It was cozy and comfortable to stay at smire stay. It was very clean and everything was very well organized. We can see Tokyo Skytree from our room, it was definately a nice bonus.

Good space and good amenities. Very clean on arrival and great location.

The plywood decor was sort of a surprise. Looks like they were going for the industrial look. Very small elevator and small entry space to the room. I would stay here again though.

Pretty good location! Clean quiet room, well-outfitted with a lovely bath tub.

The toilet was a little wobbly, and the noise of it wobbling awoke our daughter a few times.

The location was very convenient. The place was very clean.

The corridor connecting the 2 rooms was narrow. With a family of 5, it was a little inconvenient. It rained a few times and water flowed in and soaked the bedding to the mattress next to the window. However the staff were kind enough to replace the sheets.

The decoration is neat and clean. All the equipments like table and the cupboard are kept well. Most of the kitchen utensils are provided, such as knife, dishes, bowls. The staffs are so nice, with good English communication skill.

There are no mirrors other than the washroom. There is no scissors.

The location is strategic, very near from Oshiage (Skytree) station and convenience stores. The facilities are complete so we can find all we need, we really enjoyed our stay in overall.

There’s only a curtin between the bathroom and sink, so the floor easily gets wet.

Modern apartment that was more spacious than we expected. This made staying with two teenagers easier! Clean with comfortable beds, great aircon and close to a 24 hr convenience store with great food options. Public transport close by with luggage lockers at the station - should you need to store your luggage after check-out for a few hours.

It was a nice space with clean facilities and tucked in a small corner of the city.

There wasn’t an option to get a smaller room.

The amenities were very good. The staff in the evening at the time of check-in was excellent, was speaking fluent English, and was very helpful.

Only 1 suggestion, there should be a humidifier also, I am sorry if it was there and we could not find it.

Very helpful and friendly staff speaking great English!! Fast communication before check-in, meeting all my needs. Clean, quiet. Great value for money (but for sure a "pandemic" price).

The bed was extremely soft (have never slept in a softer one). No sponge to wash the dishes. Would be nice to provide more kitchen amenities (for example a toaster). Very nice, bright pictures but the reality is a bit different (not much daylight gets in). Based on the ratings I was expecting probably a bit more but for the "pandemic" price (23.000 JPY for 3 nights!) it was great!!

It was a really lovely place and I enjoyed it there a lot. Very stylish with eco-friendly details (non-plastic laundry hanger, normal cutlery, wooden table and not literally everything made out of plastic as in many places in Japan), plus excellent location for shopping of all kind (groceries, local shops, department stores and also only half an hour walk to Asakusa). Easy going and friendly staff who were always super friendly and accommodating.

Although it looks amazing, I'm not sure I want to stay long term next to the Sky Tree. But totally recommended apart from that.
