Excellent and friendly staff. Decent facilities and easy access to the beach. Excellent swimming pool.

The place itself is lovely! It's a bit off the main "city" but there's a free shuttle service for everyone once a day. The pool is large and the premises are beautiful. You get to see a bit of local life at the little bay below the resort. You can't see the sunset from here, but it's only 15 minutes by tricycle and here you've got your peace and quiet. The staff was simply amazing. They helped me a lot. They organize tours and diving for you but they also printed out some pages I needed for work - for free. The free tea, coffee and water is awesome, too. I definitively recommend this place if you want to stay at a beautiful place away from the crowds.

I would have liked a real duvet. Unfortunately, there seems to be the trend in the Philippines to have these acrylic or polyester blankets which are quite soft but under which you are either cold or warm. I prefer to sleep under bedding made of natural fibers. They didn't even have a simple cotton bed sheet to put underneath. Furthermore, the light was on all night in front of the rooms. Not a big deal if you don't have any trouble sleeping, but unfortunately it kept me from sleeping well.

The beds were very firm and the pillows were memory foam and amazing. I love firm beds, but my hubby thought they were too firm. The pool is AMAZING, too! It was a life saver on the hot days. The snorkeling right in front of the hotel was stunning! It was so easy to spend hours in the water exploring all the wonders under the sea. I loved being here.

The initial entrance to the place is a bit jarring. It is quite unkempt and messy and makes you wonder what you have signed up for. But then you see the hotel itself and it is beautifully kept and very well run. So, if they just fix up the actual entrance into the property, it would be even better.

Tolle Anlage, kostenlose Wasser/Kaffee/Teestation. Der Pool war sehr groß und gepflegt. Das Personal war zu jederzeit hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich. Das Frühstück war vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar. Die Klimaanlage war top und sehr leise und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche für philippinische Verhältnisse ein Träumschen ;-)

Die Betten waren ziemlich hart und der Zugang zu Meer ist in der Tat nicht so optimal und etwas unschön

O atendimento foi impecável, todo o staff foi super simpático e prestativo. Instalações em boas condições e tudo muito limpo.

O chuveiro poderia ser um pouco melhor, somente isso.

몇몇 직원분들은 너무나 친절해서 몸둘바를 모르겠습니다. 1. 젊은 여성분 2. 쿨한 남성분(가슴팍에 선글라스를 꽂고 다니시는..) 3. 안경쓴 여성분 4. 그리고 오전에 계시는 아줌마 1,2번분들 덕분에 다시 가고 싶은 숙소지만 4번분 때문에 가기 전 망설여집니다. 어떤분이 오너인가요??
