Mit hochwertigen Armaturen und Geräten. Das Anwesen verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer (Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad, 2 x Queen-Zimmer und 1 Doppelbett). Die ausklappbare Couch im separaten Wohnzimmer ist fast so groß wie ein Doppelbett und es gibt eine separate Einzelbettmatratze, die in einem der Schlafzimmer herausgezogen und aufgestellt werden kann.
Es gibt 2 TV- / Wohnbereiche - perfekt, um die Kinder in ihren eigenen Raum zu bringen und Netflix zu sehen.
Kajaks und Angelschnüre zum Angeln sowie Nudeln zum Schwimmen im See stehen zur Verfügung.
Es ist ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt (ca. 1 km), aber sobald Sie das Seehaus erreicht haben, möchten Sie nicht mehr gehen!
Beobachten Sie den Sonnenuntergang über den chinesischen Gärten, während Sie ein Glas Wein genießen. Das Haus ist wunderschön ruhig und Sie können die wunderbare Vogelwelt hören, während Sie den spektakulären Blick über den See genießen.

Extended family used the house for a winter weekend away. The property is beautiful and the house well-stocked and warm on what were pretty miserable days of weather. Comfortably fit seven adults in the living area and around the kitchen table. Would happily stay at this property against. Short walk into town also - had it not been raining, we wouldn’t have needed our cars

We stayed at this lovely property in Beechworth and were pleasantly surprised by how cozy and comfortable it was. The style was tasteful and made us feel right at home. The fireplace was a nice touch and kept us warm on chilly nights. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, and we enjoyed cooking meals together. The location was great, and we were able to explore the town with ease. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway.

We all loved your property Karen, many thanks. Only issue of note was that we had hoped some basic breakfast provisions would be provided eg bread, eggs etc. Details about this were not evident from the online listing but have typically been a feature of similar properties we have used in the area an elsewhere. Many thanks again.

We absolutely loved this stay. We paddle boarded on the lake with our friends and kids (6yrs 9yrs) bit of a steep decline down to the lake but was doable. House was super comfortable with everything you would need for an easy weekend. Kids and adult board games and activities were a great add and we loved them also. Walking distance to town also. We will be back!

This beautiful and thoughtfully designed house overlooking the lake was just what us four singles needed after a challenging year. Relaxing afternoon drinks on the balcony, beautiful sunsets and clear night skies were restorative. To cook for everyone and celebrate a 50th topped off the weekend. Thank you for having us!

The property provided an ideal venue for our extended family members to gather and enjoy the queens birthday long weekend. The house provided a excellent base, of operations with one of best equipped kitchens I have seen in a holiday rental propoerty

Beautiful well kept house with amazing lake views. Short stroll into the Main Street in Beechworth. Beautiful gardens and access to the lake from garden gate. Highly recommend this property for a family stay and catch up.

Had all you need for the perfect stay. Extra blankets, cutlery, kitchen needs(tea, coffee) board games, access to wifi, streaming services and even the fire place was set and ready to lite. Can't fault this place. Amazing view of the Lake and such a convenient location. I would say one of the best places we've ever stayed. Great customer service and lovely neighbours too. I've already recommended this place to other families and would stay again as we have friends who live locally.

We walked in and cheered. The house is beautiful, absolutely lovely and totally comfortable with functional furniture, comfy couches and plenty of space. The balcony overlooks a beautiful lake view. There’s also a big tree lined outdoor yard to relax in.

Beautiful house and location
Karen's house is very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, we were all very impressed from the moment we walked into the house. The view over the lake is fantastic and our kids all really loved using the canoes which were available. We really did have a nice visit and will be back again.

Karen’s property is an absolute delight. The photos don’t do it justice, it is just stunning and feels like home. Waking up watching the fog roll across the lake was a real high light. Extremely well equipped with everything you could ever need and very comfortable. We hope to be back.

Relatively easy access to the lake walking track and even a canoe to use (although may be difficult to get down to lake and back depending on your circumstances). The house is well stocked with all appliances and plenty of cutlery and crockery etc. Highly recommended.

Spent the long weekend with family and had a great time. Kids enjoyed kayaking on the lake. House has everything you need and more (what a view)! Only a short walk into town. Would definitely come back when visiting Beechworth. Highly recommended.
