My stay at "A Villa in Seminyak" was all round fantastic, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The Villa was beautiful and clean and central to restaurants and night life. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you for having us.

Great accomodation tucked away in the heart of seminyak. I travel to Bali alot for work and this has been my best stay to date. 10/10! No complaints here - couldn't recommend enough!

Our stay was wonderful! Villa In Seminyak is located in a perfect position, surrounded by wonderful restaurants and so much to do! The villa was maintained and managed by some very professional locals and the owner was very helpful throughout our discussions. I could not fault this villa as it contributed to the perfect holiday. We stayed here with our two teenage children & we all absolutely loved it!! The villa was everything & more than we expected, we loved the open plan layout of the main living area which opened up to our own private pool, the property was clean & well maintained & the staff where so friendly, helpful & cooked us a beautiful hot breakfast of our choice every morning. We loved the location, so close to all of the best restaurants in Seminyak & central to most places! We can't wait to go back & will definitely be staying here again.

Wow!...truly stunning accommodation to stay at in Seminyak. As first time visitors to Bali our family couldn't have asked for better accommodation. The villa was beautifully appointed, spacious, clean and the staff were super friendly, and that pool! The villa's location was perfect, close to the beach for the surfers in our family and in walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants that Seminyak is renowned for. Looks and sounds just like the description. Great location in Seminyak, close to restaurants and shopping, with plenty of options close by. The villa is off the Main Street which provides a quiet retreat. The villa is well kept and clean. The staff are awesome and are always willing to help and assist. Definitely could get accustom to the morning breakfasts. I would highly recommend this villa

Spent 3 nights and explored the great eating spots within a 10min walking radius and nothing else comes close to the central location at the rate for convenience to the best resturaunts in Bali including La Luciola, Merah Putiuh, Salty Seagulls, Ku De Ta, Peringiat, and many others. Short walk to beaches too. Gym available above 'The Deck' (great place to watch spoorts, have a beer and play pool and eat cheaply) just on main road from villa. Recommended.

We had the most amazing stay. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by beautiful staff who just looked after us so amazingly well. The Villa itself was absolute luxury with stunning bedrooms and bathrooms, incredibily spacious and luxurious living room which opened up on to a stunning private pool. The villa had a fabulous fully equiped kitchen where the staff came and cooked a beautiful breakfast every monring at whatever time suited us, it also gave us the opportunity to eat in on those nights we were too exhausted to dine out. The villa was a secure private haven located amongst some of the Best restaurants and Bar's Bali has to offer. Unfortunately our stay was not long enought however am happily looking to return to this beautiful "a villa in Seminyak"

House was even better than anticipated. Spotlessly clean with a very welcoming feel. All facilities and amenities provided were first class and the staff that looked after us during our stay were so efficient and very friendly. Location was also great as it was within walking distance (or a short taxi ride) to fabulous restaurants, shopping etc. I would certainly recommend this property to my friends and family. My stay at "A Villa in Seminyak" was wonderful. The photos don't do the property justice.....it's just so delightful to arrive to something better than you expected. The villa was clean, well set out, beautifully furnished, quiet, private and perfectly located. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here !!!!!

What a perfect, beautiful, quite villa in the heart of Seminyak - location, location, location! A home away from home with everything you could wish for. The rooms and bathrooms were beautifully appointed. Walking distance to some of the best places to shop, eat and laze the days away. The pool was clean and refreshing and so private. My family and I had a wonderful holiday and the lovely staff made it extra special. We can't wait to return!

This is the first time that our family of 4 decided to stay in a villa as opposed to selecting a 4-5 star hotel; and I can't rate Dee's property high enough. We stayed at "A Villa In Seminyak" for a total of 10 nights. The villa is superbly located right in the heart of Seminyak in between the trendy Potato Head Beach Club and W Retreat and Spa (places we frequented often). It is within walking distance to several restaurants of which our favourites included Biku (great coffee, cake and pavlova) and Eny's Warung (authentic Balinese). We started each day with a lovely breakfast prepared by staff that included but is not limited to: poached eggs, toast, Balinese coffee, greek style yoghurt and gorgeous tropical fruit. The staff were very accommodating and also spoilt my two girls (aged 10 &17) with pancakes and maple syrup. The villa itself is off the main road in a quiet street. This was lovely as all you had to do was walk to the end of the road and you were in the hustle and bustle of Jl. Petitenget. We enjoyed swimming in our own private pool and the benefit of free wi-fi. We had an amazing day out with our driver who by the way has a great sense of humour. He took us to Nusa Dua so that our girls could go on a Donut Boat ride then chauffeured us to Jimbaran Bay where we had an authentic Balinese seafood lunch on the beach. We then spent the afternoon swimming at Padang Padang Beach. Dee's communication and management throughout the whole booking process was outstanding and her attentiveness to detail made us feel at ease. We were extremely happy with the facilities available within the villa and it's the little things that count i.e. 24 hour security, filtered, chilled drinking water, air-conditioning, washing facilities, comfortable beds and stylish decor etc. The only disappointment was that although we were 300m away from the beach access was actually a 10 minute walk down towards Hu'u Bar. Loved this villa and look forward to staying again. Thank you Dee.

Awesome Villa! I have been to Bali numerous times, but 'A Villa In Seminyak' has been most definitely been my pick of the bunch. Some unbelievably good food at the top of our road, 'La Lucciolas' and 'Biku' to name a few.. Cannot recommend 'A Villa In Seminyak' enough !
