We definitely enjoyed living here for the week! The house was spotless! The beds were extremely comfortable!The kitchen was very well appointed and had everything we needed including plastic table wear for dining by the pool! The pool was wonderful! We paid for the pool heat and it was worth every penny! The hot tub was nice and warm and felt great after long days at the parks! We would highly recommend this lovely pool home!

We have stayed at a few rentals before and very happy to say we have finally found the perfect fit for us. This home is all it says it is and more. We cannot wait for our next visit to Charlotte's Paradise.

The house is very nice - good beds - the kitchen has all the appliances you need - the garage is a cool playground. We came to rent this house again. The gas grill is a very good addition to the kitchen.

It was a nice place to stay

We stayed in the villa for almost three weeks June into July and had a wonderful time. The villa is stunning, very spacious and clean the pool and hot tub was brilliant and felt very private. We also loved having the games room with the pool table. The guards on the gate were also really lovely always smiling and giving us a wave. Watersong is a really nice area to stay and we were lucky enough to see the family of cranes when we went out for a walk in the evening. Lynn the host was so helpful throughout every stage of the booking process and during our stay, all messages were answered really quickly. We would definitely book to stay again

We loved the house, the pool, and the hot tub! There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group which provided privacy if needed. The kitchen has an open floor plan perfect for preparing meals and still be in the action. We would definitely stay again!

The only critique I have is the cleanliness of the house.
The carpet was stained and needs to be replaced. The dishwasher was full of mold. There were also multiple dead worms in the game room (garage). They were all along the chairs and high chairs stored in there.
Those could have been cleaned up by the cleaning company for sure.
Property management was helpful and attentive.
Other than that…. Decent for the price but would not stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We aren’t Disney goers so being quite a distance from everything wasn’t a big deal for us, but it is quite far from International Drive, parks etc. The home is clean, well kept and very well stocked with kitchen utensils, pool towels etc. Neighbourhood is great, friendly folks at the gate and area is well kept. The clubhouse is a short walk from the house, kids will enjoy a chance of scenery once and awhile by heading there for an afternoon. Providence Golf Course is the next neighbourhood over and is a great golf course and reasonably priced. Overall, a great stay - we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Our family enjoyed every moment at this house! The community is gated, but it was super easy to enter or exit. The house is well kept and the pool is beautiful. Our children appreciated the second living room to have some semi-privacy. The air hockey and pool tables in the garage were nice to use in the afternoons. The pool was lovely! We paid extra for pool and hot tub heat, and it was well-worth the investment! We definitely recommend this property. Thank you to the property managers and owners for helping us have a wonderful vacation!

Overall great place to stay, clean, loved that grill was included. House also had had pack n plays, high chair, stroller, beach chairs. Although we didn’t use any it was a nice it was supplied. House was clean , although we had to rewash some dishes from previous guests as they were put away with some grease and stuck on food. Only other issue we ran into were ants near the pool area- unfortunately they put a damper on our last day there as we kept getting bit while in and near pool. Even with keeping pool area clean and food free the ants made their way in through the cracks and became a big nuisances in our last day. Neither issues property manager issues - just be prepared to rewash some dishes and bring some ant spray

This home is beautiful. It could have everything you want for a large group, 5 bedrooms, four bathrooms and the pool is heated beautifully. The hot tub works nicely, and the game room is absolutely a great way to You have family activities together we literally utilize every part of that beautiful home and would definitely go back again. If there are some recommendations that I can make we had to hand wash dishes because the dishwasher was moldy inside. Also, the master bedroom with the king size bed closest to the pool the mattress could use upgrading also, I was a little disappointed that the handicap chair did not work for the pool It was much needed for my elderly parents. Beyond that this home is perfect for a getaway it has a beautiful backyard with a great view of the pond and nature. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and I hope they will welcome us back when we come to Florida again

This wonderful home has everything a well established home would. Especially if you do have a baby, all your needs are met. My seven-year-old granddaughter loved her “west wing” of the house. My son enjoyed the East wing, The pool is pristine. We hope to be back soon!

I would just recommend more cleaning supplies. Extra dish pods, dish soap, garbage bags, toilet paper.

Well, as they say, all good things must come to an end. This condo was amazing. The owner has absolutely everything you could ever imagine needing, and then some. This condo is a perfect location for golf and Disney. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived, the pool and hot tub were super relaxing. We even had a visit from the “crane family”. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo! The pictures do not do it justice.

