Architects House in Venice Beach
Die Villa VB55 wurde im Jahr 2017 neu gebaut und zeichnet sich durch ihre einfache A-Frame Struktur aus. Die asymmetrische Struktur ist mit blondem Ipe und Aluminium verkleidet. Saubere weiße Wände und Betonböden dominieren das Interieur und unterstreichen das minimalistische Programm des Hauses. Raumhohe Fenster baden das Interieur in natürlichem Licht und lassen die kühle Meeresbrise herein.
Entworfen und gebaut von uns im Jahr 2017. Dieses 1000-Jahre-Haus verfügt über moderne Designer-Möbel in den gesamten Innen-und Außenbereich. Dies ist eine sehr familienfreundliche Gegend, und liegt günstig in der Nähe des Strandes, Abt Kinney, und all die tollen Dinge, die Venedig zu bieten hat.

I cannot say enough nice things about our stay here, and especially about the host, Jade! This was, hands down, one of the best vacation rental experiences and homes I’ve stayed in. The house is beautiful, sunny, comfortable, and fully stocked with amenities. The outdoor space is equally lovely and perfect for young kids (and adults!). Jade was an amazing and kind host, answered all of our questions, and prepared the house for our kids. 11/10!

Stayed in this aesthetic home with four adults and one 3 1/2 year old child. The layout is spacious and the window placement allows for lots of natural light, but still allows for privacy since there is a high gate and trees from the laneway entrance. The location was great - easy access to Venice and the surrounding area. The home is spotless and filled with interesting books, and lots of toys and blankets! Jade was so wonderful; we really can't thank her enough for her hospitality. She went above and beyond (great conversation, thoughtful during our stay, fresh baked bread, a nice little gift for the 3 1/2 year old). This was the perfect landing pad for our first group trip together and we will definitely come back.

Such a gorgeous, perfect place! Appreciated the layout and design details, all so well thought out. Comfortable, welcoming and so very clean. Quiet, safe neighborhood, and a convenient location for our couple days in Venice. Check in was easy breezy (and came complete with step by step photo visuals). The parking spot was such a bonus despite being uber tight (but once you get it, you've got it). Couldn't have found a nicer place, thanks so much! Looking forward to booking with you again.

Our stay was perfect! Jade was so helpful during the entire process and we greatly appreciated all the thoughtful touches to make us and our child feel welcome. The home is a modern gem and the location is perfect - close to many great restaurants. The yard has great space to enjoy the outdoors and for kids to play. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and we can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very modern and lots of books of architecture and art are dispersed. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything was clean. Check-in was very easy and the owners were very friendly. We would love to come back one day!

This property was stunning, and the hosts/owners thought of every detail. The space is clean, accurately photographed, and we especially liked having private off-street parking.
Jade was lovely and came to greet us when we arrived, but provided us with privacy during our stay. Like the other reviews - their pet tortoise was definitely a highlight.
Next time we’re in LA we’ll be trying to stay here again!

Stayed at this beautiful property with my husband and 2 adult daughters when dropping my youngest off at college. The home was clean, comfortable, bright, well equipped, private, secure and spacious. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and very responsive. Can’t say enough good things!

The photos don’t do it justice. This place is so great. Every detail has been considered, down to the perfect bottle opener.
Jade was gracious and available, but had total privacy. My kids fell in love with the yard and the giant Tortoise who lives on property.

We've stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years and this one will be hard to beat. Everything is well thought out and designed on the property. It is very family friendly inside and out. You will enjoy playing in the backyard surrounded by fruit tress and a super fun pet (I won't give away the surprise). Communication with the owners is a breeze and you feel like you've gained a new friend at the end of your stay.

Everything was perfect with this property; a perfectly designed small second house in a quiet residential neighborhood in Venice. Every detail was carefully considered and organized by our host, who could not have been more friendly and accommodating. We loved the feel of the house- everything is perfectly designed from the huge windows to the compact and complete kitchen to each item careful curated for the space. We walked to Abbott Kinney and to the shops along Lincoln. This house is in the heart of everything and is still very quiet and private. The light is amazing and while the square footage sounds small it feels very spacious. We went with two adults and two teenagers and felt like we all had plenty of space.

This is an excellent property. The location is great for the beach and shopping on Abbott Kinney. It is on a quiet street and we’ll appointed. Jade is very responsive and helpful! We had our son, his wife and our granddaughter with us as we were dropping them at LAX for a trip home which worked out fabulously. Excellent experience over all!

Jade and Chris were both so kind and responsive before/during our stay. Their home is beautiful and we really appreciated their thoughtfulness, from the complementary face masks to the rosé and sparkling water to the fresh slippers. We were impressed by how well-stocked, organized, and clean the house is too -- we wish we could have stayed even longer! Amazing Property
We loved everything about this amazing home and it was super comfortable for my stay with 2 teenagers and visits from their older brother who lives in the area. The house is so cool that it is an experience just to stay there. Immaculately clean and super well equipped. The kitchen has plenty of staples and everything you need to cook a meal. Very zen like yard. The owner/host is lovely. Very convenient location but can’t really walk to much, if that’s important to you. If you have a choice of cars, I recommend a sedan, not an SUV for ease of parking, though we managed just fine with our big SUV. Will stay again if I’m in the area.

Beautiful and super clean home
The house is beautiful. It is close to Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier. We stayed for a couple of days during our summer trip to California. You could see the attention to detail in everything at this house that makes this home a wonderful place to stay. We were happy with our stay.
Everything was clean which was super important for us and is always a concern when booking through vrbo. The owner was responsive to all the needs and stays in the same compound. We would consider staying at this place in the future too.

This place really is a gem. The Eames house was closed to visitors during our stay but we got to see wonderful architecture anyway! The host were attentive - hate I didn't get to meet you in person, Jada. It was a quick but fun stay. With 2 teens and 2 adults, we pretty much maxed out the space. Definitely a different type of VRBO for us but perfect for a short LA visit.

This place is so special it's hard to put into words. Unique, stunning architecture; clean and organized, with lots of books for entertainment. Kids room is adorable - my 6-foot tall child was comfortable as could be on the twin bed. It was a peaceful, stunning retreat for our stay in the area.

Awesome, contemporary, family-friendly house in a great location
The pictures drew me to this house and they are accurate, but don't highlight all the thoughtful details.
The house is super cool and immaculate! The house was built recently and features all the amenities needed to stay-in and cook, brew your own coffee (multiple ways), and relax. The space was very comfortable for our family of four and feels very spacious due to the open floor plan and high ceilings both downstairs and upstairs.
The owners provided upscale/high-quality bath products, soaps, towels and Nespresso pods. The "little things" like the selection of books, a clothes drying rack (for those that need to do laundry), ample towels, and extra blankets demonstrate that the owners "get it". We loved looking at all the interior design details and found ourselves keeping track of all the ideas for a future addition at our house!
One car, secured parking eliminates the stress of finding street parking.
The owners live in the main house on the property and were easy to connect with and attentive to our questions and requests. There is a "Welcome" book that is a great guide to the neighborhood and highlights places to eat and to shop at that are reflective of the creativity and uniqueness of LA and Venice Beach.
Overall, a great place for a couple or a family in a cool neighborrhood. We'll try to stay here again on our next family trip to LA.
