Location was perfect.

Master bed was hard as a rock. Mould all in the shower. Fridge wasn’t cleaned out after previous occupant. Having to drive into the Bay to pick up keys and return is very inconvenient. Aircon was in the living room only, bedrooms had pedestal fans.

Location and property is excellent. Need more maintenance.

2nd bedroom floor carpet was so socked and wet . Disgusting smell from wet carpet. Lounge room sofa should be replaced, not comfortable at all.Main Entrance Door knob is Jammed, need replacement. Garage door didn’t work when we went there , they had to fix it next day. All the door and windows edges were so dirty.

Area was great house was great

The blind in main bedroom was broken and people could see in so when you took a shower it wasn't private

Was told by real estate that the people agreed to throw linen in at no cost, then they denied it.

The location is superb.

They should provide more utilities and hygiene stuff like toilet paper, washing detergent, soap etc. People going on a holiday to relax, they will not be carrying toilet paper with them!!!!
