The room was perfect. It had everything I needed. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Front desk was helpful and pleasant. We were close to the game room so that was a bonus.

Excellent staff work. Friendly atmosphere. A free shuttle bus travels to the resort. The hotel is located on the main street. Nearby there is an excellent supermarket with cuisine and many restaurants.

Furniture and rooms are old. But overall, not bad.

Excellent Location

Staff was very nice. The convenience store next door was helpful. Proximity to mountain was key.

The property, being rented for weddings, was extremely loud and intrusive at all hours. The condo seems to have been better; the Inn was truly awful.

They were willing to change my room . the guy helping us was understanding and moved us. The area the waterfall is beautiful.

The bed was dirty..the comforter was dirty and thr staff only told me that the reason why it was dirty it was because there are only 2 cleaning ladies available. Not my problem. Hair on nightstand Stinky fridge..dirty ice tray They changed my room twice.

Nice location

Room needs a thorough deep clean. Stale mildew smell in room. Bathroom floor and shower was not very clean. Expected a nicer bathroom for $270 a night. AC/fan didn’t work well and was dropping dirt out of it.
