* Decks bieten große unterhaltsame Bereiche mit Unterdeck Treppe Zugang zum Strand bei Ebbe. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV mit über 200 Kanälen. Esszimmer Tisch bietet Platz für sechs Personen. Auch dient als ein schöner Sitz / Höhle Bereich mit Französisch Tür zum Oberdeck.
Alle Schlafzimmer haben Panoramablick auf das Meer mit Master-King-Bett mit einer Memory-Foam-Matratze, zweites Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, die mit Füllern zu einem König konvertieren. Drittes Schlafzimmer hat ein Queensize-Bett mit den besten Sonnenaufgang Ansichten von allen. Die Küche ist komplett mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Mixer und Kaffeekocher zusammen mit einem Gasgrill auf dem Oberdeck. Aus dem unteren Deck ist eine private, geschlossene Dusche.

Dreißig Minuten von Boothbay Harbor, Freeport und der beliebten Stadt Portland, die gutes Essen und Kunst bietet. Bowdoin College ist die Heimat des Maine State Music Theatre. This house was a perfect fit for my family of 3 and we had a room left over. It will exced your expectations! My son attends Bowdoin College and it's an easy drive to campus and you get to stay in a little oasis. We will absolutely be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The deck overlooking the lake is so lovely and the perfect spot to watch the sunrise. This house is located at a convenient location where you are off the main road, but super close to the main highways, grocery store, etc. The house has many sweet cottage-like touches and we were happy with the quick communication with the owner. We would certainly love to stay here again! Highly recommend for a cozy stay in Maine.

Fran is an excellent host with an excellent home! The multi level porches were a highlight. All amenities and beyond were available. We rented kayaks and loved exploring the many islands. Thanks for the hospitality and privacy.

Beau Sejour exceeded all of our expectations! The online pictures are beautiful, but simply don't do the property justice. The views from the home and the home itself are truly amazing. We especially enjoyed coffee and reading on the back porch, breakfast in the screened in porch, lobsters on the picnic table and the outdoor showers after kayaking.
You can tell Fran and Olivia put an exceptional amount of time and thought into making your stay memorable and comfortable. The personal touches of fresh flowers along with notes and welcome gifts made the house feel like a home away from home. The home was exceptionally clean and was very accessible to many local activities.
Olivia was an outstanding host and communicated very timely. She recommended several activities that helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We only wished we could stay longer!

The location was beyond expectations and the cottage, itself, was cozy and quite attractive. My wife and I wound up agreeing we preferred it to our home. The owner went out of her way to ensure a pleasant stay. I'd say that the only thing we felt was lacking was the use of that vintage wood stove. Would be great to have that in working order.

I highly recommend this enchanting property. Clean, well located, gorgeous views, unique, charming- my kiddos were thrilled. We swam every day and sat on the porches, soaking up the sunrises and sunsets. Thank you!!

This property is one of the most relaxing places my wife and I have ever visited. The views from the back deck are magical. In fact, we woke up at 5:00 am and took pictures of a sunrise that I have recently put on canvas.
The owners live a house away and were very responsive and helped us plan things to do. However, the house is a destination unto itself. We really didn’t want to leave as you felt like you were on a floating houseboat.
If you are looking for rest and relaxation, this property is just what the doctor ordered.

Amazing house
This house is incredible. Beautiful and clean, location feels isolated but also just a short ride to the main road, & kitchen has everything you could need. We usually explore the town but we didn't even want to leave the house the whole time! Fran was an amazing host with personalized touches and fresh flowers in every room. Cannot wait to come back here again. Thank you for everything!!!

A Perfect Place to Breathe!
Well...this was our second marvelous stay with Fran. So excited to say the second time was more incredible than the first. The morning sunrise and afternoon sunsets are amazing! The back porch is so fabulous! We loved spending so much time out there. The kitchen is fully stocked and the house has everything you need. Best find on VRBO. Au Revoir my amie Fran! A bientot!

Quiet, Well Kept Home with Double Decks!
This is a wonderful property. Well maintained, clean, and very quiet! The house was a great place to relax! Having coffee on one of the two decks to watch the sunrise was fantastic! The owner did a number of little things (like place fresh flowers in the living room) that made this place even better! We would recommend this property! We had a great stay!

