people. The rooftop bar and restaurant has a stunning view of the islands and the food is fantastic. The bed was very comfy. Wifi connection was very good and had no issues with the AC. Vanilla beach is just a short tuk tuk ride away.

The room had a very small window and little sunlight so i had to keep the light on at all times but i guess it depends which room you get.

I like the staff esp Josh Ganda. Even check out na kmi ang waiting for van transfer all out sya sa pagbibigay ng free cookies and free coffee. Super accommodating 🥰

Nice location, clean and tidy.

The rooftop restaurant/bar is the highlight of the hotel. The view is amazing, the atmosphere, table and drinks during the happy hour were good. The staff was amicable althought sometimes not so quick/efficient. The pool is not big but it is ok to enjoy during hot times. In the afternoon the shadow protects from direct sun. Breakfast is ok.

The room was extremely humid, even with A/C and dryer, the walls, clothes, floors were humid/wet. The room is also a bit small for families. Room halls were a bit smelly (I think the humidity caused that). Internet in the room was weak and intermitent. In the lobby the internet was good and stable.

The location of the property is just amazing. we have had alot of insects in our initial room and requested for it to be changed, the staff acknowledged and changed our room the next day. The roof top is a must visit and their food is just amazing!

We reached very late as we had to land in Puerto Princessa and take a 6 hour drive, the front desk staff was very adamant on the payment whilst I informed them that i needed to exchange USD to Pesos and it was already 4am in the morning.

the location of the hotel is very central and easily accessible to nearby restaurants and bars. the terrace is really nice with a view of el nido!

there was no wifi in our room (third floor of the hotel) and we could only access the internet in communal areas. there is limited food options for breakfast. unfortunately we had a situation whereby we ordered a particular drink one evening and it was delicious and then ordered the same thing again a couple of nights after and it tasted disgusting. we sent the drink back but the staff just added more ice and did not actually change anything. we ended up not drinking our drinks and explained they tasted horrible despite having one a few nights before that was delicious. the staff did not accommodate and charged us the same price we paid before. one of the staff members asked us to come back again and he’d make the drink better again when they could have done that then we initially returned it. we then complained and the supervisor of the restaurant later told us that the staff were experimenting with the drink hence the two different tastes and only deducted a small portion of the price. make sure to be very specific with what you want in your drinks!

The room wasn’t as advertised! It’s a shoe box in person and online the photos show big rooms with large beautiful cork board headboards. It very tiny. No hot water and horrible wifi - if it worked at all!

The location is amazing, roght in the center of El Nido, with plenty of restaurants and nightlife around. The rooftop for us was the highlight of our stay. Very pleasant swimming pool with a view to the bay and good restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

the staff barely spoke English and we had a big misunderstanding with one of the receptionist because he confirmed transport for us but then we ended up without any transportation last minute because it turned out he didn’t understand what we needed, but still kept telling us “yes all good”
