All contacts with the owners went really smoothly. At the check-in we were met in person by Luisa and she explained everything about the apartment for us which was really nice. The apartment is basic but the terraces are fabulous and the location as well. We had such a great time staying here in Cadiz!

Fantastic property. Amazing outside space, well furnished and with great views. We loved it and would happily choose to stay there again when back in Cadiz. Great hosts. Fabulous town, so much to see and do. Easy and cheap access by train from Sevilla. ❤️

Brilliant stay in the heart of the city, the rooftop terrace makes it. looking down at the goings on in the square below, we even got serenaded by a busker one night. Magic!

We had a great time in Pedro and Susana’s apartment. The location was perfect for exploring Cádiz, with nothing in the older part of town being more than 10 minutes away on foot. And Cádiz is certainly a town worth exploring. Just let yourself get lost in the maze of streets and be wonderfully surprised when you come across a little square or some pretty gardens. Pedro met us promptly for check-in and explained everything in the apartment, which was spotlessly clean. We were left lots of nice little treats to eat and drink, which is always welcome after a day’s travel. We would fully recommend this apartment for active people but the climb to the 4th floor, and then one more flight up to the bedroom, may be a little too strenuous for others. But sitting and enjoying a glass of wine on the massive terrace just can’t be beat. Thank you so much Pedro and Susana for letting us share it with you.

This was one of our favorite accommodations of our time in Spain! Uniquely historic and architectural apartment with beautiful views and an amazing terrace. Great central location with kind and communicative hosts who gave excellent local recommendations! Very comfortable bed. Lots of stairs, which we found to be an enchanting feature :-) The kitchen was small but well stocked (including some welcome treats) and enough for us to make a full Christmas feast! Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for everything, Pedro & Susana!

La situación del inmueble es insuperable, en pleno centro de la ciudad de Cádiz. El apartamento es precioso con una magnífica terraza, está muy buen insonorizado y con todo lujo de detalles (utensilios de cocina, plancha, toallas, secador, tumbonas de playa...). Los dueños son muy amables. Estuvimos encantadas y sin duda volveremos.

Das Apartment in Cadiz ist wunderschön. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick über die Dächer von Cadiz ist phänomenal, einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Man könnte seinen kompletten Urlaub auf den Terassen verbringen. Die Verständigung mit den charmanten Vermietern war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit dieses zauberhafte Apartment wieder buchen. Dankeschön.

The location of the apartment is excellent overlooking a busy plaza and easy walking to all the key sites and very many bars and restaurants. It's a 10 minute flat walk from the bus and train station. The owner is very easy to deal with, met us promptly and gave us some good information. The apartment is on the 4th floor and has no lift, so carrying heavy suitcases is a struggle! However, once you're there, you're treated to fantastic views from 2 terraces. The 1st terrace is accessed straight from the lounge and it is large! There are sun loungers in a lovely sheltered spot and dining table for Al fresco eats and drinks! The 2nd terrace is accessed via stairs from the bedroom and takes you into one of the original look out towers! The views are even more magnificent over the roof tops to the sea! The apartment is characterful, with creaky stairs and wooden beams! It has most things you need to self cater, but there's no oven or dishwasher or kettle! The bed was very comfy and we both slept well. Hopefully we'll be back!

This small ,charming apartment in the heart of old Cadiz is a wonderful place to stay . It has everything that you may require for a comfortable stay . The surrounding area is also perfect . The square is very lively . It is close to the train station so a day trip to Jerez is easy & recommended . The 2 terraces are a great asset . Susana & Pedro were great hosts and left some beer and treats which was very thoughtful . We had a great holiday and will definitely be back . Thank You for having us !

Beautiful little streets with fantastic food and great market.Pedro was an excellent,friendly host.We cannot praise him highly enough!The surrounding area was full of tapas bars and restaurants.We are missing the place already.Thank you for everything.

The apartment was clean and was as advertised with all essential amenities. It was very central and the plaza below very busy. We watched a flamenco dancer and were serenaded by guitar and clarinet players in the square. We also watched a religious procession and band which visited the church in the plaza. Lots of places to eat, lots of shops and several museums nearby. Very safe beach is about 20 minutes walk away.Lovely city with its cobbled streets and beautiful plazas. The station is 15 minutes walk and we visited Jerez from there.

The 74 stairs to the front door are a challenge, then there are more stairs up to the bedroom and even more stairs to the top terrace. Cooking facilities are very basic: 2-burner cooktop, no oven, no dishwasher. But the main terrace is vast, with a beautiful view, and that makes up for any shortcomings elsewhere.

Susana and Pedro were great hosts, although we already knew a bit about Cadiz so we never needed to bother them about anything, and everything in the apartment was perfect. As can be seen in the photos, the place boasts a spectacular view and is situated in a great location. The terrace is enormous and one never gets bored admiring the view or people watching. I highly recommend the apartment and the city of Cadiz, you won't want to leave! Hasta luego Cadiz!

The apartment is located in a beautiful house at the lovely little square. The apartment is a part of a characteristic for the city of Cadiz tower with two huge terraces. The view from the terraces is a wonderful - you can see city, sea, ships, picturesque roofs of the nearby church. Clean, air conditioned, nicely decorated with taste and atmosphere. In the apartment you have all you need. The owners also provide snacks, cold water and beer on arrival. The owners are extremely nice and very helpful. I would recommend a stay there, we spent a wonderful time!

This apartment might be small and up 4 flights of stairs but it is really well located being in the heart of things in the old town and only 10 minutes walk from the small but pretty beach. Susana and Pedro were helpful, warm and welcoming and the apartment was immaculate with a welcome pack which was a nice touch. Their are two terraces one of gigantic proportions which had great views and from which you can hear the bustle of San Francisco plaza. If we were ever back in Cadiz we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unique accommodation in Cadiz ! Susana was always very prompt and helpful with any questions we had prior to arrival. We were greeted by her husband Pedro who was just the loveliest man who drove with us to show us where to park and then helped us with luggage back. It is a very unique apt on 3 levels. It is a walk up but well worth it ! The terraza off the first floor is absolutely huge with table, chairs, umbrella as well as comfortable lounges. You are close to a bell tower but found the chiming (between 9am - 10pm) to be a plus in the experience not a minus. The comfy bed is on the second level and then on the third is another deck from which you can see the water more. It is in a great location overlooking a square offering lots of people watching and restaurant options. Noise was never an issue to our sleeping experience. You can walk to just about everything. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend to everyone unless there were mobility issues. Gail y Greg
