Diese barrierefreie Wohnung im ersten Stock ist wirklich einzigartig! 75 Fuß vom Sprung in den Ozean! Atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Wasser von jedem Fenster! Es hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen neuen Haushaltswaren. Zu den Geräten gehören eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine / Trockner. Dieses Haus verfügt über Parkettböden und Fliesen. Es verfügt über ein neu renoviertes, barrierefreies Badezimmer im ersten Stock mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche. Das Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock verfügt über ein verstellbares Queensize-Bett und ist mit dem neu renovierten Badezimmer verbunden. Der Wohnbereich im ersten Stock verfügt über ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Es verfügt auch über ein großes Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock und ein neu renoviertes Badezimmer mit einer Stand-up-Dusche. Das Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Alle Möbel und Matratzen sind brandneu für die Saison 2018. Es gibt einen urigen Essbereich. Der Hauptwohnbereich ist offen mit Schiebern, die auf eine private, große, begehbare Terrasse gehen. Dein Hinterhof ist der Sand und der Ozean! Der Strand und die Brandung sind genau dort. Nicht irgendwo in der Ferne. Das Hinterdeck ist mit einem Gasgrill ausgestattet, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten, um die Aussicht in einer entspannten Umgebung zu genießen. Die Wohnung kommt auch mit 2 Kajaks, einem schwimmenden Strandrollstuhl, der von der harten Oberfläche geht, über den Sand und schwimmt direkt ins Wasser, gibt es einen Außenlagerbehälter mit verschiedenen Strandspielzeug ausgestattet. We had a perfect week. The townhouse was very clean with plenty of room for the five of us. The ocean views and sunsets were amazing! Having a washer/dryer there was very helpful. Towels, sheets and a shower bench were supplied. Our host was readily available to answer our question. Only critique is that hand held shower was installed too high. We are certainly planning to return next year after having such an enjoyable week. Would highly recommend, you would not be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this accessible townhouse. The backyard to beach was great, loved listening to the ocean all day and night. Quiet area, but close to all the action when we wanted it. Host was very responsive and helpful.

As a vacation rental we gave it a 9, but our group member in a wheelchair thought as handicapped accessible it only got a 7 (still pretty good). He couldn’t get in the front door by himself, no mirrors low enough to see himself in, sink in bathroom too high with no legroom underneath, no accessible shower head (with out assistance) and it couldn’t be turned off at the shower head. No trash can in the bathroom.

Husband uses a power wheelchair for mobility, but can still takes steps to get to bathroom with assistance. So this condo worked fine for us. Adjustable bed was perfect as this is what we use at home. We did not try the floating beach wheelchair.

Awesome location
As always a wonderful experience, Glad to see the new ramp off the living room giving outdoor access, Only downside we couldn't master the TV and the adult movie selection was very limited, couldn't even put my own account into the netflix, only suggestion would be to consider adding a lift system to the ceiling would only create larger client base, As always we enjoyed our stay Thank you so much for making this possible without places like this we couldn't enjoy a vacation.

Great location for a quick get away
This townhouse right on Cape Cod bay was a beautiful spot to see both sunrises and sunsets. The upstairs bedroom is the quieter of the two being away from the street. Check in was easy and any questions we had were quickly answered. Everything was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We found that if you are light sleepers it is best to use the upstairs bedroom especially if the people above are heavy walkers. Other than that we loved our stay and cannot wait to come again.

I am so glad that I was able to stay in this property with my family. It is very accessible. The fact that one can just walk/wheel out to the beach is amazing. The view is breathtaking.

This place was amazing! The property was beautiful, clean, spacious and absolutely perfect! My son uses an adaptive stroller and it was no problem getting around here. The wheelchair accessible bedroom and bath made out vacation a breeze!

Enjoyed our stay
Great location - it was really nice to be on the beach. Our daughter is in a wheel chair and the shower was easy to use which was very helpful. The water chair also was great for her but be prepared to push on the way back as the water is down about 10-15 feet from the unit. The unit was well equipped for cooking and we used the BBQ a couple of times for cookouts. All worked out well.

Beautiful accessible location
Beautiful handicap accessible ocean front condo. A rare find for sure! Finally a beach that we could take our handicap son to, truly a dream to have a condo with the necessary handicap amenities. The owners of this property were so quick to respond to any questions and attentive to every detail. Waking up to the ocean front was amazing. Also the restaurants in the area are amazing. Handicapped accessible townhouse on the Ocean
This was a handicapped accessible townhouse on the ocean in Truro Cape Cod. I have a daughter in a wheelchair and it was the first time I could take her on vacation with us in a long time. This unit came with a roll in shower with a shower chair. A bed that you could remotely elevate. It also came with a floating beach wheelchair that could go right into the ocean. My daughter loved just floating in the ocean. Thanks to Smile Mass for making this vacation possible.

Everything about this property is perfect! The accessibility is a dream come true for beach lovers. Our family had the most amazing week. My daughter who uses a wheelchair was able to enjoy swimming in the ocean, kayaking, and being independent in a beautiful beach house. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation! Beautifully appointed unit directly on the beach. While it is on the beach, so are the neighbors. The view is lovely and the unit itself is outstanding in every detail but the close proximity to neighbors is not something we are used to or like. Thank you for a nice stay!

Wheelchair mostly accessible & pretty great location!
Our family had a great time at this property. My two senior parents - one in a wheelchair - and my husband and myself, all fit nicely in the two bedroom, two bathroom, unit. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were a great privacy space, with a gorgeous balcony view right out to the bay. We were woken one night by the sound of large waves. It was awesome! The downstairs bedroom had the wheelchair roll-in shower, but oddly no grab bars near the toilet - which I mentioned to the owners. So a point off for that but the rest was great. The beach outside the sliders, with a mat to roll a wheelchair out on, was wonderful. My handicapped California mom was instantly cheered up by this experience. We even put her in the beach wheelchair and got her down to the water. We’re already making plans to go back - but on a less popular point on the calendar. The neighbors are on either side of you and the walls and floors are paper thin. I had to complain a little the first night because a bachelor party next door wasn’t obeying the 9pm quiet time. But the owners were extremely responsive to the complaint and the remaining evenings were just perfect. Almost want to keep this place a secret.
