L' APPARTAMENTO era perfetto, molto pulito con asciugamani e lenzuola a disposizione.
C'era il PARCHEGGIO numerato all'interno del cancello quindi eravamo sicuri di trovarlo a qualsiasi ora.
La POSIZIONE era ottima perché in pochissimo potevamo arrivare al centro a piedi.
Vicino consiglio di andare al pub sulla rotonda che è ottimo per una serata.
La signora Claudia è stata stra gentile. Permette anche un check-in da remoto in caso arrivate in tardo ora come è successo a noi.
Abbiamo passato solo due notti ma non ci è mancato nulla.👍🏻👍🏻

The property had a great layout with two balconies overlooking different aspects. It was spacious and fulfilled our needs. The pool was a great addition although lots of rules about its use, you have to wear a bathing cap etc. I liked that there was pool furniture to use provided in the apartment.
The location was great lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by with a short pleasant walk to the lake. We arrived by train and it was a 15 minute downhill walk to the apartment although the return journey wasn’t too bad uphill it’s not for everyone.
Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay in this apartment again.
The free WiFi ran out within a day, we hadn’t been streaming movies or anything so it was a little disappointing and with two teenagers they weren’t impressed! However they did managed to finish books they had barely started so every cloud has a silver lining!

The apartment was fantastic and all that we expected. The pool was lovely and private. There were sunloungers in the apartment to take to the pool. Two supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Cooking facilities were spot on. Very good local social club nearby (Il Vaticano) . and some small bakeries close by. Claudia and Victoria were really helpful on check in etc.
It's a ten minute walk to the main drag and uphill on the way back but we would definitely still go back to this apartment

Very convenient flat in a nice location. Host very attentive. We liked the interior. Kitchen well equipped. In all, we surely recommend the place

The apartment itself is very nice - modern and clean - and well-equipped. The double bed was comfortable, although the sofa bed not so much. The swimming pool was lovely, although there were many, many rules about its use. It's only a 15-minute walk down to the lake (definitely walk down the pedestrianised roads through the older part of town and not down the busy main road which is the quickest way). Desenzano and the lake are just lovely.
Parking is important for us as we drive to Desenzano, and we had significant problems parking at the apartment. We had been told it would be no problem to park right outside but in reality we could not park there as it was a private road. Instead we had to park at the end of the road in designated spaces which were usually already full. Several times after trips out I had to keep checking to see if a space had become free and I could move our car from a temporary spot by the gates. It became a bigger problem after an unhappy elderly neighbour opposite complained to me on the street about parking by the gates to the property. This was our biggest problem as it made us feel unwelcome and also inconvenienced us.

I liked everything. Very convenient location of the apartments. Close to everything - walking distance from the train station, to the center of Desenzano, to the beach on the lake. Nearby are two supermarkets - Italmarket and Lidl. In the immediate vicinity of the apartments are many cafes (espesially LaDolce passione - delicious pistachio croissants), restaurants, fish shop, butcher shop. The apartment has everything you need to cook your own meals. Air conditioning works well, good internet speed. Very clean. The apartments are located on a small street, so it’s very quiet. Very nice pool. Swimming in this pool was a pleasure. The territory of the complex where the apartments are located is very well maintained and clean. There are a lot of flowers around. Very friendly owners of the apartment - Claudia was always in touch (thanks a lot for everything and especcially for a small gift for us :). Any problem that arises is solved very quickly. Thank you very much to Sylvia, who met us on arrival and told everything. And, finally, the town of Desenzano del Garda and Lake Garda are very beautiful. We will return necessarily.
