The property was nice and it was close to where we wanted to be as far as a location.

We specifically asked if this location had air conditioning and was told in writing in this site that it did have air conditioning and we got there during a heat wave and the place had absolutely zero air conditioning. For the price we paid to sleep at this place we could have stayed at a hundred different places that had air conditioning for less money. The worst part is that when specifically asked this question they lied to us and said that it does have air conditioning and they already had our money. Poor business practice.

Beds= small hard and uncomfortable Tv/WIFI=sucky Kid friendly = NOT Family friendly =NOT Host=NON EXISTING SERIOUSLY! Walking distance=NOTHING laundry= NOT in the home Pantry=nope Fireplace without wood offered ??? (Inconvenience) Must take off shoes WHOLE HOUSE HAS DIRTY FLOORS !! Smoke ??? Must leave property!! Located behind a school ! Like to go for a walk in Tahoe DONT STAY HERE want to play with your kids outside or wear out the little ones , don’t stay here ! Like to bring pets ?? They’re all over the place here BUT NOT THIS HOUSE THEY DONT ALLOW IT. Like coffee in the morning? Large family? Have fun with the two cup coffee pot and no filters!! They advertise three queens but two adults struggled fitting in those beds one was as hard as the floor I had to sleep on a bunk with the kids . My first day here I spent over two hours altogether making phone calls spending over 30 minutes on hold each time waiting to talk to someone who would put me on hold to contact someone else to ask questions about this place basically the property management has no idea what properties they’re managing and can’t answer questions in a Timely manner THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM LEAVING YOU ON HOLD FOR OVER THIRTY MINUTES AND YOU DO NOT HAVE A CONTACT PERSON!! Parking ??? LOL hope you like walking from the parking lot to the front door with your arms full of your luggage searching in a sea of doorways for your door, and then on one of your many trips to the store to get the things you need for this place I hope you like fighting for a new parking space because someone always takes it every time you leave. There are brochures and cards laying around full of information telling you what you cannot do in this home and place , leaving you a phone number to call if you need anything but that is the same phone number that leaves you on hold for 30 to 40 minutes at a time don’t expect anybody to come and bring you anything you need because that is not gonna happen.
