Location and overall experience

Comfortable and very good location

Brady, the owner, greeted us warmly as soon as we walked into the house. His genuine friendliness continued throughout the time we spent there. George, his hound dog, helped. Breakfast was amazing, hot, plentiful, and good. A warm spirit pervades this establishment.

Our bed was a bit firm for what we’re used to, but I’m not complaining.

Brady was awesome. Great decor and delicious breakfast.

Not only was Brady really nice, but he had the finest cooking skills I've ever seen! A good guy with a good place, it was a great stay! Also, the soaps were so cute :))

Terrific home-cooked breakfast! Easy access, clean and great host.

The host was very friendly and welcoming, great character full of information. He made the best breakfast for us who are vegetarian! I’m still full !

It needs some TLC on the exterior, but I was thrilled to stay at this sweet old home after seeing Green Gables

Brady is a cool guy with lots of stories. He's a real "salt if the earth" free soul who makes one heck of a good breakfast. A hard working guy who we're happy to have met.

Location, breakfast and owner is amazing

The owner Brady is a real person and total free spirit. There is a fine pool table, old collector's item motorcycles in the hall, interesting international and fun posters everywhere. We loved this old jewel of a house and Brady's warm welcome. He puts his heart into making a great breakfast, like everything else he does. Great restaurant two doors away for your main meals.

If you are looking for a woman's touch or you are a germophobic go somewhere else. This is an old house and has a few pipes and wires running in unusual places (which we thought added to the charm).
