We stayed for a month. The location was surprisingly quiet. The back deck is small but, a great place for morning coffee and breakfast listening to the birds in the backyard. The front porch was also a relaxing spot but, needed more sturdy chairs. Inside, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. The washer and dryer appeared new but, the washer was loud on the spin cycle (minor inconvenience). Comfortable living room. Two bedrooms upstairs were well sized and the bathrooms were nicely finished. Nice spot for four or fewer guests. Great hosts!

For our first vacation in the Berkshires, we wanted a rental that would be convenient and comfortable while reflecting the region's character -- and we couldn't have chosen better. The home is set just outside Lenox, in a spot that offered great access to both Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood as well as the restaurants and other attractions of Lenox and Lee. The kitchen facilities are excellent, and there are several nice places to dine indoors and out. We arrived just as summer set in, and the HVAC system hadn't yet been adjusted for our AC needs, but the owners were very quick to respond to our request for help and to come make the necessary fix. All in all, we couldn't have been happier, and we would jump at the chance to stay here again.

What a terrific weekend! The house was super clean and well-appointed. So many thoughtful touches, down to a flashlight in the bedroom nightstand! It’s obvious that the host takes great care to ensure that their guests are comfortable. The host was attentive without being intrusive. He gave lots of great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. It was the best experience we’ve had at any vacation rental!

This is a beautiful home, with gorgeous bathrooms and excellent internet. We loved the location, a nice long walk into the town of Lenox and to Kennedy Park. I also loved that this was clearly a vacation only property, not someone's home that was occasionally rented out. My wife and I wanted to get away for the weekend and have always enjoyed the Berkshires and specifically the Lenox area. We were fortunate to find this magnificently restored 1881 Farmhouse in a private yet super convenient location just outside Lenox. The expereince started with our engagement with Teva, who helpful, flexible and provided a very thoughtful gift basket upon our arrival. This house was originally built in 1881 and has great character yet modern finishes particularly in the kitchen and bathrooms. Overall we felt the house was cozy, comfortable, quaint and clean. The ceilings with light wood brighten up all of the rooms epecially in the bedrooms which were both vaulted creating a very airy and spacious feel. The kitchen was fantastic. Everything was new, including an excellent farmhouse sink, range, oven, refrigerator, and washer dryer. The room was also well-appointed with everything you need to prepare a snack or a meal. Both bedrooms were spacious and offered king beds and large closets with plenty of drawer space. The bed was very comfortable. The new bathrooms evoke that “spa-feeling” both have tubs and one with a great walk-in shower. Sitting on the back deck, you are almost on the tree line. It is a lovely spot to sip a glass of wine and a few appetizers before dinner while enjoying the sky, clouds, and trees. Finally, the location is exceptional and only 5 minutes from downtown Lenox. Additionally, several nearby historical sites, restored mansions, Tanglewood, and art museums, all within 15 – 45 minutes of the house, making it a great “base camp” for all the area has to offer.

We had a great time at this property. The kitchen layout is great and the bathtubs were so relaxing to use! The deck right off the kitchen was perfect for our pre-schooler to play on her own. Lots of great trails nearby too. The hosts were super responsive to all of our questions and made everything feel seamless. The only reason we gave it a 4/5 for overall was that the heating system was a little challenging to control between the upstairs (hot) and downstairs (comfortable-slightly cold) but otherwise the house was perfect. Would definitely come back in the future!

The two bedrooms upstairs are both large and comfortable and the two bathrooms are cleanand nicely updated.

Absolutely loved this property! Beautiful house, impeccably clean, great spaces to lounge and fantastic bathrooms! We cooked our Christmas dinner here and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Communication with property manager was fantastic (thank you, Teva!) and check in was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Teva was a pleasure to work with, and very responsive to any questions or concerns. The location is also very convenient to restaurants and local sights.
