Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Westseite von Praiano, der einzige Ort an der Amalfiküste, wo die Sonne lange untergeht. Sie können eine herrliche Aussicht auf Positano, die Insel Li Galli und die Faraglioni von Capri bewundern.

Das Haus befindet sich in günstiger Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten von Geschäften, Restaurants und der Bushaltestelle sowie 600 m vom Strand La Gavitella (Treppen) entfernt. Wifi ist verfügbar und kostenlos.
Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wurde die Wohnung kürzlich renoviert und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen (ich empfehle 5 Erwachsene oder 4 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder).

Das Haus bietet alles, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich einer Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, 4-Flammen-Gasherd, Toaster, Mixer und alles, was zum Kochen benötigt wird.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend auf halber Strecke zwischen der Hauptstraße und dem Strand von La Gavitella. Das Haus ist über einen Panoramaweg von ca. 200m und ca. 70 Stufen erreichbar.
Wir möchten jeden willkommen heißen, aber wegen der Treppe (ca. 70 Stufen) empfehlen wir es nicht für Menschen mit Herz- oder Mobilitätsproblemen.

Words cannot capture the beauty of Casa Incanto. From the breathtaking views, you literally feel like you are in a postcard, to the hospitality shown by owners Valeria and Emanuele. Our kids, ages 10 and 13, love animals and loved Dakiti their dog. They allowed the kids to pet him. The pool was another excellent amenity as we spent a lot of time there as a family.
Benedetta, helped us with everything and anything we needed. My husband and I wanted to renew our wedding vows at the villa and Benedetta organized every detail from the celebrant to the photographer. She also organized a fishing trip for us in Positano.
We are forever grateful for our time and experience at Casa Incanto.
We will definitely be back!

Our stay was perfect. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures can show. Super comfortable beds. Large kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful flowers all around the property. Views you won’t tire of. Great seating options on upstairs patio, side patio, and on the pool level. Great city, quiet but good access to the busier cities for day visits. Very nice food at the close restaurants, casual and fancier options. A very close small supermarket for anything you need. Walk up into town not difficult. And the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. So happy with this booking.

A fantastic place to stay with peace and quiet, wonderful views and yet close enough to nearby restaurants, bars and transport to Positano, Amalfi and beyond. Everything was better than advertised. We loved the villa and Praiano. It was the perfect central point to explore the Amalfi Coast. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well appointed, clean Villa with lots of privacy and all the amnesties in a charming quiet neighborhood. Perfect views of the sea from the patio and the pool. This was the absolute best trip we have taken and the main reason was staying at Casa Incanto! The property was perfect, extremely clean and well cared for, with breath taking views of the coast. Waking up here everyday to the sound of the ocean and the view of Positano is incredible and cannot be matched. And if that was not enough, Benedetta and her family are the epitome of hospitality. From helping book tours, arranging transportation, giving recommendations, the very nice welcome basket and kind message, they truly make you feel welcome in their home. I cannot recommend this property enough and we are looking forward to returning here soon!

Casa Incanto was the perfect place for our family to stay in beautiful Praiano. Everything about the villa was perfect - from the interior of the villa with updated kitchen and bathrooms and most importantly the VIEWS. Quite honestly with the pool and the views you could be very content just spending the week here - and we did take advantage of this beautiful property on our families bucket list trip to the Amalfi coast. The porter service to help with our bags was very helpful with the many stairs. Benedetta and her family are wonderful to deal with and we highly recommend staying here. Our family has the best time here and made memories of a lifetime!

The property was amazing. Such a beautiful space and what a view. The recent bath and kitchen upgrades are gorgeous. We cannot say enough about our time here. Benedetta and Valery were so helpful and responsive. They went above and beyond in setting up private car transfers. They were even able to reschedule our private boat tour last minute due to bad weather- this was the highlight of our trip! The pictures do not do this property justice- the pool, grounds, and view are truly spectacular. My teenagers never wanted to leave. The apartment is spacious and very well appointed. We would stay here again and recommend to all! Thank you again.

This is really a wonderful spot. Beautiful view and pool level. Good walk to the beach and La Gavetello. Like all of the Amalfi coast, you will get your exercise with stairs and steps. Not for the imobile!

