The pool was super close, the house was laid out very well.

Parking was a mess, too small and the windows are thin right next to your neighbors car. The people in the house across the street had VERY loud vehicles.

Proximity to everything (the beach!) is excellent. Was very clean, quiet, bigger than we expected, also liked having a private garage and washer/dryer.

The cleaning fee of $135 is outrageous. There’s limited furnishings, it’s mostly tile and only two bedrooms. I’ve paid less than that for a biweekly maid service on a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house. The “property tax” is also ridiculously high. These fees plus the rental fee add an add an ADDITIONAL $400 to your stay. That, and you have to check out at 10am?! Because of Covid cleanings?? Check out should be noon, like every other hotel and rental everywhere. I shouldn’t have to check out EARLIER for you to get a cleaning crew in sooner to clean. If that’s the case, then the cleaning fee should be much cheaper or the rate discounted. Most people stay the weekend and are out by Sunday. No one is in a rush to rent on Sundays. Guests shouldn’t be rushed out after paying almost $1,000 for 1 less than half day since you can’t check in until 4 on Friday, 1 full day on Saturday, and barely a morning on Sunday. That’s barely 42 hours. Not even two full days.

I loved how the beach was right down the street. And the baby loved th pool! Loved how I can cook for the kids and not be in a crowded hotel!

The floor was concrete and a little dusty pullout sofa bed was not very comfortable. And it definitely want what I thought I paid for.

Palm Bay is a great family friendly condo! It is close to the beach and our local fishing spot. The bedding and condo were clean. The porch had a cozy bench to relax on at night.

This particular condo’s bed was uncomfortable but only on one side of the mattress. Some of the cushions in the living room could use a good cleaning. Also, the pool is usually crystal clear but this time it was murky and full of sand. I did see someone trying to fix it.

Another than that I loved the rest of the stay, was very comfortable and very roomy for my family

Just didn't like the early checkout by 10AM.... Families like to get together the day before they leave and at times stay out late... which usually is a struggle to have to wake up early and gather all belongings that morning to b ready to check out by 10AM... and also one thing I noticed when after a shower I used a white towel from cabinet and noticed it had a urine smell and was a little discolored... tossed it right on the floor and just rewashed the towels, that was a little disgusting to me....

Could never get the tv in living area to work! Because we were fishing we were never able to contact anyone for help .... Hours were not good for calling! I would suggest a card with directions!

The location is excellent. The room is very large enough to accommodate 4 persons (two adults and two children).

BBQ facilities were out of order.
