Location, location. The property has to be in the best location to enjoy the beach and the view. It is right on the beach. The accommodations were well appointed and furnished. Just a great place and very secure. Air condition worked well for the bedrooms. The caretakers who live below were very helpful and great to have around. The husband owns a taxi and took us for a wonderful tour. The drivers that Hans set up for us to get to and from the airport were great. Pipa Beach Club next door was a great place to eat and convenient. Everyone was so gracious. We highly recommend this vacation home. Please note that the price noted on the home page is for one of two connecting villas.

A casa é demais, tudo de primeira, tem todos os utensílios de cozinha e roupa de cama necessários, além de linda e super bem localizada. As meninas que cuidam da casa são um show a parte (Eliane e Carla) Preciso contar tbm que o Hans foi super ponta firme quando devolveu imediatamente o valor da pessoa que não foi. Vamos voltar com certeza

El departamento es excelente en todo sentido. Muy cómodo, muy amplio, limpio, con todos los servicios que se puedan requerir para pasar unas vacaciones maravillosas. Cuenta con 2 dormitorios con baños en suite, terraza con piscina, living, comedor, balcones con vista al mar, cocina completa, baño en PB, cochera, todo de muy muy buena calidad y en perfecto estado. También hay aires acondicionados en las piezas. Hay muy pocos deptos con facil acceso a las playas y el depto de Hans es uno de ellos. Se encuentra ubicado justo frente a la playa del centro, a solo 8mts del mar y de muy facil acceso. También está a pocas cuadras del centro. La atención brindada por Eliane, quién se ocupa de mantener los deptos, fue muy calida, siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades y brindando consejos y recomendaciones para manejarnos en Pipa. También ella contrató un transfer para ir de Natal a Pipa y Pipa a Natal. Es una persona muy amable que siempre estuvo atenta de ayudarnos en lo que necesitaramos. Sin duda recomiendo este lugar, y de volver a Pipa algún día, volvería directo aquí.

Me enamore de la casa y el lugar, divino todo!!!!. Ya recomendé la casa a otras personas. Es mucho mas de lo que se muestra en Internet. Supero todas las expectativas, lo recomiendo 100%. Eliane, divina siempre atenta, siempre tratando de ayudarte. Quiero volver!!!!!

Very few places in the world like the right edge of Pipas main beach, and the SURUCUA house allows the guests to take the best of it. Spacious, certainly builted from an expensive architecture office plan, well equipt, clean and Hans (owner) is allways available to reply all the messages and keeps constant contact with his crew in order to solve anything concerning the comfort of the guests. tks Hans. We'll be back soon. **wife, mother, kids are all over me to go back still in this year.

The houses are very nice, right in front of the beach, and next to a great bar... The staff is very friendly and attentious! Overall a great stay!!!

We stayed at Pipa in this house from MArch 12 to March26. we had a really greast time there, the house is beutifull is just like the pictures are posted, the location can´t be better, and has all the amenities you might need and more. Eliane and her family are great and help us a supported us in everything we needed. I really recomend this house, and definitely willbe there next time I go to Pipa thanks Hans for renting this beutifull house!

Si nos hubiese tocado el departamento del lado izquierdo mirando la casa de frente*.. cinco estrellas serian.... La casa es como realmente se ve, la ubicación para ir a la playa es ideal, para ir al centro se complica un poco por las subidas pronunciadas que tenes que hacer, mas en nuestro caso que teníamos un bebe y su visabuela. Los caseros muy amables y serviciales, un servicio exelente. la propiedad estaba muy bien conservada y limpia. Bueno detallo cual es lo negativo de este departamento. A lado, hay (el Bech...) un restaurante, que tiene un deposito muy cerca a las ventanas de la casa, en el cual hay como una fabrica de hielo, que tiene varios extractores MUY ruidoso funcionando todo el día.

nous connaissons très bien la petite ville de Pipa et nous avons loué cette fois la maison Surucua. Notre séjour a été parfait ; bien sur l'emplacement de la maison nous a enchanté avec l'océan en permanence devant nos yeux; mais l'accueil de Eliana, gouvernante a aussi beaucoup contribué a rendre notre temps de vacances agréable et reposant. Les propriétaires étaient de passage et leur bienveillance est a noter car chaque jour renouvelée. Aucune hésitation : il faut aller passer quelques jours a Surucua, car de plus les restaurants sont a courte distance tant en milieu de journée sur les plages que le soir dans le village.

Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux à Pipa dans cette villa très spacieuse et très bien décorée. La plage juste devant la maison avec le couché de soleil tous les soirs. Beaucoup de bonnes adresses pour se restaurer, en particulier le Pipa beach club voisin de la maison. Nous avons surfé tous les jours à Praia de Madeiro (à 5 minutes en voitures) en compagnie des dauphins !! Dernière mention spéciale pour Eliane (la house keeper) qui est très discrète et très souriante. Je vous recommande donc chaudement cette adresse !

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve en famille (avec deux enfants âgés de 9 et 12 ans) dans cette très belle maison, au bord de la plage, à seulement quelques mètres de l'eau à marée haute. Nous avions loué la moitié de la maison (avec deux grandes chambres). La maison est vraiment spacieuse, très agréable, très bien équipée et meublée avec beaucoup de goût. Il y a une grande terrasse à chaque étage et un jacuzzi sur le toit. Où que l'on soit dans la maison, la vue est vraiment extraordinaire. L'endroit est particulièrement calme ; la nuit, on n'entend que le bruit de la mer. On peut tout faire à pied depuis la maison : une voiture n'est donc pas nécessaire. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison qui est un petit paradis.

In February 2012 we spent a spectacular week in Pipa. We are four, a couple with a boy and a girl and we enjoyed a lot our stay there. The house is very comfortable, well located in front of the beach and near to the center of Pipa, with three terraces to take advantage of the sea sight and very well equipped with all you need to spend a good time. The owner and the people who take care of the house are very kind, always ready to help anything you need. Pipa is a great option to go on vacation and this house is "the" place to stay.