We loved this villa! Casa Incanto is perfectly situated in Praiano with a great view of Positano and the Amalfi coast facing the Island of Capri. Sunsets are Georgia’s. It is quiet and has every amenity you could ask for. Also the bathrooms and the kitchen have been updated since the photos were last taken and they are spectacular. The pool and patio as well as the outdoor dining and grilling area are so wonderful. Everyone on the team that we interacted with from Bernadetta and Mena to Valerie were all so kind. Rest assured this is the PERFECT spot.

Hard to describe how perfect this property is! Casa Incanto checks all the right boxes for a vacation stay. From its sweeping, Mediterranean views, to its ideal location between Amalfi and Positano, the house is private, quiet, large enough to split with friends (or family) and provides access to both the sea, below, and the village center, above. My husband and I booked this property for a our honeymoon and there aren’t enough good things to say. The house is beautiful, well appointed, and in an excellent location. The views from the garden are incredible - the photos don’t do it justice. Benedetta was the most gracious host and took care of anything we needed including transfers to and from the airport and setting up a private boat for us. We’ll always stay here when visiting the Amalfi coast!

This apartment was amazing. We were two couples and it was perfect. All communication was prompt and very helpful and the porter service was great to have. A taxi was arranged for us upon leaving and that was also greatly appreciated.
The apartment itself was just perfect. We could have stayed at the house all day and enjoyed the beautiful views and pool. We did leave to do some fun things but the highlight was returning to this wonderful home.
I wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a very generous size and the outside areas were great. Perfect and quiet in a most stunning area.

The Most Beautiful Place on Earth!
Casa Incanto truly embodies the spirit of the Amalfi Coast. We loved spending time in the pool, enjoying meals in the gorgeous outdoor seating area and sitting on the balcony watching the sunset or reading a book. We loved how centrally located everything was and enjoyed day-trips to Positano, Ravello and Amalfi. We also enjoyed the local eateries/bars including Bar Del Sole, Cafe Mirante and Trattoria San Gennaro.
Benedetta and family were wonderful and responsive hosts who took care of the small details so we could enjoy our time here. We loved the gift basket and the porter service. We have already received inquiries from our friends at home who want to book your home in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Beautiful Praiano Villa
I can not say enough about Casa Incanto. My 3 sons & I just loved everything about it .
We are so happy we stayed in Praiano, only 15 minute bus ride from the busy Positano.
It's right under Piazza Gennaro so we enjoyed the church bells throughout the day & even went to Sunday mass. The pool was fantastic & the balcony views breathtaking. We walked the steps down to the beach, not recommended for people with health issues. But definitely worth the walk back up with a bar at the top as a reward.
Benedetta & her mother & father were so helpful and kind.
We loved our care package upon arrival and enjoyed the local fruit/grocery store & butcher to cook on the outside grill.
Many options for restaurants nearby & we loved our private boat excursion to Capri (recommend doing it during the week though, too busy on weekends)
Looking forward to another trip back to Casa Incanto & Praiano!

Best Place in Praiano
The house is amazing! The two bedrooms are of good size and with plenty of closet/dresser space. The two bathrooms really come in handy. The view is unbeatable and Instagram worthy (if you are into that). I felt like I was in paradise. The pool was an amazing touch, especially because there are a lot of steps/stairs down to the beach so the pool was nice alternative when I was feeling lazy. The host and her family live on the floor below so they are always there to help! They even made restaurant and water taxi reservations for us and helped us with all of our questions and needs (like getting additional laundry detergent)! All in all, a great experience! I would love to come back and will recommend everyone to stay there!

Schöner Ausblick mit Schwächen
Vorab: Der Ausblick ist wunderbar, die Wohnung ist sauber und geräumig mit Betten für 4 Personen (jede weitere Person muss im Wohnzimmer auf dem Sofa schlafen).
In der Beschreibung fehlt ein Hinweis, dass der Vermieter im Haus wohnt! Erwähnt werden sollte zudem, dass der Parkplatz je nach Fahrzeug 25 bzw. 30 €/Tag kostet. Am Pool gibt es keinerlei Beschattung, so dass ein längerer Aufenthalt im Sommer dort nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich ist. Strandtücher hatten wir nicht vorgefunden, es gab nur jeweils ein großes Duschtuch pro Person im Badezimmer. In der Küchenausstattung fehlen so banale Dinge wie Schüsseln, Salatbesteck,,Küchenmesser, Topflappen. Die Ausstattung mit Elektrogeräten ist vollständig. Positiv ist der kostenlose Gepäckträgerdienst bei der An- und Abreise.

