Highly recommended

This was my first time using a VRBO. It was alittle bumpy at first but I'm so glad i stayed at this rental. The place had high in finishes, the linens smelt amazing, everything i needed or wanted was povided. Its walkable to the town and the views...i would diffently stay there again and recommend to my freinds ...Thanks Jan

After a very little time ( very little time) that took me to get around, I could not be more satisfied with the apartment. Not only that it was very clean it was very quiet! Every place that I want to go and see was just a few minutes of walking, including few good restaurants and the grocery store. Again I am strongly recommending this place. I am all ready planning my next trip to Gdańsk and I will definitely stay there again.

We had a marvelous time in Gdansk! The apartment was lovely and completely well equipped. Once we found our way around it was an easy walk into town, trains, nearby sites. Our host and his assistant ola where impeccable with follow-up, flexibility, and their availability to answer any questions. I would highly recommend if you come to Gdansk for a vacation to stay at this apartment. We hope someday to return! Thank you very much

We stayed three nights on holiday here. It is a short walking distance to Old Town. We walked at night and felt very safe. There was parking for our car, which we only used when driving to Sopot. The apartment was roomy, had everything we needed, and quite clean. The property manager was very kind and quickly responded to my emails. We would definitely return if traveling to Gdansk!

Apartment was beautiful, getting in a little tricky but once we figured it out very pleased. Very clean and had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed sitting on balcony with coffee in am or wine in the evening. Didn’t cook because so many great restaurants but all the dishes, pots and pans you’d need including a dishwasher. About 15 minute walk to “Old Town” or take an Uber for $3. Only disappointment was no AC but fan made it comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great apartment overlooking the river, everything you will need is supplied, 10 minutes stroll to the centre of Gdansk, very peaceful area, shops within 100metres. Could not find fault with this apartment. Allowed late check out at no extra cost. Will book again if in Gdansk Thank you Jan

Clean, modern, well appointed, Ola very helpful when we arrived. So convenient to groceries and the sights. Just a 25 min walk to the train station to catch our train to Warsaw. Everything else was much, much closer. Very enjoyable.

We arranged our holiday to Poland round 3 cities: Wroclaw, Poznan and Gdansk and loved every minute of our trip. Jan's apartment was the perfect stopping place for our final few days. The lounge is a lovely place to chill out and relax after a day of non-stop sightseeing and the apartment is so quiet. We took a taxi from the station to the apartment when we arrived (15 zloty) and met Ola there. From then on we walked everywhere, apart from taking the local train to Sopot and Oliwa park and Cathedral. One small bonus was that several of the channels on Jan's TV could be viewed in English - made a surprising change from watching only World News! The lovely comfy bed made for a good night's rest too before the next day's wanderings. No matter where we went in Poland, we felt very safe and on the few times when we completely lost our bearings someone always offered to help us back on the right track.We travelled from town to town by the inter city trains, and they were very comfortable, very much on time and really inexpensive.To sum up our holiday, we saw beautiful places, had great accommodation and fabulous meals, and met some really nice people. Shame the weather wasn't the best, but it didn't spoil the holiday for us at all.

Lovely appartment near Gdansk centre which had all the refinements needed to make an enjoyable stay.

Executive Apartment in the Heart of Gdansk 3 Jun 2017 Excellent family holiday What can I say but what a brilliant time we had at this lovely apartment. We arrived late morning to be met by Ola and nothing was too much trouble. She went through some local information and she booked us a early taxi on the final day. The apartment is modern well furnished with excellent appliances. It is about 10 to 15 minute walk to the beautiful old town . However if you turn right by the apartment and walk over the bridge on your third right there is a lovely cafe bar called lakowa with a disused tram which you can sit in with the old building around you could almost be in paris lovely area not many tourists around Thanks jan and ola Helpful

My wife and I had a wonderful 6 day break in Gdansk helped in no small measure by Jan's apartment. Because of all the excellent detailed instuctions supplied by Jan we had no problem finding the apartment and letting ourselves in even though it was late evening. We were met in the apartment by Ola who advised us on the nearest supermarket 5 minutes away, we walked always into town along the river,a really pleasant walk which only took us 25 minutes to stroll. The apartment had everything we required it was modern and very clean. I would love to come back and I would certainly try to book Jan's apartment. Thanks for the use of it.

