Wir haben die Woche in diesem großen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus sehr genossen. Es riecht zwar ein bisschen muffig, sodass regelmäßiges Lüften angesagt ist, alles andere ist super!

Très belle maison avec vue exceptionnelle . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison très chaleureuse avec une mention particulière pour le vaste salon . Très bien équipée et très propre à notre arrivée. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et Katie qui gère sur place. Plage et sentier des douaniers a proximité Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

maison bien située pour découvrir la jolie côte de granit rose, et vue superbe . beau jardin bien clôt et entretenu. L'accès plage est facilité par un raccourci , sachant qu'il faut avoir de bonnes jambes pour l'empreinter (80 marches) Katy qui s'occupe de la location est très disponible et efficace.

Wir hatten zum Voraus keine Unterlagen mit Wegbeschreibung, Adressen Tel.Nr erhalten. Sonst waren diese Ferien sehr erholsam.

Sfeervolle en comfortabel ingerichte woning. De ligging met uitzicht op zee zorgt op ieder uur van de dag voor prachtige vergezichten. Het is heerlijk om op loopafstand van het strand en het Sentier des douaniers zo'n fijn huis te kunnen bewonen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est magnifique, grande et très propre. Elle est bien située juste au dessus de la plage, tout près du sentier douanier. Superbe vue !

Extrem schönes Ambiente! Es erfolgt laut der Managerin demnächst u.a. eine Modernisierung der offenen Küche. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großartig: 3 Schlafzimmer mit Blick zur Bucht. Das 4. Schlafzimmer fällt wegen Keller-Lage leider etwas ab, aber es ermöglicht immerhin die hohe Anzahl von Personen. Zum Strand geht es recht schnell fußläufig, wobei der Rückweg durch den steilen Anstieg recht steil ist. Die Betreuung durch die Managerin ist sehr gut und angenehm. Durch TV mit DVD sowie eine tolle Bluetooth-fähige Anlage kommt auch bei schlechtem Wetter keine Langeweile auf. Insgesamt eine extrem schöne Option für die Region Côte de Granit Rose, die an sich schon immer wieder ein kleines Wunder darstellt.

We also visited in November - we took full advantage of the real fires. The big kitchen table is a great feature and is very conducive to late-night chats over a glass or two. Overall the property was fantastic! We were only two adults and two teenage children, so we had lots space. The house is unremarkable from the outside, but truly charming inside and exceeded all our expectations. Our only quibble would be the uncut grass and the poor condition of the garden furniture. The location, however, was a disappointment - not the beach, which was lovely, but the overall tastiness of the shops and restaurants - reminded me of Margate! We enjoyed our stay, the house was super, but we would not rush back to the area.

There were 2 supermarkets within a 2 km drive and fresh bread & croissants were baked at the local bakery in the village. The owners had thoughtfully left a packed list of recommendations, including walks along the granite path to neighbouring villages, local markets and towns that were in a radius of 30km. There was so much for us all to do, sports, tennis, a spa and boat trips but when the sun was bright the kids loved nothing better than to walk through the ‘secret passage’ down to the beach and play! We will be returning..

Schönes, uriges Bretagne-Haus in guter Lage, die Beschreibung und die Fotos stimmen mit der Realität überein! Die Übergabe war unkompliziert, die Kontaktperson sehr freundlich. Leider befindet sich das Haus in einem recht schlechten Zustand: Sämtliche Zimmer- und Schranktüren funktionieren nicht, der Gasherd ist nur bedingt funktionsfähig und das gesamte Haus war feucht - insbesondere das Schlafzimmer im Keller. Uns war es ein Bedürfnis, bei Urlaubsbeginn die Küche einer "Grundreinigung" zu unterziehen. Eine Müllentsorgung fand nicht statt, da keine Mülltonnen vorhanden waren. Fazit: In dem von uns angetroffenen Zustand können wir das Objekt nicht weiter empfehlen.

We spend a lovely week at this very nice house. The location is really perfect. The view is very beautiful. Just a 5 minute walk down to the beach and boulevard. The house itself is nice and spacious as is the nice garden. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood, a real place to relax. There's a lot to do in the region. Lot of touristic information and tips are provided by the owner. One remark for the owner: white clothed diningchairs don't come handy, especially wth little children, but for the rest its a great place for families with (little) children!

A lovely light, roomy airy, comfortable house with fine views over the beach. The house is immaculate but was very homely and we would have happily stayed another week. There is no shortage of fine beaches nearby each of them with a perfectly reasonalbe cafe or restaurant nearby. I am told that the beaches can get crowded in peak season, but in May we had many of the beaches to ourselves. It may be that the french definition of 'crowded' is different from ours. The weather can be unpredictable, but when it is good it is excellent!! It can change from bright sunshine to fog in thirty minutes, but don't let this put you off. The beaches, the red granite and the paths are just as exciting is poor weather as sunshine. The good days were just perfect. The markets are always exciting especially the large one in the beautiful medieval town of Lannoin. I regret not spending more time in the town itself. There are several other markets in easy reach. The house itself is well set up for families. There was an excellent selection of toys and puzzles that kept our two and three year old children occupied when they needed 'down time'. The garden is enclosed and totally safe with sufficient garden toys and there is a DVD player. We also had a sixteen year old with us who made full use of the basement bedroom giving her the option of total privacy when she wanted. My lasting memory: eating dinner with that amazing view.
