Breakfast was as expected; no too fancy but met the needs.

Never told the hotel was under renovation. Outlets didn't work, debris everywhere. Price point did not correspond to the amount of inconveniences associated with the renovation.

The location was perfect! We moved our daughter into the dorms and we were less than 10 minutes away!

Booking.com could have let me know there was renovations going on at the property!

Pool needs cleaning - badly. Hotel is set for renovations, I’m sure after that it will rate excellent across the board.

The room was nice and loved the size of the room.

Was very disappointed in the breakfast. It took 15 minutes to get coffee, which was not worth the wait. The choices of pastry and breakfast fruit I thought it was a little lacking. The eggs were decent and they did have a decent variety of other options to eat.

Good location, poor outside lighting

The housekeeping knocked at 9am yelled housekeeping and walked right in giving no time to respond she came back an hour later and did it again. Then she and another housekeeper stood out the door having a loud conversation until my kids and I left.

proximity to TAMU

The walls are thin and the clientele at this location is sketchy. I didn’t feel comfortable traveling alone as a female with her daughter in tow. There are strange men in the parking lot smoking,boozing it up, and leering at us as we walked into the hotel. it did not matter what time of the day or night we were in the parking lot - they were always there. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. my daughter was there for an important swim meet and the men staying above us stayed up all night for both nights we were there having a rambunctious card game. They beat on our floor violently after we called the front office to complain. My daughter was terrified. The front desk clerk relocated them about an hour after we called and did her due diligence there. Unfortunately, this was all happening after midnight and our night was already ruined. One other thing - one of my pillows had parts of it that smelled of cheap perfume. I guarantee that the pillowcases were not changed. Gross. I called one morning to request more coffee in our room for the next morning and housekeeping never brought it. Lazy. I’ll never stay here again (even though the front desk clerks were very nice).