Beautiful accommodations, gracious hostess!
Benedetta’s property is one of the most beautiful VRBO properties I have ever rented. Clean and well appointed, its location overlooking the beautiful Positano coast is nearly unbeatable. The very best aspect of the property, though, is the owner, Benedetta! My daughter was married in Positano, and Benedetta arranged transportation for12 of us all over the Amalfi coast! The drivers she hired for us were all very pleasant and accommodating, and the vehicles were absolutely pristine. Benedetta was so communicative and helpful, I don’t think I could’ve done this trip without her! BUT, the very best part was, Benedetta arranged for us all to have a delicious, many-course meal the night before the wedding at the property. The venue for the meal, outside by the pool, was perfect, and having her family involved in the food service made it all the more charming and enjoyable. One caveat, as I believe has been mentioned before, is that there are many steps leading to the property, so it is challenging for those who have mobility issues. However, the payoff is most certainly worth the effort. Benedetta, again, GRAZIE MILLE!! We hope to see you and your family again soon.

We had the most amazing time in this house. Our host was fantastic! Wonderful fruit and treats were left and after a long journey it was very appreciated. The views were so stunning you didn’t want to leave. Grocery store, great restaurants and bars are steps away. The porter service was a god send. I would highly recommend this home and host. Would absolutely return, tomorrow if we could!

Perfect location in walking distance to restaurants, markets, bus, bars. Benedetta was amazing and helped us book private transfers from the airport, gave advice on tours and was so accommodating. Beautiful views, comfortable stay and perfect location!
Our stay at Casa Incanto was perfect! The villa was in a great quiet location and can’t begin to describe the stunning views by day and incredible sunsets by night, all right from the balcony!! The property was comfortable for a family of four and located in a charming area of Praiano. Although there were quite a few steps down to and of course back up from the property, every step was well worth it!! The porter service provided was much appreciated, especially after a long day of travel. Benedetta meet us upon arrival and was a very gracious host! She was extremely helpful/responsive with coordinating our transportation, arranging tours and for reference, provided a detailed book of useful information about the area. The delicious welcome basket she put together was also very thoughtful!
The tourist info center (located nearby) was great explaining bus service along Amalfi Coast, which was easy to use with a bus stop nearby. Cafe Novanta Quattro, located just down the street and close to bus stop was a great place for breakfast with good pastries and then in evening for gelato. Loved hearing the San Gennaro Church bells ring and in the evening watching the local children playing in the square.
It was hard to leave such a beautiful part of Italy, but we were so fortunate to stay at Casa Incanto (highly recommend) making this our best family vacation!!!

Wonderful Host
Benedetta and her family were wonderful hosts, they communicated throughout the process in advance of our stay, and made checking in a breeze. Benedetta assisted in our rental car parking and provided services to bring our suitcase down the stairs to the home. She provided information on the local area and even provided a lovely welcome basket! Sadly I broke my arm on the first day of our visit (warning, the rocky area at a local beach club was extremely slippery, this is where I slipped and broke my arm) and had to cut our stay short flying home immediately. Benedetta and her mother were both so kind to check in on me and help facilitate an early am off scheduled check out. She refunded me the unused days. I couldn’t be more thankful for their help and kindness. The apartment was just as advertised and we were so saddened our stay was cut short that when we coordinate a rescheduled visit we will absolutely stay here again and enjoy the beauty of the town and the home.

An Amalfi gem!
We spent a week at Casa Incanto with our two teenagers and had a wonderful time. The property met all our expectations and more - clean, comfortable acommodation, great outdoor space, fantastic views and a convenient location, being close to restaurants and stores, whilst very quiet and secluded. The walk back uphill from the beach keeps you fit and the brand new pool provides a welcome way of cooling off, if you want a more leisurely option. We visited during the peak season, and were very pleased with our choice of Praiano as a base - it is very pretty and provides a more relaxed, "local" feel than the tourist-packed Positano (which is still easily accessible by the local bus service). Last, but by no means least, Benedetta was an outstanding host, both before and during our visit: She was extremely responsive in answering all our questions, helped to arrange excursions to Capri, Pompeii and the Path of the Gods (a "must", if you enjoy hiking) and enhanced our stay with nice touches like a "welcome" pack and a kitchen well-stocked with all the basic provisions. Though a HomeAway veteran, this is the first time I have written a review, which speaks to the great experience we had - A1 in every respect!

