What a beautiful house! We’ve been to Nerja many times but never stayed in the centre of town. This house is in a great location and has absolutely everything you need for a wonderful stay. Thank you to Julieta for the easy check-in process. I would definitely recommend the house for a trip away with friends.

This property is better in-person than it appears online (if that's possible). It is close to the hubbub of the Nerja shopping and dining area, but still residential and quiet. It is a quick walk to several of the nearby beaches, which are astoundingly beautiful, and an even shorter walk to all of the town's amenities. The apartment itself provides wonderful common areas, including the rooftop, as well as a kitchen with all the needs for anyone who decides to cook. The rooftop also has a fridge and bar area with plenty of coverage to get out of the sun. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

We had an amazing stay at this fabulous house. Roof terrace was wonderful. House was immaculate and very modern. Close to town with many shops, bars and restaurants. We love Nerja so will be visiting here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️.

The house doesn’t let you down, everything and more as described. Great location minutes from the bars, restaurants and beaches. Property very clean and well maintained, Julieta the house manger gave us a warm welcome and was on hand if we had any issues. There where 6 adults in our party and the house is a good size you never felt cramped. Would stay again in the future.

The position of the house is excellent in the old town. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Communication with Julieta, who manages the property, was good. She quickly sorted out any minor problems we had.

An excellent property and even better than the description and photos seen on VRBO. A comfortable property very well equipped and cared for by the owners. Would use the property again when visiting Nerja.

The house was even better than shown in the photos. The upper deck was great, the marble floors in the home were gorgeous, and there was lots of space for four of us. The amenities included everything that you could need. Towels, laundry supplies, and a hairdryer were provided. (Be sure to bring adapters to be able to use the electrical plugs.). Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping were very close to the house, and Nerja is such a beautiful little town! We would definitely return. Liz and Julieta were excellent to deal with, and communication was great before and during our stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Communication from the host was very good and we were met at the property when we arrived and shown around. A great modern townhouse, lovely decor and very comfortable with everything we needed. The sunny roof terrace is a real bonus. The property is in the centre of town - all the shops, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away and the beaches are close by too.

What a perfect gem in the heart of Nerja. Walking distance to shops, bars and tavernas. We especially loved the rooftop with jacuzzi and lounge chairs and BBQ. Check in and check out was a breeze and our host was so kind and responsive. The home is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. We can’t wait to come back!

This property worked for us as a family of four adults and two children aged ten and seven. The downstairs room with bed settee however was not ideal for children.

We stayed for 4 nights and could not have asked for a better location or property, it has everything you need with comfortable beds and a beautiful rooftop terrace. The house was immaculate and was a very short walk to the bars, restaurants and beaches of Nerja. We would definitely recommend the house and would love to stay again. Julieta was amazing and answered any questions we had during our stay x

Well, what a stunning townhouse.! Immaculately clean everywhere, inside and out. The ultra modern and sleek interiors are like something out of a magazine. Spacious, luxurious and very comfortable. Every little detail thought of and supplied. The rooftop terrace was an absolute joy with fridge and dishwasher being an absolute bonus. Overall I’d say this is definitely the first 5 star self catering accommodation we’ve had the pleasure of staying in for our girly holidays in beautiful Nerja. Liz the owner and Julieta were very accommodating and communication was never a problem. We are hoping to enjoy this stunning property again in a couple of years. Can’t wait! Central modern town house with fantastic roof terrace including a hot tub and outdoor kitchen. Everything is well thought out and includes extras like beach towels, coffee pods etc. Parking is not an issue as it is a short walk to car park.

El alojamiento es muy luminoso, moderno y funcional, con los espacios bien aprovechados. Destacable la climatización de toda la casa y el “roof garden” para las noches. Inconveniente la escasez de aparcamiento de la zona. Zonas de ocio y playas muy cercanas, no se precisa vehículo para los desplazamientos.

This apartment is spacious, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is spotlessly clean and I must say the Michele & Juileta could not have been more helpful during our stay. Location is superb within walking distance of the Balcon de Europa, shops, bars, restaurants and the beaches. We will most certainly be booking to stay again in the lovely apartment.

We were absolutely delighted with the breathtaking house and perfect location. The house is spotless and has been designed with no expense spared. The terrace was also beautiful and the kitchenette is an extremely clever addition. Everything about the home is WOW. in terms of location, you could not ask for better. You are a mere 100 metres from bars, restaurants and shops which are spectacular. We will 100% be returning to the villa without hesitation and will not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Thank you Michele and Julieta for making our stay in Nerja such a brilliant one! We loved the house and all it had to offer ! Spotlessly clean, beautiful decor and fantastic location. Julieta was there should we need any assistance and as a result we felt comfortable, welcome and extremely well looked after. As a group of 6 ladies, each one of us had only great things to say when we came to the end of our stay. Thank you and we hope to return next year !

What a truly fantastic house!!! The location of the property is excellent- just a couple of hundred metres walk to the centre of the old town & then just 10 mins walk to the beach. The property is absolutely stunning, refurbished to such a high standard & spotlessly clean and so well equipped - the owners were really helpful & would say the nicest place we’ve ever rented. We are a family with teenagers & we all loved the house & nerja & cant wait to return - the property is an absolute gem right in the centre of town & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anybody..

Very quiet well equiped House, plenty of space and nicely layed out, great Kitchen with just about everything you can think of. The facilities are good and the Roof/ Sun area are perfect, very nicely furnished with lots of thoughtfully place Art and Ornaments. Our only negative point is the Black Towels, they are constantly shedding Fluff, I could understand it if they were new and unwashed, but have been well used. It is a lovely house and location and we would definitely recommend it and use it again. Thank you

Excellent location 2 minutes from many bars and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to Burriana beach. Beautifully furnished apartment - excellent artwork, wall/floor tiling, furnishings and finished to a very high standard. Rooftop terrace especially impressive - 6 loungers, dining area, seating area, jacuzzi, shower, kitchenette, - even a second dishwasher! Unfortunately, the apartment was let down by very poor quality bedding - pillows were really poor - duvets had no covers. Sheets were sooo itchy. Plus there is no temperature control for individual bedrooms - all 3 are controlled by the same thermostat - 1 was really hot while the other 2 were too cold. One of the bedrooms was also starting to show signs of a serious damp problem. Loved it other than the poor quality sleep.

This is a truly lovely home — clean, comfortable, modern, well-stocked — on a quiet street, walking distance to everything. The rooftop is spectacular.
