In idealer Lage, nur zwei Blocks vom Strand zwischen Stearn's Wharf (Pier) und dem Hafen von Santa Barbara entfernt, können Sie bei diesem romantischen Kurzurlaub gemütlich zum Hafen, zum Pier, zu Restaurants, zu Weinproben oder einfach zum Entspannen oder Radfahren gehen. Wir sind auch nur zwei Blocks von der "Funk Zone" entfernt, Santa Barbaras städtischer Weinstraße mit über 20 Weinverkostungsräumen und Restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at Stephanie’s place. The apartment was clean/tidy and within walking distance to funk zone, the beach and state street. We had a wonderful time!

A great little home base. Easy walk to beach, pier restaurants, etc. No problem street parking and neighborhood very safe. Outdoor porch is fabulous. We didn’t eat any meals here but kitchen looks well stocked. Don’t hesitate to book!

A quick getaway was all we had and after arriving, we wish we had longer. From first look, we fell in love with the property. The outdoor living space is perfect, especially for Northwesterners who typically get only rain in April. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfy and the living room seating is sufficient. If we have to come up with anything negative, the shower is a tad small but it is absolutely not a deal killer. Stephanie is a wonderful host with a beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood and I can't recommend it enough.

This was the perfect place for my girlfriends and I to getaway on a mom’s trip and celebrate my birthday. The condo was clean, easy to access, and close to everything we wanted to do (we walked everywhere). The little patio off the living room was our favorite part, we had coffee in the morning, snacks in the afternoon and drinks in the evening there. Stephanie was an amazing host, very responsive and super accommodating in allowing us to check in early and store our luggage when we had a late flight out so we could enjoy another day in beautiful SB. We will definitely be back and book this place. 10/10 recommend.

This property was perfect for my husband & I as well as our son & girlfriend. Condo was exactly as described, had everything we needed. We could walk to the beach, Stearns Warf & the Funk Zone. It was clean, had everything we needed. Property is small but quaint & roomy enough for the four of us. The back patio which overlooked a zen garden was so quiet & a perfect way to have coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Would stay here again. Stephanie was easy to deal with & quick to answer the few questions we had

- an easy 10-15 min walk to the heart of funk zone or downtown

- all the necessities were there
- beautiful patio/deck space
All in all, a great place. We'd stay again. If I could have I would have put 4.5 stars to split the difference between the two of us one thought 4 the other thought 4.5 to 5.

This place looks pretty, but is not actually comfortable to stay in. The beds were like cardboard and the bathroom and shower were tiny. The checklist to check out was long and despite paying a cleaning fee you are required to do the dishes and put them in their original place (sans dishwasher) and take out the trash. Also very obsessed with reminding you only 4 people are allowed and there wasn’t even comfortable seating in the living space for that. Thankfully I was only here for a short amount of time. It is a good location to the beach but a bit far to walk downtown.

We had enough space for our family of two couples and our senior dog. During the heat wave the A/C was a welcome bonus. Parking two cars was never a problem. We like to cook and some of us wished there was a garbage disposal and dishwasher. However that did not stop us from having a terrific time and we would definitely return again.

The property was nice, very clean and decorated thoughtfully. The outdoor patio was great. The reason I could not give 5 stars is because there are three places in the small unit reminding guests that they must check out at 10:00. These “informational” reminders were constant reminders of not only our check out time but our check out date as well. We were painfully aware of when our getaway ended. I think for most people, one reminder is sufficient.

This was a great location for the price. The unit was clean and well furnished. The patio was very nice with a big comfy table. There are steep stairs to the front door, and parking is only street parking, but as long as you’re aware of those factors it’s a great stay.

This condo was a perfect spot for 2 couples for a long weekend. The beach is just a 5 min walk away. The apartment is cozy and clean. It has a nice balcony/patio area. I really have no complaints!

We had a very nice stay in this very clean, updated, unit. The space worked perfect for three adults. The location was great. We could walk to downtown, the funk zone, beach and pier. The unit had everything we needed as well as a nice covered deck.

This was the perfect spot for 2 adult women. We walked everywhere, no need for a car. The kitchen and patio were perfect for making and enjoying our own wine and snacks. The grocery around the corner had everything we needed.
I’ll definitely book this spot again on the next trip to Santa Barbara.
