Overall a very good experience 100% Only small issue is that we wished the Bed was a "thicker" materess. Not terriable but could be a smidge more comfy with added thickness. :-)

I have stayed in many vacation rentals in naples and this one is at the top of my list. 7 minute walk to Vanderbilt beach with plenty of beach stuff at the condo for us to use (2 beach chairs, umbrella, many beach bags, cooler, etc). Many towels and other household items such as toothpaste in case you forgot something. Kitchen had many pots and pans- perfect if you want to dine in a couple nights on vacation. Murphy bed was good. Super clean and bright. View out the back window is of the lagoon outside. Many parking spots to choose from. Property manager Pamela was very easy to get ahold of and helpful during our stay. Overall very pleased with our stay and would recommend to any couple needing a place to stay in north naples!

This condo was perfect for our stay in Naples. Close to the beach (which recently reopened!), very clean, good parking situation, and communicative owner. I was nervous about the Murphy bed but it was super comfy and the space was larger than the pictures portray. Great spot for 2 people!

Perfect Location
I once lived in Naples and decided to visit friends. The condo we rented was absolutely perfect! Perfect in every way. The location 2 blocks from beach, across the street from the Ritz and walking distance to my favorite restaurants the Turtle Club and La Palaya both on the beach. Clean, cozy and close the Mercado Plaza for shopping, Whole Foods, movie and fabulous restaurants.
The condo had all that you needed for the beach, frig filled with condiments, appreciated the beers. The decor was very cozy, bed very comfortable and fully stocked with everyday things you would need. It was not lacking anything, turn key, no need to spend extra money on little things you forgot. Shampoo, soap etc. It is as if you owned it yourself. Would definitely stay again. The owner absolutely wonderful. TY

Relaxing Getaway
This condo was exactly what we were looking for. The space was bigger than it appeared in the pictures. We were not sure how comfortable the murphy bed would be as we had never slept on one. It was very comfortable!
The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach; chairs, beach towels, cooler and a cart to get it all there. It was within walking distance to a handful of restaurants and a short drive to many others. The kitchen was well-equipped if we wanted to stay in and make meals.

A couples Getaway
The studio was super clean and exactly as pictured on the website. The location is perfect for a couple who wants to spend time at the beach. Just a short walk and you’re there! Easy place to stay!

Pleased from the very beginning!
From our very first contact we have nothing but GREAT things to say about our stay! The condo was very clean and pleasantly decorated. All the appliances worked great and were up to date. The location to the beach was excellent as well. It was just about a five minute walk to the beach. Our contacts with the owner was the best. We had a little issue with a lost and found that she did everything she could to help us with. She was very very nice and understanding. I highly would recommend anyone to stay at this condo!

Naples Get Away
Everything was wonderful. The unit was very well-kept, clean and nicely appointed. We appreciated having some paper products, cleaning items, and condiments that we did not have to purchase. We Plan on a return trip hopefully soon.

Fresh, Clean, Fine! Well equipped! Excellent location! Boutique-like decor! Internet kept "freezing" , maybe an upgrade needed? Small bathroom especially if you're a larger person. All in all.....very good.

Perfect Spot!
We spent four nights at the Condo and couldn’t have been happier. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities of home. Only a couple blocks to the beach and chairs, umbrella and a buggy were available too! Vanderbilt Beach is great for walking, beautiful. Several restaurants and shopping within a mile, and it was easy an drive to other areas. Thanks for sharing your condo!

The rental started with myself coming down with Covid a few days away from the trip. In requesting a refund, I was directed to VRBO by the property owner but in fact it was her decision if she was to refund. That being said, a refund was not offered so we had asked that family use the rental since we did not want to waste the money. During the rental, the situation only got worse. The property owner questions when you have guests over (a couple stopped by prior to going to dinner), is worried about sand in a beach vacation home, and accused our family of moving furniture (couch and coffee table), and hiding an extension cord for the couch. After all said and done, do yourself a favor and go for a lower stress property for your vacation.

This is a lovely place which is well kept and has everything you might need on your stay. Located a few minutes walk to the beach, shopping and great dining options. I booked this place because of previous great reviews and I completely agreed with them. The owner is very caring and attentive to your needs. I highly recommend it.

Amazing!!
The reviews are all true! Pamela and her husband are amazing! The beach buggy was broken and they went out of their way to replace it for me. If I needed anything they were so quick to respond. The walking distance to the beach could not be better! Saw a manatee and her calf the last night, just sitting on the pier❤️

Fabulous location!
The location of this property is perfect for beach getaway. I wished the unit had a lanai/balcony which others in the building had. It would have been great to pop into a pool to cool off. However, the owner goes out of her way to provide the essentials and we SO appreciated the umbrella, beach chairs, towels and cart. We used them every day and were so grateful. It's a lovely studio condo.

Overall we really enjoyed this spot. Everything was fresh and updated and looked great. We are beachgoers and everything needed was there - a beach cart, umbrella, chairs, beach towels. The condo was very well supplied. For the two of us it was small for a two week period. Limited tv stations was challenging on rainy or colder days which were rare luckily.

Location amazing
This property was exactly as pictured and described! So conveniently located to Restaurants shopping and the beach!! Additionally the property managers were gracious to have coffee, water and many other amenities for use including extra bathroom items and all of the beach items if needed!! Parking was available! Overall we would definitely visit again!!! Thank you so much!! We enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Beautiful Interior and Good Location
This is a beautifully decorated studio condo in a very convenient location. It's a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach and an easy drive to restaurants and a variety of grocery stores. The owner has provided thoughtful amenities and a well-stocked kitchen, which was much appreciated. The building is older, but the condo feels new and is even a comfortable space to spend on the rare rainy days in Naples.

Great place to stay in Naples!
We had a great experience at the condo! The place was very clean when we arrived and the location is PERFECT! It is a quick walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well. Pamela was very attentive and easy to work with. We have been coming to Naples for over 20 years and were extremely pleased with our stay here. Highly recommend!!

Cozy Condo
We would definitely recommend this condo if you were going to stay in Naples. It is a very clean and up-to-date condo. They provided you with everything you need for a day at the beach: towels, beach bag, noodles, raft, and even a cooler. They were very helpful and great to work with. It’s in a great location. It’s about a five minute walk from the beach and you’re right down the street from the grocery store, shopping and many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
