Good location,clean,ac and tv

Restaurant was very weak. They way overcooked the meat til it was leather then when they did it a second time they sent it back out raw. Breakfast ends at 9-9;30

Great place with fantastic views over the lagoon and a really nice garden and pool. Nice design and large rooms. Very comfy bed and wifi worked perfectly. Breakfast was really good.

Everything was perfect apart from the fact that we had to wait one hour for our room to be ready even though we arrived at 14:00 when the room should be ready. We were told rather rudely that because the hotel had had a large group that weekend we unfortunately had to wait extra for our room. Clearly we had little sympathy for this excuse as this was something the hotel should have planned for and something that had nothing to do with us. As a result of their bad administration we had to wait for an hour after having driven 5 hours to get there. We were not even offered a free drink while waiting. We realise that things can happen unexpectedly and it is part of the story that we had changed our dates the day before to come earlier however, we were not the only people waiting for their room.

everything very good. perfect for kiters.

The only negative point is that at night you wont find a way to get extra drinking water if needed, but have to wait until 6am.