Aside from the property being very clean, the property had extra for the family then previous rentals that were just basic. The property had the game room which included board games, kitchen had lots of kitchenware, community was quiet even with development happening, and it just felt like that home away from home.
Looking forward to staying again for another family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had a great variety of pots and pans. An abundance of glassware and dish ware. We were able to make Thanksgiving dinner easily. The pool and spa were nice and warm. My only suggestion would be to add a hand mixer and a sink stopper.

Everything about this property is perfect for extended family to get away together, but have plenty of room to separate. Kids loved the game room and pool. We only got 3 days of our 7 due to Hurricane Ian, but we would definitely return next time we are going to Disney.

It was so nice to stay at a well furnished luxurious home. It suited both our adult children and our younger children and the game room was perfect for them to hang out together. Private pool was just what we needed also to relax without others and on our own time. Property manager was quick when needed and wonderful professional to work with.

We stayed here and everything was amazing! This is a hidden gem!! It was clean and very family friendly. Check in was very easy, neighborhood was safe, there were plenty of towels and the list goes on! My only thing was you have to pay extra if you want the hot tub hot, but I must have misread that part. I contacted the owner and was able to get the heat on the very next day! Highly recommend and will be staying here again in the future! A++

Very comfortable
The house was just as explained and everything was behind our expectations. Our family of 10 had more than enough space and the privacy of the pool was a very nice plus. It is about 30 minutes from the parks but other than that everything else was very good.

Spacious. quiet, but missing some expected items
Check in took longer than expected, despite advising property manager of all drivers names, no one was on the list. Thankfully the gate guard was able to contact and get us in. Next gripe is lack of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. I’ve never had to supply these things in previous VRBO rentals, but on day two the partial rolls of toilet paper supplied ran out. Expect a single roll of paper towels and a single spare trash bag. Next, you’re required to leave no less than 3 loads of laundry. Expect to have no detergent or pods provided despite being required to do the laundry. Expect the laundry to take more time due to a tiny washer plus 7 beds worth of sheets and towels. Overall it was ok despite the above gripes, it didn’t ruin my stay, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

We had a wondeful stay in this rental property! The place is spacious, lots of room for a big family. They have everything we need, from towels, to kitchen appliances and utensils. Quiet neighborhood. We will definitely rent this again in the future. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Villa
We had a great week at this villa. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We were a family of 6 adults with 1 toddler and it was perfect. The location is a little far out from Disney but we really didn’t mind that. Great responses and correspondence from villa management team. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic house in a lovely location
The house was very well equipped. It was very clean. It had clearly been well maintained. The pool was great and pool towels were provided. A very comfortable and secure house in a very quiet neighbourhood.

Nice property
We had a nice time. Location is a bit tough if you are going to Disney. Traffic in the area is very heavy. Pool heat was not working, they did send someone out to fix it, but pool took a few days to heat up. TV in one of the bedrooms was broken and they did not come back to replace or fix it. Overall we had a good trip.

Great vacation home
This home was the perfect fit for our family of 10, six adults and four kids. Everything we needed was available, including plenty of towels and dishes. Definitely made use of the pool and hot tub from morning till night. Had plenty of space for all of us. Would definitely recommend.

Great house
We had a wonderful stay here. The house was very clean and organized and had more than enough room for us. It was cool when we were there so having a heated pool and hot tub was awesome. The toys and stroller in the garage were a life saver with my 2 year old! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and I liked that the house was a short walk to the playground. The only issue we had was that the grease was overflowed in the grill when we got there. We didn’t realize it until we cooked hamburgers and it caused a grill fire. We had some very burnt hamburgers that night but other than that, no harm. Just needs to be checked more. Overall the house was great and we had a very nice stay! Would definitely stay here again!

OMG the most relaxing stay!
This home is so beautiful. Well taken care of. The pool and jacuzzi was pure bliss. We stayed for a week and on our last day we were all so sad we had to go home! Beds were super comfortable, the kids rooms were adorable. This place is very clean! We absolutely loved how close the park was, just a short walk for the kids. Security was very nice, had zero problems. This was our first time using VRBO and what a house to start it with. We cannot wait to book again next year! Hopefully we’ll get the same house!!

Family Vacation
We loved this house! It was so clean and big enough to accommodate the 6 of us. We all had our own space to relax when we weren’t visiting the parks. Communication with the host was great and any questions I had were answered promptly. Our kids loved the pool so much and the game room was an added bonus. We wil definitely be back!!
