Moonpath Cottage at Kibbe Point–the ultimate romantic escape
Eines der beiden Cottages an der Spitze des Kibbe Point, South Hero, umgeben vom Wasser des Lake Champlain mit einem Ausblick nach Osten. Das Schwesternhaus Heron Dance ist über einen separaten Eintrag auf der HomeAway-Website (# 242458) zugänglich. Moonpath liegt über dem Wasser mit freiem Blick auf Vermonts Green Mountains und mehrere private Inseln. Keine Autos fahren vorbei, da wir das letzte Anwesen auf einer privaten Sackgasse sind. Moonpath ist von 200 Hektar üppiger Wiesen und 320 Meter sehr privaten Seeufer umgeben. Außergewöhnlich ruhig und die Natur ist überall um Sie herum. Dies ist die ultimative Flucht für kreative Typen oder jeden, der einfach nur von allem wegkommen möchte. Moonpath verfügt über eine private Uferterrasse sowie ein weiteres angrenzendes Deck, das mit dem Cottage verbunden ist. Moonpath ist sehr charmant und ist mit Antiquitäten und bequemen Möbeln ausgestattet. Sie ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigen. 25 Minuten nördlich von Burlington; 90 Minuten südlich von Montreal.

This hidden gem tucked away from the world put me under its spell at first look. The coziest cottage I've ever stayed at. The love and care of the owner is evidenced by the decor.
Spent a majority of time on the upper deck. I'm a nature lover so I was delighted by the bird song and bunny. At dusk, we had our nightly visit in the meadow by beautiful deer.
We will return and again enjoy a peaceful retreat from the world.

We wanted a COOL place to spend some quiet time since we deal with extreme heat in Texas. Not only was the weather perfect but Moonpath exceeded all our expectations. We had everything there we could ever want. The decks are wonderful ... two of them! We spent a lot of time on the decks and gave up a lot of visits to the area simply because the beauty and serenity at Moonpath and the lake was all we needed (or wanted). Beautifully decorated and so many books to read, and we read plenty while there! We met Jan and she is a joy to talk to ... like a friend I already knew!

This quaint cottage was just what we needed for a refuge from the world for a week! We had a great time, and our dog loved the proximity to the water! The cottage was also close to a lovely state park and hiking. We left feeling renewed. Thank you for sharing this lovely place with us!!

We had a great week at this delightful, comfortable cottage right on the beautiful shore of Lake Champlain. It is quiet and secluded but close enough to local businesses and major roads that it was a wonderful base for a week of exploring, eating out, shopping and all-around enjoyment. Jan and Sue were ideal hosts. They were helpful and friendly but gave us complete privacy so we could relax and recharge. We would happily stay here again!

Moonpath is a perfect place for a couple's retreat. Quiet, secluded location with stunning sunrise views across Lake Champlain. The lower deck is a great place for your morning coffee or tea and to just sit and watch the lake traffic. Cottage is cozy and has everything needed for a relaxing week.

A calm breeze, lapping waves and crickets were my companions. Walking down to the water and watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee and my pup made for a perfect start to the day. We cannot say enough about this property! It was one of the best trips we have taken. The peace and tranquility is just what we needed and Moonpath did not disappoint!! A little piece of heaven; we spent the whole time on the lower deck and we can't wait to go back! See you next summer (if not earlier!!) The cottage is very clean and the grounds are well kept. Jan and Sue are wonderful hosts! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We love this place for its fabulous location, ambience, spectacular views, and awesome water access for swimming, paddling, and fishing. Hosts are fabulous and the cottage has everything you need, including the wonderful lake breeze.

This is our second stay at Moonpath Cottage. The serenity and beauty of its setting is what attracts us. What struck me the first time we stayed was and is the peacefulness of the cottage and surroundings. Try not to miss sunrise on the lake as well as moonrise that reflects a path of light across the lake. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals featuring abundant local produce. We enjoyed visiting orchards and farm stands in October. The weather was ideal.

We absolutely loved every minute we spent in this adorable little cottage. The location was absolutely gorgeous and the neighborhood was private and peaceful. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. We couldnt have had a more relaxing mini vacation. Jan and Sue were so pleasant and helpful and we hope to make it back again in the near future!
