Willkommen in Ihrem Zuhause fern von Zuhause! Dieses neu erbaute Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer, eine Garage für 2 Autos, einen Swimmingpool und einen Whirlpool. Dies ist ein Split Schlafzimmer zu Hause, mit zwei Master-Suiten mit King-Size-Betten in beiden, und der dritte ist eine schöne Größe Gästezimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Beide Master-Suiten verfügen über Flachbild-TVs für Ihr Sehvergnügen, sowie das Wohnzimmer. Die Küche verfügt über Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, benutzerdefinierte Holzschränke und Arbeitsplatten aus Granit. Viel Stauraum und ist gut für alle Ihre Kochbedürfnisse ausgestattet. The house was very spacious! More room than just 2 of us needed but enjoyed the layout! Neighborhood was quiet, convenient to golf. Loved the walking path around the Community Park. Pool was well maintained, warm (even in February).

This home is nicely appointed and has plenty of space and light. The entire house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is very walkable and quiet. My only suggestion would be to provide a few more dishes and perhaps replace a few of the pans with non-stick surfaces. Overall this is a wonderful new home in a very nice neighborhood!

This was a beautiful stay. Everything was immaculate, each room was very spacious with their own bathroom, pool & hot tub stayed at a comfortable temperature and the beach was 10minutes. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Management of the property was completely rude. Not understanding and very judgmental about us said you kind of people do it. Several times was her statement that she made very horrible interaction we had with him.

Home was beautiful as shown in photographs. Very clean, plenty of amenities. We had a bit of an issue with internet/tv the first couple of days into our trip but we must say, the response from Jean was always very quick - they worked incredibly hard to get us back online and solve the tv issue as well. We appreciate as well, the owners being involved in trying their best to make the calls needing to be made. We understand these things happen and is likely very rare in this home.
We were still able to enjoy this home!

Quiet and Beautiful
We enjoyed our stay very much. The home, pool, and jacuzzi was beautiful. Excellent layout for two couples vacationing together. Plenty of space! However, we found what a few other reviews stated about needing better cleanliness to be true. Place hadn't been dusted, there was hair all over the floors, and debris under the nightstands and beds. But this didn't affect our two week stay whatsoever. We took care of these things ourselves to make it home. But I would recommend hiring a better cleaning company. The four of us agreed that we would definitely stay here again. Overall, nice home, features, and location.

Getaway
I really loved this property, house was big and well laid out and the sliding back doors were great for indoor outdoor living with the pool as a back drop. the neighborhood is quite and seams very safe, we rode the bikes to the park, it was clean and had lots of things to play on. I could not give this house a 5 star rating because it was NOT properly cleaned. There was only 6 dinner plates, 6 forks 5 spoons and 1 had possibly had been in the garbage disposal. When we arrived at the house all counter tops were dirty, glass water rings on tables along with small peaces of food, old coffee in coffee pot, the kitchen cabinets had dried food splattered on the surface and the back patio furniture was all miss arranged. I would suggest getting a new cleaning crew along with silverware and plates. Despite those problems we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this house.

Wonderful home
Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Loved being able to see the stars at night from the pool. Close to the beaches and 15 minutes to most shopping. Enjoyed the bikes and the pool and the bbq. Looking forward to returning next year.

Great getaway
The house was exactly as described. Looked new, well equipped for staying at the house or going to the beach and was very clean. The pool and spa were great especially for the few days that our grandchildren joined us. Kitchen very well equipped, although could have used a little more silverware. Communication with manager was excellent as she resolved a pool issue promptly. Would definitely recommend the house for anyone looking for a spacious house in a quiet location.

Welcoming
The home is very welcoming & has a nice open layout. Lots of daylight! We loved it. No shampoo and no detergent was the only down side but overall we had a great time & enjoyed ourselves. Thank you

Problems with cleaning
House and pool are very nice and comfortably furnished. Good location with beaches and dining within 15 minute drive. For some reason the house was not properly cleaned. Dead and live bugs were in dishwasher, a bathtub, and on the floor. Some where two inch cockroaches. Also a pill, plastic price tag holders, and bobby-pins were on the floors spread out in multiple rooms. As the other reviews described a very clean home, I don’t know what happened. Bed linens were clean and towels were clean but someone just didn’t clean the floors at all. I informed the host and was offered a gift certificate to a restaurant. I didn’t want anything, I just wanted to let the host know and I expected a response such as they had a new cleaning service or they forgot to send someone over.

Super clean. Pool and jacuzzi was a joy for the kids. Near by everything you need on your vacation. This was 2nd time staying at this house defenetly coming back again.

GREAT TIME!!!
Very nice and pleasantly clean. Once you arrive at the property the manager responds quickly to any questions. The pool and whirlpool are saltwater and were cleaned 3 times during our two week stay!
Location is perfect for venturing out to many beaches, deep sea fishing, horse back riding, etc.
3 Flat Smart screen TVs- 48, 44, 36 inch with Direct TV.
2 Bedrooms have bathrooms next to them with full walk-in showers. 3 bedroom has nice tub surround unit.
Also an extra bonus - two lime trees on the property - Great for margaritas!
Watch out for the alligator in the lagoon - he loves limes too!!!

Beautiful sparkling clean home
Beautiful, sparkling clean, quiet neighborhood, amazing amentities, everything you could need. Beach chairs were a bonus and beach toys. We traveled due to a death in family and this was relaxing and comfortable for all. Thanks!

Wonderful relaxing getaway from winter
We shared this property for two months with another couple. Spacious and comfortable, easy access to golf and beaches and a great pool and hot tub for relaxing at home. Well equipped for beach visits, and child friendly with pool barriers and baby gear.

Lots of great things
House layout is great. Perfect bed/bath combos and wonderful open kitchen & living concept to pool area was really nice. Pool, hot tub, and outdoor dining and chat area were great. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to golf, beaches, shops, etc.
Pool maintenance wasn’t fantastic (pool company’s fault). One time pool was shocked and no info was shared other than a post-it not to go in pool and next time they did nothing and chemicals were needed.
The house was clean, but not super clean, when we arrived and the sheets/towels could use a quality upgrade but overall a good house to rent.

Excellent house and location
Minor hiccup on check in (thank you covid) that was handled immediately. Otherwise great house (nice AND big). Great pool and spa, well stocked kitchen. Would stay again in a heartbeat . Good golf and running, close to Gasparilla beach.

Amazing spot for family downtime.
This was better than we expected, a great spot to just stock up and spend time with family. The kids loved the heated pool and having a study was very useful for occasional online meetings or work assignments. While the area is a bit remote, the necessary amenities are close enough to not be an issue. The management team was very responsive to any inquiries or requests about things that may take some figuring out like the pool/spa controls. This place will stay high on our family downtime go to list a very enjoyable home away from home. Thanks Jean and team for a memorable stay.