Great time in Brunswick
Property was as expected and everything we needed. Beautiful sunrises and we happened to be there during full moon, which was spectacular reflecting off the water. Never went on the dock as we really spent the days doing things in other area. If anything, just be aware that the boathouse facility is off limits! Property listing says enjoy the dock and I guess we “assumed” boathouse would be included; however, it is strictly off limits. We ended up not spending any time on dock or in the water. The house was great and you will enjoy all the amazing deck space! Also, furniture in living area was comfy!

1st Family vacay with out at children
This was our first vacation with or adult children and their significant others. It was made that much more special due to the accommodations. The surroundings are incredible and the house is quintessentially Maine. Every moment was comfortable even for 6 very tall people. We even cooked dinner a couple of nights which was really easy with a well stocked kitchen. Can't give enough kudos. Fran's wonderful touches just add to your stay. Highly recommended renting this place that is unless you are planning on staying at the same time I want to! Lol! Absolutely wonderful in every way!

Scenic location was the perfect backdrop for our vacation. Beautiful to come home to each night, dining on the porch and spending family time together. House included everything necessary for a stay in Maine. Already dreaming for our next visit!

Looking for a location on the water, we stumbled upon this property. It was exactly as described, clean, well appointed, and in an excellent location for our day trips. My only complaint was that we traveled during the hottest week of the year, and there was no AC. This is typical of Maine, so we cannot hold that against the property... But it was HOT upstairs even with the fans already in the home. Just the way it goes in the summer... Thankfully there was a breeze from the water. The views made up for the discomfort
That being said, we would definitely stay again and look fwd to a FALL adventure. Thanks for sharing this home!

A slice of heaven
We love this gorgeous house on the water. It is clean, spacious, and cozy. Plenty of deck space to look onto the water, and close to town for dining, shopping, etc. We rented kayaks and spent a lot of time on the water. There is good wifi so we could keep up with work, and a nice large TV if we stayed in. With so many rooms we even created a spot for Yoga indoors if we couldn't be outside on one of the decks. The owner is right next door which is convenient. We can't wait to return!

We had a lovely stay in Brunswick at Fran’s property! It is a beautiful house with so many nice touches and lovely, decorated rooms! The decks on the back of the house overlooking the water were so nice! Very comfortable and cozy for our family of five.

What a wonderful vacation spot! We were honestly awed by the water and island views out the family room windows. The property presented a nostalgic camp-like feel with beautiful decor and modern conveniences.There are so many options for indoor and outdoor entertaining. Perfect location and so peaceful!
Our 3 night stay was so relaxing, we wish we could have stayed longer! Our 3 children enjoyed looking for shells along the beach when the tide was down and even found a horseshoe crab! The view was gorgeous, home well-stocked and so comfortable! Dining in was a little difficult since the weather was cold (there is not a main dining table in the house that seats 5), but we managed to eat outside once on the deck (wow!!) and the rest of the time on the enclosed deck. The owner took such good care of us! She even had a large basket of toys ready for our children (so perfect it was as if she knew just what they’d love)!! We all had a blast!

Beautiful Brunswick Maine Home!!
This is a beautiful quintessential coastal Maine home. It is located in a very private area off the main road but close to shopping for groceries and local attractions. If you are interested in day trips to see the Maine coast, this is a great location. The house is extremely clean and well appointed, not to mention comfortable!! We were more than pleased and Fran had fresh flowers in every room including the porch!! We cooked a huge lobster and steak dinner and had everything we needed. Fresh lobster purchased just down the street. The picnic table on the porch was a great place to eat as the view is beautiful. I would highly recommend this listing. Fran gave us a tour of her boat house and was the absolute best! Thanks Fran for all your amenities and kindness!! Already telling my friends and family about this home!!

“Beau Sejour” is a tranquil, relaxing spot to get away from worldly concerns!
The property is even better than the photographs due to close oversight and decorative attention of the owner. The covered decks and screened porch ensure you will feel close to nature and enjoy your vacation no matter what the weather. All the beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen well stocked to meet your needs. Coffee in the morning looking out over the water watching birds chase after jumping fish is a great way to start your day. The dock is very close by if you kayak or paddle board and the owners encourage you to use it even if all you want to do is sit close to the water. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more!
While very secluded - the property is close to Brunswick/Bath and so convenient for shopping and restaurants!

The home was great. Everything was there that was needed. Any questions I had was immediately addressed. The neighbors are friendly and provided some places to go to eat.
