The person who met us went out of their way to ensure all our needs were met. She provided information about where to eat and how to get there. The views were unbelievable and the facilities were far beyond what we expected. It was like a real farm stay only with all the comforts of home. Parking was at the property. It was secure and trouble free. I cannot recommend this propeety highly enough.
The property was perfect. There was nothing thta could be improved.

This B & B is beautifully decorated, with all facilities provided. Continental breakfast was excellent. Location is beautiful, lot of rural scenic views, and just 10 kms from the the town centre Strabane. This B & B is one hour drive from Malin Head (the northern most point of Ireland) which is absolutely beautiful.

On arrival we were greeted like family, it was so warm and we immediately felt welcome. The room was nice and I particularly like the nespresso machine.
Carpets in the room needed a clean, some slight mould in the corners of the shower room and no shower gel/shampoo available.

Helen is the best hostess one could ask for.
The welcome was very warm.
The room is tastefully decorated and has everything you need.
During our stay we talked about this and that and we were given valuable tips for the further journey.
Unfortunately we only stayed for one night.
Helen, thank you very much for this great experience with you and your friendly and warm welcome.
For us it was not just a B&B, but you made us feel like we were among friends.

The property was spotless. Lovely charming people. room was large with an amazing view from our bedroom window.

We hadn’t realised the booking didn’t include breakfast, but for an additional fee Helen provided an excellent continental breakfast.
Only one small improvement- and this applies to every accommodation we stay in. We always find the duvet too warm, but if we take it off we’re not warm enough. More choice would be great.

Beau Vista is a lovely b&b. Myself and 2 daughters were in a family room. Lovely room with lots of space en suite bathroom everything spotless with a comfy bed to top it all off!
Buffett style breakfast in the morning with lots of choice.
Last but not least a lovely warm friendly welcome from the owner upon arrival 😀
We were only there for 1 night but would not hesitate to stay again.

It's the typical Irish House, is perfect in a road trip to feel all the environment, you wake up with the sound of the sheep so is perfect...