Fantastic Villa in Praiano!
Incredible views in a fantastic location. Casa Incanto is spacious with a new (small) pool looking out to the sea. The location is very convenient to the village and restaurants and La Gavitella Beach is a lot of fun. As stated, there are hundreds of steps everywhere so this would not be good for people with mobility issues. The owner lives in the apartment below and is very responsive. The kitchen and bathrooms are somewhat dated. We LOVED Cafe Mirante at Via Masa 55, on the way down to the beach. We went almost every night for drinks (no food). Our three kids enjoyed the villa too!

Heavenly! The perfect place.
Everything about our stay was truly as the name suggests: enchanted. The house was clean, bright and airy. The pool was my daughters’ (age 8 and 11) favorite. We traveled as a 3-generation family of 6, and had the most wonderful stay. Praiano (or Vettica Maggiore, as this is actually located) is the perfect location: not a crowded tourist hub (like Praiano or Amalfi) but still with having everything you need: morning coffee and Bar de Sole, numerous excellent restaurants (many with rooftop or terrace views—others as casual as to have delicious take out pizza), a market to buy your needs to cook your own meals (which we did several times) and a tourist office and tobacco shop (from which to buy SITA bus tickets—bus stop 7 is right there). The sound of church bells gently fills the air...and the smell of jasmine lingers. The view is unbeatable, with a Positano and Capri right ahead of you from the pool or terrace.
Benedetta couldn’t have been a more gracious host. From the lovely basket awaiting us at check in, to the porters to carry our bags up and down and check in and check out, to the birthday gift she gave my daughters after learning it was my younger daughter’s 8th birthday when we were staying—everything was thought of. We were steps away from the best beach in the area; La Gavitella. Yes, it was 200 steps but worth it. In fact, the only reason to not stay here would be if steps were difficult for you. (However if that’s the case, the entire Amalfi coast will prove difficult for you.)
In summary, if you’re traveling to the Amalfi coast, consider yourself lucky if you can stay at Casa Encanto. I know we did!

Paradise in Praiano
View. View. View. This was the loveliest possible place to enjoy a family holiday. So incredibly charming, updated, warm, cozy yet very roomy for a family of four or two couples. Benedetta was a wonderful host, very responsive and proactive guiding us through check-in, checkout, we had absolutely the smoothest experience. I cannot wait to return to Praiano and stay in exactly the same place. Perfection. Grazie!

Spectacular in every sense of the word
This was a magical location - yes there are 70 steps from street level so not for mobility impaired but Benedetta even had porters for our luggage which was a very nice touch! It was clean and just perfect. Two good sized bedrooms with views and 2 full bathrooms made this the perfect place for 2 couples traveling together. The balcony is the best part - the views are indescribable and each day we could not believe how beautiful it was and what a great location we were in! We walked to dinners most nights and enjoyed the town of Praiano yet were close for car service to Ravello, Amalfi and the Path of the Gods (Benedetta recommended the BEST guide ever for the Path - was almost my favorite part of the week). Benedetta was amazing to work with - provided everything we asked for even arranging last minute car service one day for an unplanned excursion. She was as wonderful as the location. Loved every minute and every detail of this stay.

Great location with amazing view.
This was our second stay at Casa Incanto. The location is great because you are close to restaurants, grocery stores, bus stop, everything you need to enjoy the Amalfi Coast. The apartment is clean, in great shape, and away from the main road, so there is not any noise from traffic. Overall a great apartment and location!

A dream of a place to stay. It does not get better!
We stayed for four days with one other couple. We had to pinch ourselves when we walked in the door of this beautifully appointed apartment. The entire front faces the Tyrrhenian Sea with many windows and a balcony area to sit, relax and drink coffee in the morning or just watch the sunset. Benedetta was great and provided access to local tours, parking and restaurants. Loved every minute of our stay! Enjoy the town as it is lovely and not as crazy with tourists like Positano. The steps are staggered and were no problem. I want to go back.

Living like a local
We loved the apartment for the four of us. It’s got a wonderful view and balcony, loved walking down to the sea and up to great restaurants. We stayed a month and would definitely come back! Benedetta was so very lovely and communicative as well.
