Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen neuen Flachbild-Smart-TV, über den Sie auf Ihre eigenen Streaming-Konten und DVD-Player zugreifen können, sowie ein zusätzliches Queen-Schlafsofa, einen bequemen Liebessitz und eine gemütliche Sitz- / Leseecke. Unser Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem Smart-TV und eigenem Bad. Unser lustiges zweites Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten (ein Doppelbett und ein Doppelbett) und ein angeschlossenes Bad. Die offene Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Entsorgung, Toaster, Mixer und allem, was Sie für die Küche benötigen. Genießen Sie eine Mahlzeit am Esstisch mit 6 Sitzplätzen und einer mit 3 Barhockern ausgestatteten Küchentheke. Unterhalb des Hauses befinden sich ein Parkplatz und ein kleiner Abstellraum mit Strand- / Poolzubehör, einschließlich Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirm, Boogie-Boards, Sandspielzeug und Schwimmbecken. Sunset square is a cute and safe beach community with a pool and beach access across the street! We like its only three quarters of a mile from the Garden City Pier, the pool and beach are both there, it was easy to access with a lock code, and had ample parking and space for our group!

We had an amazing family time at this location. Located just a block from the beach, they had everything we needed and more - beach toys, boogie boards, floaties, beach towels and pool toys (we couldn't find the umbrella). The owners were responsive to our questions and it was great to have the pool for the afternoons!

Quiet, cozy and short ride to murrells inlet. Perfect location for bike rally. Unit is a bit tight for bigger people. A/C was cold, pool was clean . The place could use an update but for the price it was Perfect. We would stay there again

We had the best stay here for Spring Break! The house was super cute and in a perfect location! We drive SUVs and so the parking was a little tight under the house but other than that it was a perfect stay!!! Definitely recommend!! 💕💕

This place was so perfect, that my 12 year old daughter asked if we could stay in the same place next year. As advertised, the place was extremely clean, the layout was perfect, it had everything we needed down to the tiniest detail. The master bed was super comfy (which isn’t always the case), the location was perfect, we loved the little pool and my kids spent a lot of time there. It is clear that the owner put a lot of time, detail, and love into this place. The owner was super responsive. Very pleased. I highly recommend this property.

We had a great week in Garden City! House was just as described and great for our family of 5. Kids loved the bunk beds! House is well stocked and the games/toys are an added bonus. It’s right across the street from the beach - very easy access. Location is near a few high rise condos/hotels so beach was a little crowded during the holiday week, but not terrible. Surfside has a great town area with lots of restaurants and anything you could possibly need is minutes away. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with one issue we had, and it was resolved very quickly! Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at “The Beverly!” The house was super clean and had an adequately stocked kitchen. The location is great (across the road from the beach) and close to shops and restaurants. The owners were accessible although we did not need to contact them. Overall great experience!!

Had a very relaxing stay here. House was in a great location and was very clean. Pool was very convienant and neighbors were very nice. Only few blocks from shops and pier and right across the street from the beach so made it so easy with kids! Also thank you for supplying all the beach and pool supply it came in handy and kept us from having to buy them! Will definetly be back!

We had a great time staying near the beach. We walked to dinner and the beach almost every day. The location was great. We had plenty of room for the two families. However, parking is very limited, we both drive F250 trucks. Getting in and out of the parking under the house was not fun, but it was doable. The house is what you expect for the money, not fancy but cute and clean. We would stay here again.

Only 3 complaints. There was flooding under the carport after a hard rain Sunday, 9/11/22. Flooding extended into closet under the house where beach toys and chairs were located. #2: The closet was a mess with some equipment on the floor and had not been rinsed off following the last guests who used the chairs or toys. #3 The hall bathroom shower liner was very dirty on the ends where it appears it was easily folded in and just got moldy yucky. But it also had a greasy feel when I tried to unfold it. It just needs to be replaced. Otherwise, the house is comfortable and was clean. Especially enjoyed the washer and dryer…came home with clean clothes! I brought my own detergent, so used no pods, but it was nice that you offered them. Appreciated that beach towels were available, but didn’t use those either. I would stay here again without question!

120 Sunset Square unit E was everything my family and I needed for our beach vacation. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and beach access was close. Angie and Robbie even have beach toys and an umbrella if you don't have those things to bring which I think is a nice addition if needed. They were also very easy to reach out to with any questions I had. I would definitely stay in their rental again.

The Beverly had it’s pros and cons.
Pros - EXCELLENT location. Very quiet area. Very kind neighbors. No loud parties or anything of that nature. Felt very safe. Very short walk to the beach. The only noise you really hear is the fireworks that are shot off nightly at the beach around 9pm I think it was (and I’m pretty sure this is just seasonally during the busy summer months).
The king sized bed was super comfortable. The smart TVs were a nice addition. The check-in/check-out process and key pad on the door were super easy. The guestbook seashell basket was a nice personalized touch.
Cons - the cleanliness of the place was our biggest issue. Right off the bat the front door was filthy. Not the best first impression before entering the house. The chairs on the balcony were filthy. We actually ended up cleaning these ourselves so we could sit on them and enjoy them. The bathtub in the master bedroom was dirty and the bathtub mat smelled awful. The storage closet with the beach chairs and stuff smelled awful like mildew and just looked not taken care of. Cleanliness is something that could definitely be improved.
Also, not a huge deal, but just to mention.. some things could use updating. Like the games and movies provided were quite old. The beach chairs, toys, and umbrella were definitely worn.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Beverly. 😀

A little more Bev in our lives
This was a good location. The walk to the beach was quick. This home had everything that we needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing week at the beach. I loved the bright colors and the beach decor. The property owners were very responsive. The check in and out process was easy. We were located within 30 minutes or less of travel time to downtown, the mall and other beaches. I would recommend this listing to anyone who is considering staying in Myrtle Beach!

Family Fun
We had a wonderful time at The Beverly. The house was in a wonderful location. It was a quick walk to the beach and from there, a nice walk to the pier. Everything we needed was close by and easily accessible. The house was also clean and nicely decorated.
The owners, Angie and Robbie, were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had about the house and our trip. We would love to book The Beverly again next time.

Perfect house for a getaway
This house had everything we needed for a perfect trip! Very well stocked (linens and towels included), smart TVs, tons of games, books, beach chairs, and beach towels. The location is fantastic, literally right across the street from the beach. The property owner was very easy to reach and very responsive. Check out procedures were clearly outlined. The porch is no longer screened in, but everything else in the listing is perfectly accurate. Great place to stay, and we will be back!

Grandchildren at the Beach
My husband and I rented this house to have our three grandchildren over everyday. The location of the house is excellent. It is just a short walk to the beach and the kids had lots of beach toys provided by the owner which they enjoyed. They also liked all the games provided in the house. The rental was clean and we liked the king size bed. It isn't always easy to find that in a rental. It was quiet and the people in the other rentals were friendly. This is a great place to stay to enjoy family and the beach.
