water pressure, shower , shower head wasn’t putting out enough water

Very nice pool area and small arcade for the kids

Seemed like everybody was allowed to do whatever they want. Nobody cared that small children are jumping and splashing into the hot tub. It was way overcrowded. Nobody cared how Kids acted in the arcade. Children were standing on top of games well, a security guard looked into the room and did nothing Also seems nobody cares how loud anybody is that they are beating their children in the room next-door, screaming, crying and yelling all night

Stains on pillow. No microwave. Bad free wifi. Rejected from casino for having a crack in my Id

Staff is stellar, Madaline is fire!

Internet out on Wednesday 10/11 but have hot spot with VPN on phone, slower but got what I needed done. Your internet is not just wifi, you have hard wires in the rooms I was in.

Nice rooms everyone was great.

Best part about our stay was the Hidden Pizza restaurant. Very good pizza!

Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The location was perfect next to the water park. The dinner at the italian restaurant was great.

The fan made a creaky noise. The hot tub went down and couldn't get in it.
