a little bit noisy from the neighbour's room, but my bed was far away from those wall so it hadn't disturbed me while sleeping. Also door card stopped working at 11:30. not pleasant and I was wet after the sauna and had to go to the lobby in a bathrobe twice to fix all

The room was spacious. The breakfast selection was rather good.

The parking was difficult issue. The beds were not suitable for transfer from wheelchair.

I really liked spa area: warm pool, two types of saunas was enough, no limit for children, working 24hours. Room is beautiful, new design and bath was beautiful.

In rooms and halls no carpets, so when someone is going with lugage or staff with cart sound like in train station. Second, i hated parking. They want that you leave your keys and car card for concierge. Ok, it looks like luxury hotel - you hope that they park it and that all. But NO, it is because they do not have parking and plays with your car like tetris game around hotel and driving somewhere to park ( where they do not say). But most I hate lying, when I ask if they has and will park in they underground parking, they said YES, but nope, they do not have places or parking there. Concierge is arrogant, dont talk and want just trust him. But you need understand that people cant trust with lying and arrogant staff, specially when you come 1000km and if you lost our keys or car card sorry will not be enough for troubles we will have come back home. More… so luxury, but in restaurant cant make pancakes for children. Luxury is not surroundings, but feeling and pampering you clients with respect and understanding. Learn from raddisson collection and other 5stars hotels.

The beds near the pool (except the ones which are higher) should be changed to something more comfortable as the ones now are really difficult to sit down and get up from, not comfortable

Great Location, very nice ambience and decoration. Pool area is great and friendly staff. Breakfast is very nice as well.

Mostly the special buffet at the 1. of January, excellent. Everything was very nice, the suite roomy the spa around the clock very fine except for some loud guests who behaved like monkeys. In the spa are towels hidden in the closet if you need extra ones. Would come again.

the design and the atmosphere, it was unearthy. the loft style and the minimalist of the rooms were just fascinating.

I guess that the stuff was not professional, only Mrs. Ewellna was really welcoming and she knew exactly what to do. very open to communication, nice smile and very known of her responsibilities. appreciate her guidance and support.

Extra slow work of stuff at Check-in. My husband was very angry after wasting so much time just to get the key. The price of parking for one night is very hight. At winter in a room was very cold, we were tired and didn't recognize that air conditioning is automatically turn on. It was -5 outside no need to cool the room for family with baby. Not enough charging points in the room. Not convinient bathroom - not enough hanger for towels and things to hang up. The breakfast is very poor - no choice of tasty meat/ham, no big choice of tasty cheese(no brie or blue cheese), no fresh juices. Only 3-4 kind of sweet cakes... It should be better for paid breakfast at 5 star hotel. No tea at spa zone and "sunbeds" are extremely uncomfortable and noisy. The exit-door in a room very loud and could easily wake up everyone if someone needs to go out. You will hear in your room every guest who walks at hall near your room.