We have been to Poland previously but not to Gdansk. We had a wonderful holiday there greatly enhanced by Jan's apartment. From the moment we booked we were in communication with him and his information was very helpful regarding how to get to the apartment, taxi telephone numbers, directions, etc. The arrangements went very smoothly. He always got back very quickly if we had any questions. The apartment is even better than the photographs. We were met by Ola as arranged who showed us round the apartment . We had all the basics such as shampoo, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, soap powder and much more. There is a small but adequate supermarket across from the apartment for items you may require. It is a pleasant 10 minute walk into the old town and around 20 minutes to the main train station where you can jump on a train every 15 minutes to Sopot or Gydnia or you can take the tram to the station. We hope to return to Gdansk and would certainly not consider any other property other than this one. Happy Scottish couple in their sixties.

Sehr geräumiges, super gut eingerichtetes Apartment, hell, ruhig, Blick auf den Fluss, in 7, 8 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß das Zentrum; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (hier wäre eine Wegbeschreibung im Apartment nützlich), das Auto konnten wir sicher in der Tiefgarage abstellen, die Betreuung im Vorfeld per Mail und vor Ort war sehr zuverlässig

It was a joy to stay in this beautiful appartment near the center of Gdansk. The appartment ist equipped with all one might ask for, a supermarket is in front of the building and within a few minutes walk you are in the center of the old city for sightseeing, long walks, culture or just some nice eating. Wonderful place to stay with nice service.

We loved the apartment and Gdansk. We had a wonderful time. It was very hot while we were there and it was great to be able to come back to the apartment and relax. We found it comfortable and very well equipped. We are also enjoyed the river being just below us. Iwona, who takes care of the apartment, was really welcoming and helpful.

Even the booking of the apartment was very straightforward. The apartment is very centrally located, the old town is to just 10 minutes. Very modern and cozy furnishings. Nothing is missing, everything is there, fully equipped! Very clean and well maintained. For the car is a parking garage. The on-site support is very nice and helpful.

My wife and I - both retired - stayed 6 nights in this flat whilst exploring Gdansk. it is very quietly located in a modern apartment block with secure car-parking. The flat is fully equipped, has excellent wi-fi, a sunny balcony and great views out towards the centre through large windows that flood it with light. We walked into the centre every day - just 10 minutes - and also used the nearby public transport when exploring more distant parts of hte city. The owner's representative, Iwona, met us on arrival and was very helpful and friendly as well as ensuring the flat was clean and welcoming. We would certainly recommend spending a week in Gdansk and also would warmly suggest this apartment as you are away from the crowds but everything is easily accessible.

Swedish family on our first trip to Poland. We like the apartment very much and it felt very safe with the private security always there and the car in the garage at night time. Gdansk is worth a stay with good food and drinking, Good shopping in the galerias as well. Bathing... Sopot beach is not recommended if you want a clean beach and water. Still crowded anyway. Hard to get parking...

We lived in the apartment one week. Two adults and two children. Location is great when the old town. We had a car with us and we thought we were good. Perfect with a garage. Thoroughly recommended.. Clean and tidy

This is a pleasant, compact apartment. Its furnishings are modern, comfortable, and virtually new. It offers all the conveniences one would want for good living: an elevator, washer/dryer, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi as well as a large and secure parking spot in the basement. The apartment--which is well-maintained and spotlessly clean--is in a new apartment complex and affords an easy 15-20 minute walk to the center of historic Gdansk. The complex area and the building are quiet: there is very little traffic and we never heard the neighbors. The area surrounding the new apartment complex is not really up-scale, but it is acceptable. One shortcoming is the lack of fans or a portable AC that would help on days of particularly hot weather. Also we are not particularly small people and so the standard double bed was somewhat tight. An alternative sleeping set up would be for one person to sleep on the large sofa (bed) in the living room. We would definitely recommend the apartment as a convenient and pleasant place to stay when visiting Gdansk.
