The property is in a beautiful, quiet location surrounded by countryside. There was plenty of room for our family group of 10 people and the owner (Mark) was very helpful, informative and friendly. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were two wood burners in the downstairs living areas. We especially enjoyed barbeques on the very sunny, private terrace. We hope to visit again soon!

Nothing much. WiFi was a bit slow.

The Bichurie is a very nice house with a lot of space inside (spacious kitchen and living room, separate dining room, all seperated by doors). This is very nice when you travel with a larger group. There are a lot of rooms and bathrooms, so everybody can have his own space and quiet time. The only advice we can give: when you go to La Bichurie, go long enough. It is a very nice house in a very nice region, but it takes time to see all as you have to drive on beautiful, but sometimes smaller roads. Also try the lokal food (duc, sea food, oysters, filled crepes, ...) like at the Auberge des Bonnes gens. It is definetely a region where you can eat very well and affordable, if you go out of the touristic places.

Great property, lots of nice areas inside and out. Clean, exceptionally well equiped kitchen. Very friendly and helpful owner. Large common spaces, lots of private outdoor grounds, lots to do for children and grown-ups. One must drive (or bike) pretty much everywhere but great location for lots of tours (and great beaches within 30 km). Nice for getting a taste of the Normandy countryside. Highly recommended.

The location of this self catering property was excellent for going to the most amazing beaches, walks in the very quiet countryside and close to many attractions. Mark the owner was so welcoming and very informative of the local amenities. Nothing was too much trouble. The house was just perfect for our family of six adults, three children and one dog. Fully equipped for a relaxed holiday. The yoga studio was an added bonus. So tranquil both to do yoga ( not a regular activity for me but daughter enjoyed introducing me to some very easy positions to start me on what I consider to be my next journey of discovery). It is also a very relaxing place to sit by the pond for an afternoon snooze or with a glass of wine in the evening. This was a fantastic find and thank you Mark for sharing your house with us.
